Etrian Odyssey Untold: The Millennium Girl introduces the Highlander

With Etrian Odyssey Untold: The Millennium Girl‘s release date growing ever closer, Atlus USA has continued its trend of releasing trailers to introduce gamers to the various characters that will be featured in the series’ first ever established storyline.

The latest class to be introduced happens to be the Highlander. The Highlander is a strong warrior that wields a spear to deal out damage to any enemies he may come across in his mission. The Highlander is the team leader and you can check him out in action in the trailer below as well as a handful of new English screens for Etrian Odyssey Untold which is set to be released in North America on October 1.

Metal Gear Solid V TGS Demo in ‘Daytime’, Running on PS4

The second day of the Tokyo Game Show saw Konami show off a new gameplay demo of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, set during daytime and running on the PlayStation 4 in real time. Hideo Kojima once again personally showed it off at Sony’s booth. The game was also shown running on the Xbox One.

The previous gameplay demonstration was played during the game’s nighttime cycle, where Snake would be much harder to spot. One thing to notice is the silky smooth framerate running at 60FPS. Check out the video below.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is coming out for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles at an unannounced date.

Today Ubisoft released a new trailer for the latest Assassin’s Creed’s multiplayer mode. Anyone who happens to be familiar with the series will likely know what to expect from this mode, but anyways you can check out the trailer below to see what type of characters will be available for use in this latest pirate themed game in the series.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag is set to be released on the 360, PS3, Wii U, and the PC at the end of October and beginning of November and as a launch title when the Xbox One and PS4 are released.

Pac-Man Championship Edition DX+, Ghostly Adventures Media Released

From the Tokyo Game Show, Namco Bandai has shared a set of screenshots and a trailer of its upcoming Pac-Man games, Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures and Pac-Man Championship Editon DX+.

Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures is a platformer based on the animated show of the same name, and is currently in development for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U and 3DS. Check out the screenshots below.

Pac-Man Championship Edition DX+ is a free update to the original Championship Edition DX from 2010. It will include new modes, improved leaderboards and more DLC. It will also be available to buy on Steam from September 25. Have a look at the trailer below.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment have announced that Hot Wheels World’s Best Driver is now available in the UK on Xbox 360 and PS3 for a standard retail price of $51.10 AUD (£29.99 GBP). The highly anticipated racing and action-packed game, Hot Wheels World’s Best Driver is suitable for players of all ages; brave enough to enter the front seat and take on the greatest driving challenge yet.

With tons of outrageous stunts to perform and the chance to compete in dozens of unique, fast-paced, replayable challenges, players join the ranks of Team Hot Wheels and experience the driving styles of the four different coloured teams; Red, Blue, Yellow and Green. New Girl Fight Trailer Features Chaos and Chrome

Microprose have released a brand new trailer for their 3D fighting game Girl Fight. The latest trailer for Girl Fight features the characters Chaos and Chrome as the duke it out in some rather intense fighting action.

Girl Fight looks to carry on the spirit of games like Dead or Alive with a heavy focus on sexy women beating the living hell out of one another. You can check out the trailer featuring Chaos and Chrome in combat below.

Forza Motorsport 5 gets Short Film

Turn 10 Studios and Microsoft have earlier today released an incredible short film titled ‘FilmSpeed’ in order to further promote the Xbox One exclusive realistic racing video-game Forza Motorsport 5.

The short film features a MacLaren driven at high speeds around a track rigged with a camera to capture images in quick succession that have been placed around the course. The images come together in glorious fashion to create clips of the upcoming game in a feat of true ingenuity.

Forza Motorsport 5 is slated as a launch title for the Xbox One entertainment device. You can check out ‘FilmSpeed’ below to see for yourself that Forza Motorsport 5 is truly where dreams are driven.

Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z pre-order bonuses announced with new screens

Earlier this week we saw a new trailer for Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z which also showed off how the ‘Day 1 Edition’ of the game will come with a code to give players access to the Naruto Uzumaki Sage Mode costume for Goku.

Well now we have a whole slew of new screenshots from Namco Bandai for the game which can be seen below and we also have learned that gamers who pre-order the game will be given codes to download Super Vegito and Super Saiyan Bardock as playable characters. Currently Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z is set to be released in North America and Europe sometime in early 2014.

One Piece: Romance Dawn announced for North America

A couple of months ago it was announced that One Piece: Romance Dawn would be brought to European shores, but until now fans of One Piece have been in the dark about whether or not the game would be released in North America.

Well during Tokyo Game Show Namco Bandai revealed that they are planning on bringing the game to the Americas as well sometime before the end of the year. Alongside this reveal the company also released a large number of new screenshots for the game as well as a new trailer, both of which can be found below.

Tales of Symphonia Chronicles’ first English screens come from TGS

Interestingly enough, we’ve seen plenty of gameplay videos of Tales of Symphonia Chronicles and numerous Japanese screenshots, but now Namco Bandai has chosen to release the first English screenshots for Tales of Symphonia Chronicles during Tokyo Game Show.

The screenshots and a new trailer for the game can be found below. For those who don’t know, Tales of Symphonia Chronicles features both Tales of Symphonia and Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World remastered in high-definition and it is set to be released as a PlayStation 3 exclusive in the West in early 2014 while Japan gets the game next month.
