PS4 E3 2013 User Interface Video Demonstration

ps4-hardware-11

One thing that Sony did not include in their PlayStation E3 2013 press conference was a more in depth look at the user interface of the PS4. And rightly so; it’s all about the games. However, they did still release a video on the show floor detailing the U.I.

You can view the trailer embedded at the bottom of this article. It demonstrates – through terrible acting – how friends can interact in an extremely social and free-flowing manner, as well as how you can multi-task; pausing to download a game (single-player or multi-player portion first) and then jumping back into your current session, and even initiating a download from your phone, among many other features.
