I have some news from Capcom regarding the issue with the Resident Evil 5 Costume Pack 1 discovered this morning.
The costume pack specified in the marketing points you to the Costume Pack 1 which includes the “Heavy Metal” and “Business” costumes, BUT, the actual download is for the “Warrior” and “Fairy Tale” costumes intended for Costume Pack 2.
The actual costumes which are available now on XboxLive for 160 MSP are shown below in the screenshot below. This issue is known by Capcom, and they are currently working with Microsoft for a solution.
We’ll keep you posted once the issue has been resolved.
Resident Evil 5’s first DLC episode Lost in Nightmares makes its way onto Xbox Live today for 400 MSP. It will be hitting the PlayStation Network tomorrow for $4.99.

With the purchase of Lost in Nightmares, you’ll also receive 2 extra characters for Mercenaries Reunion.
Downloading Lost in Nightmares gives you: Excella Gionne and Barry Burton.
Check out all the finer details below :
The fear that we all have been waiting for is finally here! Capcom is pleased to announce the first downloadable episode for Resident Evil 5, “LOST IN NIGHTMARES” is available today on Xbox Live and will be made available on PlayStation Network tomorrow, February 18.

Get ready to re-soil your plants in the all-new action-tower defence style game from PopCap on the Apple iPhone PLANTS Vs. ZOMBIES !! A mob of fun-loving zombies intent on eating your brains are about to invade your home, and the only thing stopping them are 49 zombie-zapping cute little plants. Use peashooters, wall-nuts, cherry bombs and much much more to stop 26 types of zombies before they can reach your front door.
Just like your cute little plants each zombie has its own special skill and ability, so you’ll need to think fast and plant faster to combat them all. Strategy plays an important part in this game as you can’t take all 49 plants with you into battle, you need to plan and use your head before the zombies eat it, with different challenging environments such as night, day battles, creeping fog and a swimming pool to name just a few, there’s never a dull moment in this zombie infested neighbourhood !! So are you ready to dig in ??
The Zombies ARE BACK !! And this time they want BRAINS !!! .. Wait .. hang on .. don’t they always want brains ? Well yeah they normally eat brains. I don’t know why they couldn’t just settle for a cute little daisy or a yummy looking sunflower or even better .. A NICE BIG PLUMP Magic Mushroom OOoOOoooooo Yeeaahhh !! The horde just keep on coming. All they want is you and your tasty grey matter. And all that’s stopping them from accomplishing their goal is your flourishing garden of cute little plants.
Plants vs. Zombies is a highly addictive, innovative, challenging, and certainly very funny tower defence style game with so many variations and curve balls thrown in it will have you coming back for more and more and BRAIIINNSS !!!.. Opps sorry got carried away. To see what happens in the next level of the adventure and what cool plants you get to unlock or what super cool items you can purchase from your wacky nutjob of a neighbour.
The action does get fast and furious and you have to keep on your toes. At the start it’s pretty tame but in the later levels you’ll be running around like a head-less zombie.. um I mean chook, trying to stop these pesky and very determined zombies from entering your house and dining on your brains. If they do that the game ends and you can start the level again.
At your disposal you will have a total of 49 loyal and trustworthy little plants to do your bidding. On the other side of the fence we have 26 different style of zombies, ranging from slow and dumb to moonwalking thriller style ones that dance their way through your defences if you don’t watch out. Along the way you collect coins that can be used to upgrade your seed slots so that you can hold more seeds to use in battle against the horde and other cool extra like a pet snail. Erm yes a pet snail. I’ll let you guys figure out what he can do 😉
I could go on all day and night about Plants vs Zombies but I’ll let the video review do the rest, sit back and enjoy the review.
Its highly addictive, VERY VERY FUNNY, and certainly a lot of fun, graphically its pleasant on the eyes and quite easy to play with the game easing you in and teaching you how to play at a very good speed.
If you want to reign PEAS and Cherry Bombs on these poor old Zombies .. All you have to do is buy your copy of Plants vs Zombies from the iTunes Store.

Well we have some updates on the Fable III co-op mode. Word has it that Peter Molyneux has heard our cries for help.
Ok here’s the low-down from the down-low
1 : Your very own hero that you’re molding within your own world will now be able to come into your friends world when invited. You will come in as your character, with your Dog, your own unique weapons, self-crafted weapons and be able to gain experience and everything else. HAPPY DAYS !!
2 : No more keeping your friend you just invited into your world on a dog-leash with that annoying camera view. That is now outta here. Your friend will be free to roam your world with no restrictions what so ever. BUT. Ohh man there has always gotta be a BUT !! and this is an EVIL BUT 😉 … BEWARE of the Dreaded “Consequences” from bringing in friends to your world of Albion. Just be VERY CAREFUL who you invite in. If by some chance you invite a random dude who you “Think” is your friend.. hmm then there could be big time consequences. So be very careful and very cautious. Don’t go blaming anyone but yourself if this happens. You wanted the Free Camera all that freedom stuff then live with it if bad stuff happens and all your wives get pregnant and your kids disappear and your hated by the entire town. Peter wont be able to help you 😉
3 : Finally this is a cool addition, Peter advised that there will be a new functionality called “TOUCH”. Have you ever wanted to skip down the road with your best mate hand in hand ?? … well ??? … come one .. I bet there’s a lot of you out there that have thought of it once or twice. Well now you can do it with your friend. Invite him/her in. initiate the “Touch” function and skip through town to your hearts content. Now once again don’t blame anyone but yourself if the townsfolk start throwing eggs and tomatoes at you and your wives are chasing you with rolling pins !!
Other cool functions of Touch will also enable you to Drag friends into dungeons .. or other places of interest … hmmm is that classified as abuse will they be able to call the Albion police on you ? 😉
Hi everyone, your favourite conveyer of MW2 thoughts is back – and yes with more MW2 thoughts. You might be thinking, doesn’t this guy have anything else to talk about except for MW2? Well the answer to that is simple. I don’t have much time to play games, I only get time at night after the kids are in bed and maybe a couple of hours on the weekend. Life at the moment is full of kids things to do, swimming, soccer 5 times a week and of course work!
The patch for MW2 has been out for a week, for those of you who don’t know, it fixed a multitude of issues, Care package glitching (unlimited and superman running), fixed the 1887 reach when using Akimbo and FMJ, fixed the Prestige 10 lobbies and some other stuff.
Well I must say it’s quite nice to be able to play a match without having to worry about the sky having every single aircraft in it from unlimited care packages and some idiot thinking it’s funny to run around with the Care Package marker knifing everyone. I think Infinity Ward are nearly there with the fixes, whether they choose or can fix the remaining bugs remain to be seen. There are a few things I have noticed and I hope IW look at them in the near future.
** Matchmaking – don’t we all wish to be able to play with 4 green bars every single game against other 4 green barrers (is that even a word??) COD5 WOW had the option for local search and it definitely made a difference.
** Getting mysteriously kicked out of lobbies – this is becoming more prevalent lately. For eg. 5 of us in a lobby join a match. we sit their for ages, then it merges us with another lobby – but hey! we lost someone! Or we lose everyone and everyone is in this black hole where no one can hear anyone else and eventually we get kicked out back to the lobby.
The other is when joining a match directly from a lobby, it looks like say if there are 5 of us, only 4 get into a match, as their were only 4 slots to begin with! This can be such a pain if you have been waiting for so long. The other night, we must have spent 2 hours doing this, and when we did get into a match with everyone, we were in a filthy laggy match and we couldn’t kill anyone anyway!
** Multiple Harriers at once. I have noticed lately, that in games there are multiple harriers coming in at a time, not sure about this, kinda wierd, don’t think it’s a glitch and I haven’t seen anything on youtube or comments in the Xbox or IW forums about this. I will keep checking this out and will report back on my findings – probably be another conveying of thoughts.
Things we have to look forward to in MW2.
** DLC – this looks like it is new maps. I hope they redo Shipment!! I also wouldn’t mind a barebones map where Killstreaks are not allowed.
** Me getting to Prestige 10! haha, soon my avid readers, soon. I am up to Prestige 6, level 62 – around 43,000 kills, and 42,000 deaths. yes my K/D ratio is now over 1!! I can’t believe it!
** The Capsule Computers Community night playing MW2. This looks like it is going to be the 19th March now, 8-11pm Australian Eastern Time (JUST NEED TO GET THIS CONFIRMED WITH XBOX FIRST). I hope that alot of you turn up and play, not sure what we are going to do, but it looks like it might be a Groundwar game type so we can get alot of you in there at once. Might do some crazy things, like Headquarters RUST with no Killstreaks! Anyone else got any suggestions on what to do? We will keep a list and change them often.
Lastly other stuff I have been doing on the Xbox lately. I have managed to get into Forza3 again – trying to complete all the races. I am only about 25% through them, and will probably take at least another 70-80 hours of game time. New games for me lately, I got GH Van Halen, yes it was finally released in Australia and I had the money for it! I can only play GH up to medium, as I am hopeless at moving my hand to get to the Orange. It a bit same old same old.. but it definitely is hard! I have no idea how people can play this game on Expert, kudos to you all. This one I saw on Youtube today, it’s crazy!
That’s about it for this conveying of thoughts for today! Catch you all again soon!
