Ladies and Gentlemen, Cliff Bleszinski from Epic Games was on the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon show to share with the rest of the world an exclusive first look at the HIGHLY anticipated Gears Of War 3. 

The first official trailer called “Ashes to Ashes” was is shown (see below).

The trailer looks brilliant.  We now have a full year of waiting before Gears Of War 3 will be unleashed upon the world.  Right at the end of the interview Cliff mentioned that Gears of War 3 will be out on the 8th of April 2011.

EA, People Can Fly and Epic Games have joined forced to make this new and very original IP that will certainly turn some heads in the gaming industry.  Check out the details below on what could possibly give Gears Of War 3 a great run for its money in 2011.

Epic Games, People Can Fly and EA today confirmed the development of Bulletstorm, a new original intellectual property from the teams behind the award-winning, multiple million-selling Gears of War, Unreal Tournament and Painkiller series of games. Set to release in 2011, Bulletstorm brings new furor to first-person shooter action with its signature ‘kill with skill’ gameplay, which is packed with blockbuster moments.

UBISOFT Uncloaks Details for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier

Some really exciting news from Ubisoft Paris

Today Ubisoft revealed new details for Tom Clancy™’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier™ for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system, and Windows PC. Developed by the award-winning team behind Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter® and Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter® 2, the game will equip players with the world’s hottest future combat systems, inspired by existing prototypes, and unleash them on the battlefield of tomorrow. Rockstar Games Presents Red Dead Redemption: Gunslingers

Now let me start by saying that I personally don’t get sucked into playing games on facebook as I find them VERY boring and also quite annoying and a little repetitive,  most of them don’t really have a purpose.  But you know a few of you out there would beg to differ.  Take for example Duraroc, who’s just recently discovered Mafia Wars.  All he does all day is play that game instead of writing articles !!  It DRIVES ME CRAZY !! he even twitters his progress to everyone following him.   He know it annoys me so he does it a little more each and everyday.  But maybe I can get him to jump ship from playing that boring Mafia Wars and try ROCKSTAR’s newest addition to the PC / FACEBOOK scene called : 

RED DEAD REDEMPTION : GUNSLINGERS

Now from what I’ve seen of it so far it looks like it might even rope me in as well.  I think it ROCKSTAR are on a real winner here.  Now all i have to do is trick.. err I mean convince duraroc into playing GunSlingers and then I’ll be a little happier.

OMA to be tuned in MW2 finally?

Well it seems that finally someone has caught the attention of Infinity Ward with the use of the One Man Army perk to spawn tube people across the map.

Firstly, check out this video.

Finally!! Is all I can say.  Has IW been blind the last few months.  There have been videos on YouTube on how to spawn tube for ages – Rundown, Afghan, Derail – it is all easily done.

Now what are they going to do to tune this?  They can’t get rid of OMA as it’s in the game, maybe limit OMA switches to once a life?

I like to tube like other people, but don’t use OMA anymore – I like to equip a tube and the Thumper with Sleight of Hand – fast reloads FTW!

Whilst IW are at it, can they tune the Commando lunge – this is bad, even with a shotgun blast to the head someone can lunge straight through it and stab you.

What do you guys think?  Maybe they should tune it so you can’t roast marshmallows as well!

Just wait until the devil media get their hands on this one. (The devil media are the game hating, self doting, no research, old people you see complaining about side boob in Mass Effect.)

According to the Official Xbox Magazine, a new feature enables you to create children with your co-op partner in Fable 3. While you are not busy ruling your kingdom, you will “be able to enjoy, ahem, intimate moments with your co-op friend and eventually produce offspring together,” according to the magazine.

Put this along side of that GameCrush website, and we have a brothel in the making! Just pay the 10 minute fee.

I’m VERY excited about this !! Now I can finally play Dark Void Zero on my Apple iPhone !! I know playing it the DSi was fun but I don’t carry that around everywhere I go.  NOW I can flying into the Void take on the Watchers, pause the game take a phone call from Nikola Tesla, send an SMS to Will Grey and then switch back to Dark Void and Continue blasting those evil watchers !! WOO HOOO !!

New Australian Attorney General is an invertebrate

Vertebrates respect other vertebrates. Invertebrates respect other invertebrates. But I’m not going to talk to an invertebrate, let alone respect one. That is happening with South Australian Attorney General John Rau as he has lost his spine. He has recently stated regarding an R18+ rating on video games in Australia that he “can neither support nor wisely argue against a position if I am not aware of the relevant factors.” Clearly he has no spine.

The worst part of this entire situation is that prior to his taking the position Rau’s response to making an R18+ rating was that it was “just common sense to introduce”. Somewhere between his campaigning to his taking the office he left his spine behind.

Poor spine, it will be missed.
