Paramount Pictures have just released the Redband trailer for their upcoming shock-comedy Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa, starring Johnny Knoxville reprising his role as popular Jackass character, 86-year old Irving Zisman. It is embedded at the bottom of this article.
We’ve been introduced to the irresponsible grandfather’s adjustable bed (not going to go there) and convenience mart spree (Jackass and shopping carts are a terrible combination!), but if these real people – innocent bystanders! – think that’s as shocking or as disruptive as the retiree can be, they should be thankful they weren’t present the day he got his “member” caught in a vending machine. I’m not even going to wonder how that happened in the first place. Take a look at the real reactions to the many unreal, R-rated (mostly for the swearing…mostly) situations like this below.
Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa releases nationwide on November 14.

Last year the hit series “Arrow” aired in the UK on Sky1 and was extremely well received by the British public. In wake of the colossal success that Marvel had with The Avengers, DC decided to revive several superhero franchises, most of which were exhibited in NetherRealm Studios‘ superb fighting game, Injustice: Gods Among Us, the review of which can be foundhere. However, they found unexpected success in the form of the billionaire archer and arguably the most OP character in Injustice, Green Arrow.
As a result of its wild popularity, Arrow is getting its own comic book series of the same name, published by Titan Magazines. The series will be more closely linked to the TV show than the original comic books that the character is derived from, but it will tell stories that you won’t see on TV.
The first issue will be packed with original artwork from a fantastic artist by the name of Mike Grell who has worked on Green Arrow comics in the past. It will continue from where season one of Arrow left off, but it will also feature a number of previously unseen origin stories and a whole host of original stories by the writers of the show.
Arrow #1 is now available in WHSmith and all good newsagents in the UK. To find out more about the new comic series, head over to the official website.

The latest scans out of Japan have revealed the final two giant boss characters that will be in the new Dragon Ball Z game Battle Of Z. In addition to Great Ape Gohan, Great Ape Vegeta and Hirudegarn, Great Ape Bardock and Giant Core Meta Cooler will also be available to fight in the games mission mode. Great Ape Bardock has not been in a game since Tenkaichi 3 where he was scaled down to be a playable character, while Giant Core Meta Cooler last appeared as a boss fight in Ultimate Tenkaichi.
The scans also show off several other small pieces of information. It looks like you can go back to any mission and use any combination of characters you wish, so you can beat up on Raditz as a team of Super Saiyan Goku’s if you wish. Those having trouble with certain missions or who want a more social experience can call upon those who are online to help them complete missions they are having trouble with in the games multi mission mode. Readers with a very keen eye might notice that Goku is also shirtless in one of the small screenshots, giving hope for alternate outfits being present in the game.
The game will be releasing in Japan on January 23, 2014 for PS3, Xbox 360 and PS Vita as a digital download. Typically, Dragon Ball games have been releasing in the overseas markets first, so my guess is we will get the game slightly before that date or not too long after. Are you looking forward to this new title in one of the longest running animes of all time or will you be passing this up? Let us know in the comments.
Batman: Arkham Origins is getting ready to release at the end of this week, so now it the final few days of Warner Bros. trying to prepare players for what they will be doing once it is released. So, what better way than a 17 minute long gameplay video showing off a bit of the world and mechanics.
The gameplay video does show off quite a bit from an early part of Batman: Arkham Origins, but makes it a point to show off the Batcave in the video, which is the first time we’ve really gotten to play in The Batcave in the Arkham series. Center for Challenges, Case Files, Quick Travel, and the workbence, this video provides a nice introduction to it. But, the video doesn’t just stop there as it follows Batman on a mission to infiltrate the Police Department.

2K Games has announced the upcoming DLC that will be on its way for WWE 2K14, which will also be included in a Season Pass. It seems that they are planning on releasing the DLC in 3 groups with the first coming in November and the last in January. But, fans that aren’t looking for paying for extra content will still be able to benefit as some additions will be coming for free.
The first group will be coming just after the games release kicking off with the nWo pack of characters (Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, “Macho Man” Randy Savage, Syxx, Curt Hennig, Scott Steiner and The Giant) that will be available day one. Then at a later time the Accelerator will also release, which basically unlocks everything. However, The Giant will be available to everyone with WWE 2K14 for free.
The second group will be the WWE Super Stars and Moves Pack landing in December and will add the two Superstars Fandango and Big E Langston, plus three Divas Brie Bella, Nikki Bella and Summer Rae. But, it wont just be the 5 additional characters, as well as 30 new moves. Those not getting the content will still be able to add Summer Rae for free though.
The third and final group will be WWE Legends and Creations Pack, with Hall of Famers Bruno Sammartino and “The American Dream” Dusty Rhodes, Superstars “Ravishing” Rick Rude and Jake “The Snake” Roberts, and two new playable Superstars WWE Manager and Virgil. The Creations side of it will add 15 new Superstar parts for making characters, but those not interested in the full thing can still get Virgil for free.
The Season Pass itself will include all three of these groups of content, plus exclusive online badges and “The Outsiders” themed Scott Hall and Kevin Nash. The three bigger packs (nWo Pack, WWE Super Stars and Moves Pack, and WWE Legends and Creations Pack) will be available for £6.99, while The Accelerator will be only £1.59. The full Season Pass will be available for £15.99 totaling to about 25% savings.
So, at the very least fans getting WWE 2K14 will be able to get The Giant, Summer Rae, and Virgil after the games releases for both Xbox 360 and PS3. But, those wanting all or just piece meal of the additional content now know what’s coming. Those wanting a better look at the game can check out our Hands-On Preview.
In anticipation of the PlayStation 4’s launch, Sony thought it appropriate to take a digital walk through memory lane, celebrating its history before a new chapter begins.
The ‘#4ThePlayers‘ video – which can be seen embedded at the bottom of this article – is a live action trailer, inspired by your #PlayStationMemories. It journeys through the last 18 years, starting at the launch of the original PlayStation 1 console in 1995, all the way to the present and looking into future. Spotlighting classic exclusives that defined the PlayStation gaming brand, like Tekken and Gran Turismo, the video also highlights bad posture and terrible hairdos.
Does anyone else think the promotion for the PS4 has been extremely overt in its sycophancy? Watch the trailer below and let us know if it appeals to you.
