Now the gaming giant has released their newest trailer titled Watch Dogs 101. The narrated, nine minute long railer details all aspects of the game from the core hacking gameplay, the drop in multiplayer, the companion app and more. You can watch the video for yourself below.

WWE 2K15 release pushed back to 2015

wwe-2k15-logo
News has come through that 2K Games will be delaying their release of the next installment in the WWE 2K series from its usual October release window. Instead WWE 2K15 is scheduled for an early 2015 release of roughly March 2015, which would coincide with Wrestlemania 31.

So far very little detail has been revealed on the game other than the fact that development will be completely handled by Visual Concepts, the developer behind the NBA 2K series. This will be the first entirely developed WWE 2K game from Visual Concepts and as such we can likely expect some major shakeups with the game.

While no news has come through on what will replace the 30 Years of Wrestlemania mode, rumour has it that there could potentially by a ‘My Career’ mode similar to that in past WWE games and that featured currently in the NBA 2K series, with the player starting in the developmental territory of NXT and working their way up to the main roster and ultimately to championship glory.

Stay tuned for further information on the upcoming WWE 2K15 as it comes to light.

dark-souls-wolf-sword

Games with Gold has been criticized heavily and has paled in comparison to PlayStation Plus since it was launched. Well today Microsoft is looking to step things up a bit with their service as they have announced that Games with Gold is finally making the jump to the Xbox One starting in June.

The first Games with Gold for the Xbox One will be Max: The Curse of Brotherhood and Halo: Spartan Assault. Also to commemorate the one-year anniversary for Games with Gold, there will be three games given away instead of the standard two. These free titles will be Dark Souls, Charlie Murder, and Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition.

Microsoft removes Gold requirement for Netflix and other apps

Xbox-One-Home-01

One of the drawbacks about watching services such as Netflix or Hulu Plus on the Xbox One or 360 was the fact that to watch these services you not only needed to be subscribed to that service but you also had to be an Xbox Live Gold subscriber.

This was unfortunate as it forced users to pay at least two subscriptions just to use one service, but now Microsoft is dropping that requirement. Starting in June numerous apps will be available for free users and the full statement regarding the apps can be read below:

Coming in June, anyone with an Xbox will be able to access popular entertainment experiences – whether or not you have an Xbox Live Gold membership. This includes great gaming apps like Machinima, Twitch and Upload, popular video services like Netflix, Univision Deportes, GoPro, Red Bull TV and HBO GO, sports experiences like the NFL app for Xbox One, MLB.TV, NBA Game Time, NHL Game Center and more.

Xbox-One-Front-01

Back when the Xbox One was announced the Kinect was a mandatory device that could not be removed. Then eventually the company revealed that the console would work fine if the Kinect was not attached. Now today Microsoft has announced that they are planning on releasing an Xbox One package that will not include a Kinect at all.

Starting on June 9th Microsoft will start selling Xbox One consoles without the Kinect at a price of $399 which is a $100 price difference between the Kinect version that costs $499.
