Soulcalibur II HD Online’s Ivy takes on Nightmare in latest trailer

As we already know, Soulcalibur II HD Online is set to be released on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 as a digital download that will be dropping on North American PS3’s on November 19th while the 360 version and all versions of the European release will be released on November 20th for a price tag of $19.99 regardless of the console.

Now Namco Bandai has released a new trailer, which can be seen below, for the game which shows off some of the improved visuals for the game as it shows off two highly recognizable members of the cast fighting against one another, Ivy vs. Nightmare.

Need for Speed Rivals Next-Gen Footage

The new console generation is only a few short weeks away, and one of the games leading the charge and bridging the gap between the current and next gen consoles is EA‘s Need for Speed Rivals. Rivals will be dropping on all consoles next week, so in anticipation we have got some footage of the game running on both PS4 and Xbox One. Check it out:

Today Capcom and Microsoft have released a new trailer for Dead Rising 3 and those of you looking for some new story details will be happy to hear that this is exactly what the trailer is focusing on.

The story trailer can be found below and also below you can find a number of new screenshots that were released for the game. These screenshots include a number of allied characters as well as a few psychos that the player will run into during the course of the game. Dead Rising 3 is set to be released on November 22nd as an exclusive launch title for the Xbox One.

Senran Kagura Burst release date announced for North America

For those who don’t know, Senran Kagura Burst includes two stories, the first game in the Senran Kagura: Skirting Shadows, as well as the new Crimson Girls story.

The game will cost $29.99 and will be available on the eShop only. To go along with this announcement the company released a new trailer for the game which focuses on the girls from the Hanzo Academy while also releasing screenshots highlighting the Hebijo Academy, including my personal favorite Hikage.

Final Exam Gets Single And Co-op Demo

Focus Home Interactive, the folks behind Magrunner: Dark Pulse, have announced that their newest title, Final Exam, will be getting a demo this week. Coming to PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC, the demo will let players experience both single and cooperative gameplay.

Final Exam is a 2.5D sidescroller featuring tons of crazy action and humor packed together. You can experience the chaos alone or with up to 3 other friends via 4-player co-op mode. You’ll unlock lots of new weapons, skills, and combos. The demo will even feature its own solo and multiplayer leaderboards!

Garfield Kart Out Now On Mobile

Garfield Kart is now available to own on your iOS and Android devices at a price cheaper than a serving of lasagne! Garfield and 7 of his friends, including fan favourites such as Garfield’s canine sidekick Odie and his owner Jon, will hit the track to race one another in this latest kart racing game. As with any license based kart racer, the game features a bunch of crazy powerups that you can use to knock your opponents off the track or boost your own karts abilities.

Something unique about this game that people might not expect from a licensed kart racer is that this is one of the first mobile games that will feature online play across different platforms, so iOS users can challenge Android users to some kart racing mayhem. When the PC and Mac versions release in the near future you will also be able to race against users on those platforms.

See the Xbox One in Action in 12 Minute All-in-One Demo

Xbox One comes out in two weeks and so Microsoft has put out a nice and long walkthrough of how the new home will work on the upcoming console. With Marc Whitten and Yusuf Mehdi both sitting in to show off what the console can do, they demonstrate quite a number of features players can expect on day one. From signing in on the Xbox One being as easy as looking at the Kinect. As well as being fully capable of signing multiple people in separately and switching as needed to each persons customized home for family and friends sitting in on the fun.

That’s just the tip of the iceberg as other features that that get demoed are the speed at transitioning from games like Forza Motorsport 5 and apps like Skype, Hulu Plus, and Netflix. They also demo just how easy it is the use the Skype function through the Xbox One Kinect as it automatically sign in that as well. Those wanting to see the All-in-One Demo for themselves can check out the video embedded below. The Xbox One is currently set to release on November 22nd, 2013.

PlayStation 4 Kicks Off New #4ThePlayers Marketing

Sony has started a new ad campaign with the hashtag 4ThePlayers for the release of the PS4 just a week away. One of the most eye catching ads for the new campaign, which players can see a shot from above deals with a new cab service called Hadouken Cabs.

Interested in getting a cab right away? Well according to the ad a cab can be there in 99 seconds, but unfortunately seeing as the drivers are all taking part in street fighting who knows how long it will actually be before they can get there. Is this the teasing of something Street Fighter exclusively  for the PS4? Only time will tell.

Contrast Sets the Mood with More Screenshots

Contrast is just one week away from release, so publisher Focus Home Interactive and developer Compulsion Games have put out a few more screenshots from the game to prepare players for what they can expect. Showing off more of Didi and Dawn on their adventure.

Luckily for the two of them Dawn has a bit more freedom as an imaginary friend, so she can traverse the world of light and shadow to help Didi find what she is looking for about her family. Just what will the two find, as Didi goes exploring through an adult world set in a noir styled 1920’s.
