Dark Void Zero and Mega Man 10 released today !!

Capcom’s have announced that their retro classics, Dark Void™ Zero and Mega Man 10 are released for download today.

The classic Dark Void Zero is available on the DSiWare store today. Players take on the role of Rusty, the first human born in the Void who must take on the Watchers in a quest to stop their domination of Earth. With the help of Rusty’s good friend, Nikola Tesla, and his state-of-the-art rocket pack, Rusty must battle against the Watchers across three intense levels of non-stop action. Dark Void Zero can be downloaded today across Europe & Australia for 500 Nintendo points.

Continuing with the retro fun, Mega Man 10 is out on WiiWare for 1000 Wii points. The original 2D classic Mega Man returns, taking the series back to its old school roots with action platform gameplay and classic 8-bit NES style graphics and sound. Set within the Mega Man universe it comes as no surprise that robot antics are at play once again. A suspicious outbreak of Robot flu has broken out infecting robots across the world. It’s up to Mega Man to take on this sinister threat and get to the bottom of this viral mystery.

On April 5 th an extra treat will be available for Mega Man fans. Playable character Bass will be available to download on WiiWare to help players on their mission to take on the suspicious Robot flu.

Final Fantasy XIII is coming out next week, but you are still in hot debate with your friends on which system to buy it for? Well below you will find a graphical comparison of the two systems.

PS3

Xbox 360

You may or may not be able to notice a difference (I am the worst at seeing the slight graphical differences between different systems and TVs) but as you may (or may not) be able to tell, the Xbox 360 version is a little choppier.

But that doesn’t really matter! You’ll be too busy playing the game and loving it to notice such a small graphic difference.

Portal 2 officially announced

For those of you who have been reading about the Portal 2 hints that were put into the original Portal, the conspiracy of Portal 2 coming out is no longer a conspiracy! Portal 2 is official and currently has a release frame of this holiday season.

What makes Portal 2 different from portal? It will include a separate 2 player co-op campaign and it is being released at full retail price.

The official announcement:
“Valve, creators of best-selling game franchises (such as Left 4 Dead, Counter-Strike and Half-Life) and leading technologies (such as Steam and Source), today announced Portal 2 for shipment this coming holiday season.

EA have announced the next addition to the hugely popular Sims series.  This time players can become fearless heroes and Entrepreneurs.  I’m thinking  Batman-crossed with Bill Gates !!! Imagine that spectacular combination !! Fight crime with Windows 7 sidebar gadgets !!

G’day everyone.  Its that time again.  Playstation Store have all new goodies for us to buy, test out and play with.

Now there isnt much in terms of specials apart from Capcom’s Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo on sale for only $4.99.  If you haven’t already got this cool puzzle game.  Get it now as its well worth it.  Other cool things to take into considereation is Penny Arcade’s Episode 1 and 2 bundle and also Episode 3 of the Tester along with some cool Demos, try them all out there’re FREE !!  Ok that’s enough from me .. read on and click on the JUMP half way down to check out the rest of the cool stuff available this week.
