AMD has launched its new Gaming Evolved App, powered by gaming rewards community Raptr. AMD users will be able to access in-game live stream tools via Twitch, take screenshots, browse the web and chat. The App is bundled with Battlefield 4 for PC as well as AMD’s Catalyst 13.11 Beta 6 or later drivers. It’s also available as a standalone download on Raptr’s AMD page.
AMD gamers will be able to optimise their games based on performance, quality or balance according to their hardware while registered Raptr users who track their game stats with the App are eligible to win free games, DLC and hardware just by playing. Raptr and AMD are also giving away over $300,000 of prizes via the AMD Gaming Evolved Sweepstakes: Play & Win.
AMD recently launched its latest high-end card, the Radeon R290X. The hefty jump in performance allowed AMD to edge ahead of its competitor, Nvidia.
Activision have just released a brand new trailer for the hotly anticipated blockbuster first-person shooter Call of Duty: Ghosts. The new trailer features the games highly touted ‘Extinction Mode’.
The trailer features the first contact with the zombie outbreak which is the major focal point of ‘Extinction Mode’ which seems to be somewhat similar of the Zombies Mode from previous games but with aliens.

WWE will be touring the United Kingdom in November for a series of live wrestling events. To go along with that tour, 2K Games will be bringing the WWE 2K14 video-game to shopping centres around the UK in conjunction with the WWE wrestling tour.
The WWE 2K14 shopping centre tour will feature appearances from real-life WWE superstars as well as exclusive WWE 2K14 merchandise for purchase. The following tour dates and locations have been confirmed by 2K:

William Redmoor just can’t seem to catch a break, but those wanting to re-experience or experience Renegade Kid’s Dementium II for the first time wont have to wait too long now that the HD version is available for preorder. Set for release in December for PC, with plans to reach Mac in January in time for DLC, Dementium II HD is looking to reach a bigger audience than its original DS release thanks to the re-emergence of the Horror genre in indie games.
Players will have plenty of monsters to face off against from Chest Maws, to the Wendigo Witch, and much more while trying to navigate the asylum. Those wanting to see what Dementium II HD has to offer can find out in the action trailer that publisher Digital Tribe Games and the HD port developer Memetic Games have just released embedded below.
Anuman Interactive have today released a new kart racer for the iPad that will soon be coming to PC and Mac as well. The game is called Racers Islands and is being released under the Microids label. The new racer brings together the six greatest pilots in the world to battle in the ‘Champions Tournament’ which will decide who receives the prestigious title of Uncontested Master of the Road.
The game will have many classic trademarks of the kart racing genre, most reminescent of the Mario Kart series. Game modes include race and arena, where your goal is to reach the end first or destroy your opponents vechicles and be the last one standing. A cool twist is that players will have a deafult weapon that is always available but reloads over time. This default weapon can damage vehicles and also slow them down. Another ather unique mechanic is that the player will have to collect the nuts scattered around the track to repair this damage and bring your car back up to speed. Other more standard weapons such as bombs and shields are also present among others like boost. Single player modes such as Championship, Simple Race or Time Trial are also available and there are 10 tracks to race on as well as 5 battle arenas for the battle mode.
Racers Islands will be released in 5 languages including French, English, Spanish, Italian and German. You can get the game right now through the App Store for the iPad or wait for the PC/Mac release that is coming in November.
The last trailer for Thief showed off just a bit of the return of Basso, but only in so much as to at least show that fact that he was still kicking around the city. The newest trailer released however gets a little more personal with the now fence as he gives a cold hard look at the realities of the city that they are living in.
This is however is the first in a new series of videos for Thief from Square Enix and Eidos-Montreal, all laying the way for the game before it releases in February. It’s hard to tell where the video series plans to go from here though, will there be even more information from Basso about the dire straight of the city, or will we get to hear from some other sources.

To mark the launch of the new iPad Air, Square Enix are giving owners of an iOS device the chance to try out their vampire hunting RPG, Bloodmasque for free. Until midnight on the 7th November this action packed battle through a vampire infested 19th century Paris is available for free download on the App Store after which point it will return to its original price of US$6.99.
As if the $0 price tag wasn’t enough incentive to download Bloodmasque, there have been new features added to the game just in time for this event. A new ‘Hunter Rankings’ mode has been implemented which allows players to fight it out in special weekly quests where only the best of the best will be able to claim the unique in-game items that are awarded to the highest scoring competitors.

Halloween may be dead and gone for another year, but if you missed out on some horror fare over October 31st then fear not- there’s plenty still to be had for the rest of the year. Dementium II HD, originally a DS game, has just been made available for preorder on Steam ahead of a December 18 release. Early takers will get a hefty 35% discount on the retail price of $14.99.
Dementium II was first released to strong reviews on the DS in 2010, developed by Renegade Kid. Duties have since been handed over to South African developers Memetic Games for this HD port, which will be released on PC.
The game is a survival horror set in the Bright Dawn Treatment Center, with players cast as William Redmoor, a patient who awakes from a 5 week coma to discover that his nightmares are far from over. Whilst keeping the original gameplay intact, the HD port will have better visuals, improved lighting and a tweaked control scheme. Same bones. New Flesh.
Stack Rabbit comes from the same creators as the wildly popular Where’s My Water? mobile game.
