Today Warner Bros. has revealed that they are planning on offering a Season Pass for Batman: Arkham Origins which will cost £15.99 / $19.99 and will be available when the game launches on the PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U and PC on October 20th.
The season pass will save buyers £12 / $10 and offer five DLC packs which are planned to be released sometime after the game’s release. The full list of content can be found below and it contains New Millennium Skins Pack, Infinite Earths Skins Pack, the exclusive Gotham by Gaslight Batman Skin and Brightest Day Batman skin, an Initiation challenge maps where players can play as Bruce Wayne and an all new story which has yet to be revealed.
Gamers in Europe will be able to revisit some of the most iconic characters in Nippon Ichi Software’s history tomorrow as Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness is set to be released in Europe on September 27th. Those of us in North America have a bit longer to wait as this first ever direct sequel in the series’ history is set to be released here on October 8th.

Developer and publisher Wargaming has announced that Royal Air Force planes have been launched for its action MMO, World of Warplanes, which is currently in Open Beta testing. Check out the screenshots below.
The 0.5.3 update includes several branches of British fighters and heavy fighters such as the Spitfire, Blenheim F., Skua and Javelin along with 11 gift and premium planes. New gameplay additions aren’t the only focus as advanced mouse control is now available in the options.
While the Beta continues, Wargaming has thrown in two new maps for variety – Fjords and Eastern Front.

The epic season of Downloadable Content (DLC) culminates with the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops II Apocalypse for PlayStation 3 and PC fans. The fourth and final DLC Pack from Activision and its studio Treyarch lets players dig into four thrilling and diverse multiplayer maps. Also included is the all new Zombies experience Origins, which reunites players with the original heroes from Call of Duty: World at War, and closes this chapter of the Zombies story arch for Call of Duty: Black Ops II.
Call of Duty: Black Ops II Apocalypse also features Origins, the most horrifying and imaginative Zombies experience to date. Players will be deployed to a Dieselpunk-stylised World War I-era France where they will encounter the return of the four original heroes – Tank, Nikolai, Takeo, and Richtofen – from the very first Zombies map featured in Call of Duty: World at War, as well as hordes of undead that have overrun the French countryside’s trenches and fields, as well as the ruins of an ancient and mysterious location.

Glu Mobile have launched their new title Gang Lords, where players assume the role of a crime boss and build a deck of gangsters to take turf and battle rival gangs, all in the name of earning money, power and respect. Gang Lords also offers co-op gameplay, allowing players to invite friends to aid in their battles to rule the leaderboards.

It’s been a busy week for EA Mobile. First off, the world’s favourite sport returns to mobile platforms with FIFA 14. The officially licensed title will allow gamers to play their favourite football/soccer teams from thirty different leagues in 34 real world stadiums. Best of all, the game is completely free to play. Players can purchase access to Manager Mode, Tournament Mode, and Kick-off Mode as a separate $6.49 AUD/ $4.99 USD in-app purchase. FIFA 14 is now available worldwide on iTunes, Google Play, and Amazon Appstore.
Insanely addictive byte sized Tetris experience Tetris Blitz is now available on Windows Phone 8. As its iOS and Android cousins, Tetris Blitz is free to play and is available for download on the Windows Phone Store. Players will race the two minute timer to clear as many lines as possible and control the high score against their Facebook friends.
Finally, the 25th installment of the long running Madden NFL 25 series has been released on Google Play. The free to play American Football game features fan favourites like Ultimate Team, Solo Challenges featuring the greatest moments of NFL history, and quick exhibition matches. The touch controls have been improved from previous titles.
