Heavy RAIN is an evolving psychological thriller filled with innumerable twists and turns, where choices and actions can result in dramatic consequences on the story. Spanning for days of mystery and suspense, the hunt is on for a murderer known only as the Origami Killer – named after his macabre calling card of leaving folded paper shapes in the hands of his victims. Four playable characters, each following their own leads and with their own motives, must take part in a desperate attempt to prevent the killer from claiming a new life.
Heavy Rain was presented for the first time during E3 2009 through two playable scenes featuring two of the four main protagonits. Based on these two scenes, the game has already earned a number of awards from the specialized press, including Game of the Show, Best Adventure Game, Best PS3 Exclusive and Most Innovative Game.

Heavy Rain is scheduled for release in January of 2010. Lets hope that it’s not delayed. A game like this is needed to break up the boring and old monotonous style adventure games that are available at the moment on all platforms.

This is for all the slow ones out there, including myself. At the Capcom Dead Rising 2 media night in Tokyo not too long ago (September 2009). Keiji Inafune-San came out wearing this fantastic limited edition biker Jacket that Chuck Greene will be wearing in Dead Rising 2.

That’s VERY COOL. I know most of you might of already know this. But everyone that missed it, Keiji Inafune-San has left his mark on Dead Rising 2 very impressingly.

Today, Sony Computer Entertainment America announced via the official PlayStation Blog to that it is releasing a 250GB PS3 Slim in North America on November 3 for a suggested retail price of $349.99.
That’s just great, I just purchased the new SLIM with 120GB in it and now Sony comes along and announces a newer model with a bigger hard drive only 2 months after the Slims official release to the world.
This has been the seventh hardware configuration of the console in the US, following the 120GB, 160GB, 80GB, 40GB, 20GB, and 60GB models released since the platform’s 2006 launch.
No news as to when the SLIM will reach other shores such as Australia. So for now if your not in any rush for a PS3 .. hang till the new one makes its way down.

Most of you younger readers might not even know who who Captain Lou Albano is, but if your a WWF/WWE hardcore wrestling fan and avid gamer you’d know all too well who Lou was.
Today sadly Lou Albano passed away at the age 76. It was reported that Albano suggered a heart attack in 2005 and today died under hospice care with his family present.
Lou Albano in his time was a successful wrestler and manager, he managed over 50 WWF/WWE Champions, also stared in Hulk Hogans’s Cartoon series : hulk hogan’s rock n wrestling, acted as Cyndi Lauper’s dad in various music videos, and portrayed Mario in Super Mario Bros Super Show from 1989-1990. (Which I must say he did a fantastic job)
