The Secret World has been chugging along since its 2012 launch as a buy to play game, offering MMORPG fans a unique story driven experience set in modern times. There has been a bit of buzz and speculation in the community since Funcom announced they would be relaunching the game. Today, Funcom announced Secret World Legends will be launched later this spring with upgraded visuals, a refreshed combat system, and a new progression system. All of the story content in The Secret World will first be transferred over to the new game and then new content will be developed. The new title will be completely free to play with an optional Patron monthly subscription that rewards subscribers with a variety of quality of life conveniences and in game bonuses. Those who purchased a lifetime subscription to The Secret World will see their subscription transfer over to Secret World Legends.

XSEED GAMES REVEALS RELEASE DATE FOR AKIBA’S BEAT IN SYNC WITH NEW TRAILER

XSEED GAMES REVEALS RELEASE DATE FOR AKIBA’S BEAT IN SYNC WITH NEW TRAILER

Delusions Invade Akihabara on May 16 in Upcoming Spiritual Successor to ‘AKIBA’S TRIP: Undead & Undressed’ Headed to PlayStation®4 and PlayStation®Vita

Torrance, Calif. March 29, 2017 – XSEED Games, the independent-minded publishing brand of Marvelous USA, Inc., today proudly announced that AKIBA’S BEAT, developer ACQUIRE’s highly-anticipated satirical JRPG, will release in North America on May 16, 2017 for the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system and PlayStation®Vita handheld entertainment system. A brand-new trailer was released to ring in today’s announcement, providing a glimpse at the themes and gameplay that players can look forward to on their upcoming Akihabara adventure.

Players who pre-order AKIBA’S BEAT will receive the game’s “cute little uggo” mascot character, Pinkun, who is phasing into reality as a 3.5” tall pocket plushie  that will come with all pre-orders at participating retailers while supplies last.

A spiritual successor to AKIBA’S TRIP: Undead & UndressedAKIBA’S BEAT is a modern-day satirical spin on the classic Japanese RPG formula. Set in a true-to-life recreation of Tokyo’s Akihabara district (“Akiba” for short), players will take control of a party of characters led by protagonist Asahi Tachibana as they seek to rid the town of anything out of sync with reality.

There are two sides to the gameplay: first, players will wander the streets and question the quirky Akihabara residents on a variety of subjects related to the mystery at hand, ultimately unlocking fantasy-themed dungeons known as “Delusionscapes” which are infested with monsters called “deluseons.” These deluseons are encountered on the map and fought in a party-based action battle system, putting players’ skills to the test and creating a uniquely challenging experience that seamlessly blends a real-life locale with the secret delusory world of its residents’ innermost desires.

AKIBA’S BEAT also features dual audio support with both English and Japanese language dialog options covering each of its nearly 22,000 spoken lines.

Developed by ACQUIRE and published in North America by XSEED Games, AKIBA’S BEAT is headed to the PS4™ and “PSVita” systems for $49.99 and $39.99 MSRP respectively on May 16, 2017. This title has been rated “T for Teen” by the ESRB.

OPEN WORLD VOXEL ADVENTURE STELLAR OVERLOAD TRAVELS TO NEW PLANET IN LATEST MAJOR CONTENT UPDATE

New characters, tools, challenges and more await to be discovered in this imaginative sci-fi adventure and crafting game

PARIS March 29, 2017 – Independent developer Cubical Drift has released its most significant content update yet to the open world adventure Stellar Overload, bringing to the game a completely new planet for players to explore. It also adds more dynamic tools to Stellar Overload’s extensive crafting system while giving players the freedom to share their maps, dungeons, buildings, vehicles and other inventive creations with the community for the first time.

Novo Ares is Stellar Overload’s latest world, a Grand Canyon-like environment where players will discover a planet divided between the scorching heights and temperate depths of its rugged terrain. A new melee weapon – the hook sword – makes venturing around this landscape easier thanks to its functionality as a hookshot, letting explorers get to hard-to-reach locations in a flash. A new dungeon is also now available on the game’s first world, Merx.

For builders at heart, Stellar Overload has added new systems to allow for even more imagination in construction. The introduction of electricity, including cables, switches, lasers and engines, lets players control mechanisms within buildings, including elevators and monorail trains. New materials and textures also offer improved customization choices.

Mixing adventure and building gameplay mechanics with RPG and FPS action and a sci-fi story, Stellar Overload gives players a universe of teeming horizons made of bricks to explore with jetpacks, block-throwers and other gadgets alone or in cooperative multiplayer.

Stellar Overload is available for Windows PC, Mac and Linux as a Steam Early Access title for $19.99. For the latest updates as the game develops, visit www.stellar-overload.com, and follow Cubical Drift on Facebookand @StellarOverloadon Twitter.

As for, Susumu Yamazaki he is a mysterious ninja who supports the Shinsengumi from the shadows. His dedication to the Shinsengumi’s cause could only be surpassed by his dedication to the player.
