Those looking for an extra dose of Minecraft outside of the core experience will have a chance next year as during Microsoft’s E3 press conference the company announced that they were working on a new game in the franchise called Minecraft Dungeons. Minecraft Dungeons will launch for the Xbox One and PC in spring 2020 and allow for four players to play either locally or online in what appears to be an isometric dungeon crawler similar to the classics.
When available the game will also be available through the Xbox Game Pass. The trailer showing gameplay, various weapons, and armor can be found below.
Microsoft kicked things off at their E3 presentation by showing off what Obsidian Entertainment and Private Division’s The Outer Worlds looks like now that it has had a few more months of polish. Of course the company also revealed that the game will now be launching on October 25th for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
Lost in transit while on a colonist ship bound for the furthest edge of the galaxy, you awake decades later only to find yourself in the midst of a deep conspiracy threatening to destroy the Halcyon colony. As you explore the furthest reaches of space and encounter various factions, all vying for power, the character you decide to become will determine how this player-driven story unfolds. In the corporate equation for the colony, you are the unplanned variable.
While we previously knew that SNK fighters would make an appearance in Dead or Alive 6 thanks to the announcement that Mai Shiranui would be the first DLC fighter for the game few thought that the next character would also be from the same series. A new trailer today has revealed that Kula Diamond will also be joining the roster of fighters and she will be doing so on the exact same day as Mai, June 18th.
Koei Tecmo‘s trailer for the new fighters can be found below and it is worth noting that players can either get these characters on their own, as part of season pass 1, or in “bargain sets” that will include various debut costumes for the girls.
EA and Respawn Entertainment have announced that Apex Legends Season 2 will begin on July 2nd and it happens to be called “Battle Charge.” This season will introduce a new weapon in the form of the familiar Titanfall 2 weapon, the L-Star LMG, a new character named Wattson who will now be the tenth character in the game, and a new ranked mode to queue up for.
Wattson will play as more of a defensive character as she has the ability to place down an electrified pylon that destroys incoming ordnance and repairs damaged shields as long as it stands. This can allow for players to create perimeters that are as large or as small as they wish.
Natalie “Wattson” Paquette is a familiar face in the Apex Games, though for a different reason than most. Daughter of the Games’ lead electrical engineer, she studied his manuals to stay close to him, and discovered her calling at a young age. Though she could be completely distracted one moment and hyper-focused the next, electricity grounded her – its ordered, predictable flow made sense in a way the rest of the world didn’t.
She devoured every book she could on the subject, and eventually became such a skilled engineer that she was commissioned to build the Apex Games’ Modified Containment Ring. Unfortunately, her father died the day it was revealed, leaving her alone. At her lowest moment, a group of competitors invited her to return to the arena with them, assuring her she would always have a home. She now fights alongside her friends in the arena she helped build, destroying incoming missiles, recharging shields, creating fences, and using her pylon to silence fights that get too loud. Nobody knows the arena better than Wattson – anyone who underestimates her is in for a shock.
So far we’ve really known very little about what to actually expect from Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order but now during their EA Play presentation EA presented us with nearly fifteen minutes of gameplay footage that is apparently set “three hours into the game” and Cal is now familiar with most of his abilities while fighting on the planet Kashyyyk. This footage shows us a bit of the traditional abilities such as Force Pull and Force Push as well as a “Force Slow” ability.
The new footage can be found below and as for the game itself Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is set to be released on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on November 15th.
Of all the games to get a remake few could have predicted that THQ Nordic and developer Black Forest Games would announce that Destroy All Humans! would be indeed getting one. The companies have announced that this 2005 classic will be getting a full HD release sometime in 2020 where it will be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

Some new information for Koei Tecmo and Gust’s recently announced Atelier Ryza: The Queen of Eternal Darkness and the Secret Hideout has been revealed alongside a slew of new pieces of artwork and some screenshots. The first bit of info is in regards to the game’s story where we learn that the story starts in an island in the middle of a lake where Ryza, an ordinary but tomboyish girl, feels uneasy about her village life and wants to put a plan together with her friends to leave the village in search of adventure.
Ryza and her friends set out to a prohibited area only to meet a mysterious man capable of wielding alchemy. Mystified by the power, Ryza asks him to teach her and she quickly becomes his disciple and using this ability Ryza and her friends will continue their journey even as an unknown danger approaches the island.
The three characters introduced at this time are Lent, a childhood friend that is treated harshly by most of the village and despite coming off as a cocky man, he is a friendly and good natured person that often puts a stop to Ryza’s unpredictable nature.
Tao on the other hand is a bit of a bookworm that always carries around an old book he found within his basement library that he is trying to decipher. Shy but never one to abandon his friends he follows Ryza on her adventure.
Finally we have Klaudia, a new friend that is the daughter of a merchant that travels to Ryza’s village. Due to her travels she rarely makes friends but once she does it turns out that she can be surprisingly courageous.

Akiba’s Trip: Hellbound & Debriefedcompletely rebuilds the first title in a modern engine, bringing back the beat-’em-up, strip-’em-down gameplay fans know and love while accurately rendering Akihabara, Japan’s geek paradise, from circa 2012 in HD. The nearly two minute long video shows off various interactions with the character as well as some combat footage and of course a stylish finish. Persona 5 Royal is currently slated to be released on the PlayStation 4 in Japan on October 31st with a Western release already confirmed for sometime in 2020.
Viz Media has announced that they are continuing their partnership with Rose City Games to help bring a brand new feline-style flavored indie game to consoles. The title is a supernatural action game called Cat Lady and currently details on what to expect from the game are a bit slim as no consoles have been confirmed at the moment but the game itself will involve playing as Ally Marie who arrives at her Grandmother’s mansion only to find that an ancient evil has taken hold of it.
Only through her own abilities and her grandmother’s many cats can she try and set things right. You can check out a teaser trailer for the game below and keep an eye out for more details in the future.
