Tensions between Blackgold and Gresk have reached an all-time high. An assault breaks out between the two factions in Northridge over a mysterious scientist that once worked in a top secret underground lab beneath the TV station. As ally Randall Fisher and bosses Fred and Porrero wage war, experience new large-scale 12v12 faction battles and determine how best to turn a profit amidst the seething conflict.

“Everybody into positions – all according to plan,” says the hooded boss Fred, leader of Gresk. “Let the fun begin!”

While the clash between Blackgold and Gresk escalates, war in the Valley map expands to include the new Norteño Court construction by the RV Camp and revamped versions of the Small Factory in the north and the Port in the south. The map remains most suitable for mid to long-range weapons like the AK-102 and M4 assault rifles. Beware of snipers by the cliffs!

Speaking of weapons, new guns have also been imported into the Dark Zone courtesy of overseas benefactors. Of course, players are free to modify these firearms with high, medium, low and multi-grade materials and a variety of accessories depending on the battlefield’s changing conditions.

Additionally, legendary martial artist Bruce Lee has delivered a message to the combatants of Kamona via signed postcards scattered throughout the region. Collect them all and escape the Dark Zone alive to claim the glory, or die and risk letting them fall into enemy hands. Players decide how Little Dragon’s wisdom will leave a lasting mark on the arena.

Warner Bros. Games have released a new Mortal Kombat 1 gameplay trailer spotlighting Ermac, the latest downloadable content (DLC) fighter set to join the main roster on April 16 as part of the early access period for Kombat Pack owners, followed by wide availability from April 23.

Ermac is a collection of souls bound together by Quan Chi’s dark magic that are intended to function as a group mind. But that spell is temporarily undone when Ermac is defeated by Mileena and the mind of Emperor Jerrod, deceased ruler of Outworld and one of the souls in Ermac’s collection, takes control and rejoins the royal family, aiding Empress Mileena’s reign. Eventually, the amalgam of souls reestablishes control, and Ermac retreats to Outworld’s shadows. No longer Quan Chi’s slave, nor bound to the royal family, he must find a future worth fighting for. In the new video, Ermac’s devastating moveset is on full display, including his ability to teleport, levitate, and utilize a legion of souls to grab, lift, and slam opponents to the ground.

Dynamic prices and daily demands reward fast deliveries, when farmers take on contracts from several new points of sale: A farm store requests agricultural resources, a supermarket requires processed foods, and vending machines along with market stalls demand fresh produce. Meanwhile, a new kind of wind turbine and solar panels (including a remote-controlled cleaning robot) generate passive income.

Washing Crops, Increasing Yield

New farm equipment further increases the yield of harvests and resources: The Lely Sphere, a circular manure-handling system, creates liquid fertilizer from ammonia emissions when placed next to animal sheds and combined with sulfuric acid. VDW’s Cleaner Tiger scrubs and cuts sugar beets after separating them from stones, and a washing drum produces washed crops that can be sold at higher prices. 

Managing a Distribution Centre

Agricultural entrepreneurs, who don’t stop at selling their harvest and have their eyes on a late-game empire, can own a 4,000-square-meter distribution centre equipped with heavy-loading shelves. Safely operating a forklift, they manage the distribution of pallets arriving at unloading bays and need to apply clever logistics to satisfy dynamic market demands. In addition, several customisable sheds and silos for storing bulk materials, vehicles, and tools, as well as a vehicle repair shop with garage, are available for ownership.

PlayStation Australia is happy to announce the PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for April. Rely on your wits in Animal Well – a day one launch on May 9, slip into a wetsuit with Dave the Diver and journey through mystical 2.5D realms in Tales of Kenzera: Zau. All three games launch onto PlayStation as part of the PlayStation Plus Game Catalogue. And there are even more games joining April’s Game Catalogue lineup. Let’s take a closer look at each. Aside from Animal Well and Tales of Kenzera: Zau, all titles will be available on April 16.

Animal Well* | PS5

Explore a surreal, forsaken labyrinth and unravel its many secrets. Discover a mysterious, non-linear, interconnected world as you solve puzzles in over 250 rooms in whatever order you choose. Oddballers | PS4

Play a new type of hard-hitting dodgeball and use brutally unfair tactics to mess with your opponents in this wacky multiplayer party game.
