Well Namco Bandai has revealed that their recently released Tekken Tag Tournament 2 will be available on the Wii U at launch.

Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge introduces a playable Ayane and co-op

With the slew of Wii U announcements today, Tecmo Koei has joined in with some new details for their own Wii U release, Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge. Not only did the company happen to release a new trailer which can be seen below, which presents the newly playable Ayane in a rather sexy position initially, in true Tecmo Koei fashion.

Players will be able to take Ayane throughout the entire game thanks to a new Chapter Challenge mode and gamers can even take on the story mode with online co-op. Borderlands 2’s Golden Keys detailed

Now with the release of Borderlands 2 next week, I’m sure most of you are chomping at the bit to learn about what you will be doing once you unwrap that game. Now if you’ve remembered to pre-order Borderlands 2 you will be getting a special bonus which will net you some rather excellent equipment.

You see, pre-orders will give the player a golden key once the game is released and this special key will unlock a treasure chest in the Sanctuary. The chest will contain a number of very rare purple items that are scaled to your character. This means that if you were to wait to open the chest, you will find even more impressive gear at a later level than you would have at level one.

Reverb partnering for Edge of Space

Reverb Publishing has just announced a partnership with Handyman Studios for a 2D sandbox title named “Edge of Space”. Edge of Space will test player’s abilities to build, mold, create all sorts of objects in order to make a planet manageable to survive. And even sometimes it is best to bring a mech warrior along for the ride!

Jake Crane, founder and CEO of Handyman Studios, offers the following:

Handyman Studios is thrilled to be working on our dream project of melding the vast reaches of outer space with terraforming, survival, and sandbox exploration. Teaming up with Reverb on realizing our fantasies of cybernetically-enhanced laser sharks in space is definitely awesome.

Cybernetically-enhanced laser sharks? The guys at Handyman Studios really thought out of the box for that one. Or simply watched Austin Powers and borrowed Dr. Evil’s idea. Still, the game seems to show a lot of innovative ideas to create and terraform a new world. Check out the game for yourself at Steam’s (Greenlight Section) and give Edge of Space your stamp of approval.

The guys over at Google love a bit of outer space mining, recently teaming up with Mr Avatar to delve into near Earth Asteroids in search of water, minerals and god knows what else, so Gamevils newest addition to their publishing library, Galaxy Empire was right up their alley. Players will also have to take part in massive intergalactic struggles for territory as well as keeping on good diplomatic terms with other users.

“It was a pleasure working with Tap4Fun to release Galaxy Empire to Google Play,” stated Kyu Lee, VP and Head of GAMEVIL USA, Inc. “We’re constantly working to work with developers to publish new games for our Android users, and we are sure that Galaxy Empire will capture the attention of conquest and intergalactic space game fans.” There is also an emphasis on social interaction as users can communicate through in game chat and mail systems, forming alliances and discussing gameplay.

New Toki Tori 2 Trailer Emerges along with details

The Wii U’s launch line-up is pretty damn exciting to say the least, but one of my most anticipated for the platform is the very lovely Toki Tori 2. This sequel is set to bring the famous puzzle/platforming experience to the next generation, and a new trailer has risen to show off how this egg saving adventure will work.

With the Wii U Gamepad, players will be able to utilize the touch screen to assist in puzzle solving, as well as to place items in the expansive level editor. This title will of course be fully playable on the Gamepad alone as well, allowing for a more portable experience while the player still benefits from the game’s bright and charming visuals in full form.
