A couple of days ago it was revealedthat Freezing would be getting a second anime season, which is quite surprising given the two year gap between the airing of the first season and this announcement. Well today Comic Valkyrie revealed via the above banner that the second anime season will be called Freezing: Vibration.
Despite the suggestive name, it is being said on Comic Natalie that the anime will skip over the “Brother” story arc and instead continue the series as if it never happened and enter into the “E-Pandora” arc instead. This is likely for the best thanks to the fact that the Brother arc contained horrible events that probably should not be aired in any form.
Today Telltale Games revealed that they will be releasing a video game this summer that will be an adaptation of the Fables comic series known as The Wolf Among Us. The game will be released onto the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC and Mac sometime this Summer. The main character is called Bigby Wolf and he is living in New York City.
Bigby Wolf (take a guess which fairy tale character he is) works to keep the other fairy tale creatures hidden from public eye. In speaking with IGN for the announcement, Telltale CEO Dan Connors said:
“Developing The Wolf Among Us based on the Fables universe has allowed our studio to build upon all of the hallmarks of what makes our episodic series so engaging for players. Through an evolution of our approach to choice and consequence, we can further explore the complexity of each and every iconic character in a universe rich with untold history from the darkest sides of the storybooks.”
Get it? Smuggled? Because drug cartel? Oh well. Anyways EA’s Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel is now available not only in North America but also in Australia while gamers in New Zealand have to wait until Friday to try out this third game in the series.
The game will feature deep customization as well as an “intense story with unexpected twists and turns.” It also features the introduction of a new co-op feature called Overkill which allows players to unleash ultimate destruction by working together. Army of Two: The Devi’s Cartel is available for purchase on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
Earlier today Metal Gear Solid V was announcedand it was said that it will contain everything that fans have seen so far for the game, including Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain.
However fans have been a bit confused as to how these games will work together so after the announcement Hideo Kojima took to Twitter to explain to fans how the two games will work together to create MGSV.
“Ground Zeroes” is a prologue of “MGSV”. 9 years after that event will be “The Phantom Pain”. MGSV is constructed w/ prologue and main game “TPP”. The game play demo I presented today is the opening of “TPP” which is tutorial that starts from crawling.
The folks at independent game developer PixelNAUTS have announcd their next upcoming game at GDC. The game, titled Lost Orbit, will tell the story of an astronaut named Harrison who is trying to get home after losing his ship in deep space. Designed as a vertical platformer, the game tasks players with having to guide Harrison past planets and other heavenly body, as he faces various challenges including an alien race.
Lost Orbit will have a whole host of features such as different obstacles Harrison will face in space, like black holes and gas planets. The game will also include different gameplay modes, like campaign, challenge, and endless, as well as a total of four solar systems with unique aspects.
PixelNAUTS have said that players can expect Lost Orbit on Steam for PC in Fall 2013, with iOS and Android versions to follow later. Be sure to click on the images in the gallery below to see the full sized images released of Lost Orbit and what they can expect.
As many people have guessed since it’s reveal, it turns out The Phantom Pain is in fact the next game in the Metal Gear franchise. The game will be called Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain and it was revealed during GDC today by Kojima Productions head Hideo Kojima. The game contains both Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes as well as Phantom Pain.
Snake has been in a coma for nine years and suddenly Snake wakes up in a hospital and must escape from an unknown enemy. He is accompanied by a man with a bandaged face. Not only that but you can also check out the game’s announcement trailer and a number of screenshots below. The ending of the announcement trailer shows the game coming to the 360 and PS3, though it is worth noting that the presentation shown at GDC was running off of a PC.
Just in time for Tiger Wood’s comeback in the PGA Tour! EA has released Tiger Woods PGA 14: The Masters Historic Edition and Tigers Wood PGA Tour 14 in Australia and New Zealand.

Anuman Interactive has been busy at Game Connection San Francisco with a steady stream of announcements. Today’s announcement is the first glimpses of their upcoming game The Inquisitor. Anuman Interactive has released the game’s logo, a piece of artwork, and the first screenshot of the game.
The game is based on the series novels by Valerio Evangelisti starring the inquisitor Nicolas Eymerich. The book series contains ten books and is a fictional take on the real life inquisitor of the same name. The novels have been extremely popular in France.
The Inquisitor – Book 1: The Plague will be released on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android in May, 2013.
Avanquest Software has announced the release of the The 39 Steps; Collector’s Edition, a digital adaptation of John Buchan’s spy thriller classic. In this revolutionary interactive novel, the reader is transported back to London in 1914, where Richard Hannay finds himself framed for a murder he didn’t commit.

Might and Magic Duel of Champions received a major update today. Two new tournaments have been introduced into the game. The Swiss Tournament pits eight players against each other. Each player is given 7 minutes to win the duel. Winners will receive gold, booster packs, and tournament entry tickets. Entry to the tournament will cost players in game currency.
Players will now have the option of running their own tournaments. User Generated Tournaments have rules set by players and supports up to eight players.
