Haunted Bloodlines Reveals New Cinematic Trailer at The Horror Game Awards

Never-before-seen scenes from the living, breathing mansion at the heart of the PT-inspired horror game. Coming to PS5 and Steam PC.

Athens, Greece – Iphigames, Serafini Productions and developer Horrified Triangles today revealed a brand-new Cinematic Trailer for their upcoming first-person psychological horror game, Haunted Bloodlines, as part of The Horror Game Awards.

The trailer offers a first look at new scenes from the full game and announces that Haunted Bloodlines will launch on Steam and PlayStation 5, pulling players deeper into the mansion that gives the game its name. A house that doesn’t just hold horrors, but seems to live and breathe alongside those trapped inside it.

Haunted Bloodlines is a first-person survival and psychological horror experience that drops players into the eerie depths of an ever-shifting mansion. After the sudden death of your father, you inherit a sprawling estate hidden deep within a dark forest, only to begin questioning your sanity as you uncover disturbing truths about your family’s legacy. Is your bloodline who you believe them to be? And can you face the truth without losing your mind?

The deeper you go, the less the house makes sense. Rooms rearrange themselves. Memories that aren’t yours start to surface. And the further you dig into your family’s past, the harder it becomes to tell what’s real and what the mansion wants you to see.

With no way to defend yourself, your only options are to hide or run. Stay silent, stay hidden, and keep track of the mansion’s shifting layout. Any wrong move could be your last. As tragedy plays out in front of you, visions twist and whispers grow louder, blurring the line between reality and nightmare. You’ll solve puzzles by stepping into the past and move between the living world and its haunted reflection, where each side holds both pieces of the truth and horrors you’d rather not face.

Inspired by P.T. and Silent Hill and mixed with Greek mythology, Haunted Bloodlines started life as a student project before growing into a full horror experience under Horrified Triangles, with a clearer identity and a long-term vision.

A free demo is available now on Steam.

Key Features

  • Escape: Hide or run to survive, and be careful not to misjudge HER presence.
  • Sanity: Endure tragic events as your mind begins to turn against you.
  • Time: Solve puzzles and change events by stepping into the past, with consequences that shape the horrors to come.
  • Realm-Switching: Move between the living world and its haunted reflection to reveal hidden paths, and awaken what lurks just out of sight.

Steampunk Horror Adventure They Will Come Debuts New Trailer at Future Games Show, Coming Summer 2026

Award-winning industry veteran Jeff Troutman’s directorial debut title invites players aboard the airship Endeavor this Summer – survive, hide, and fight back in an alternate 1897.

[June 2nd, 2026]: Game Pop Studio has announced that their debut title, They Will Come, will feature a brand new trailer at the Future Games Show on June 6th, alongside confirming a Steam release date of Summer 2026.

They Will Come is a cinematic steampunk horror adventure directed by Jeff Troutman – an award-winning Art Director and games industry veteran with over 30 years of experience at studios including Midway Games and Petroglyph. Set aboard The Endeavor, an enormous airship and manufacturing site for hundreds of powerful automatons, the game places players in control of eleven-year-old Benjamin. When a group of crow-masked cultists known as the Wretched Ones seize the ship and take Benjamin’s family hostage, he refuses to surrender. Armed with a slingshot and the knowledge that the dormant giant robot Talus waits somewhere in the hangar below, Benjamin sets out to save his family and take back the Endeavor.

Played from a close, cinematic over-the-shoulder perspective, They Will Come puts players in the tension of every encounter as they navigate the vast, continuous world of the Endeavor – its hangars, catwalks, maintenance tunnels, and observation decks – all of it hostile territory. Stealth is the primary tool: sneak through shadows, time movements carefully, and use environmental puzzles and a small army of miniature automatons called Embots to survive. Talus, drained of energy cells and unable to move without Benjamin’s help, offers sanctuary inside his hollow chest – and, when fully recharged, the chance to turn the hunted into the hunter.

The game follows the viral success of its first gameplay trailer on IGN, and a free demo that launched on February 19th ahead of Steam Next Fest. The new trailer, debuting at the Future Games Show on June 6th, gives audiences another look at the world of the Endeavor ahead of the Summer Steam launch.

Watch the new trailer for They Will Come at the Future Games Show on June 6th.

Key features of They Will Come include:

  • Directed by an Industry Veteran. Award-winning Art Director Jeff Troutman brings over 30 years of experience from studios including Midway Games and Petroglyph, delivering premium production values with the creative freedom of an independent studio.
  • Cinematic Over-the-Shoulder Horror Adventure. A close, immersive third-person perspective keeps players feeling every shadow and threat as they read the environment and plan their next move through the vast, continuous world of the Endeavor.
  • Stealth-First Survival. Navigate as a vulnerable child through hostile, enormous environments. Sneak through shadows, time movements, and solve environmental puzzles using whatever you can find. If you are seen, run. If you are cornered, fight.
  • Talus, a Powerful Robot Companion. Benjamin and Talus cannot survive without each other. Seek out Embots across the airship to recharge Talus and unleash his full strength against the invaders – the hunted can become the hunter.
  • A Lore-Rich Alternate History. Uncover the mysteries of the Endeavor and the alternate 1897 that built it, through environmental storytelling, deep narrative, and a world where steam and steel pushed humanity further than coal ever could.
  • Premium Production Values. Handcrafted environments, full voice acting, cinematic lighting, and an original score built for tense, atmospheric adventure.

They Will Come launches on Steam on July 2026. Players can follow the game on Steam.

EdenSpark Crowns First Game Jam Winners and Opens the Next Challenge

The race for EdenSpark’s $250,000 prize pool continues

Gaijin Entertainment announces the winners of the first monthly EdenSpark Game Jam, the opening event in the new 12-part series of competitions for creators using the EdenSpark open development platform. The first jam took place in May 2026 and challenged participants to create original games around the theme of “Transformation.” The EdenSpark team selected three winners in the Dev’s Choice category, while the participants themselves voted for the Community Choice award. All four winning games now have a chance to be shortlisted for the grand finale, where the top prizes will reach $50,000.

The Community Choice award went to SubMind by lookibed, which received $1,000. The two-player co-op puzzle game earned the highest score in the public vote, becoming the favorite of the jam participants themselves.

“I’m very happy to win,” said lookibed, creator of SubMind. “I hope the jams continue, and I’m planning to take part again.”

The third Dev’s Choice award went to Rhytm Cube by F1ow, which received $750. A solo project, Rhytm Cube impressed the jury with its clean rhythm-based gameplay, charming visuals and unexpectedly atmospheric presentation.

“Taking third place is a great result and a sign that my idea worked,” said F1ow, creator of Rhytm Cube. “The contest was an excellent opportunity to test a new tool, and although some parts of the engine are still evolving, I’m very interested in its potential.”

The second Dev’s Choice award went to CyberSlasher by 3D Artel MISIS team, which received $1,000. The project stood out as one of the most visually ambitious entries of the jam, combining a roguelike structure with extensive 3D content and a strong use of EdenSpark’s rendering features.

“It was an unusual experience working with a new engine, and an exciting experiment with graphics and physics,” said the CyberSlasher team. “As new shader features arrive, we plan to improve the game’s visual side even further, and with new team members joining us, the code will also move to the next level.”

The first place in Dev’s Choice went to Slime Shape by teezaboo, which received a prize of $2,250. The EdenSpark team praised the game as a concise and polished puzzle-platformer built around a strong core mechanic with clear commercial potential.

“Had a great time at this Game Jam,” said teezaboo, creator of Slime Shape. “It inspired me tocreate something fun and unique. I’m honored to be among the winners.”

Gaijin Entertainment also announces that the second EdenSpark Game Jam has now started. The new theme is “Mass Control,” inviting creators to explore any interpretation of the phrase — from crowd control and social manipulation to physics-based control of mass itself. As before, participants have 14 days to create and submit a playable project using the EdenSpark platform, either solo or in teams of up to 10 people.

“We were excited to see how quickly developers turned the first theme into complete, playable ideas,” said Anton Yudintsev, founder of Gaijin Entertainment. “The first jam showed that EdenSpark can already help creators prototype real games in a very short time. Now we are looking forward to seeing what they do with Mass Control.”

The EdenSpark Game Jam series is designed to give aspiring developers a recurring opportunity to build, publish and showcase original games. Beyond prizes, EdenSpark developers can also use the platform as a pathway to bring their projects to consoles while retaining full ownership of their games and the freedom to self-publish them elsewhere.

40v40 squad-based tactical shooter ‘83 showcases post-launch improvements in latest Developer Tapes video

Cornwall, England – June 2nd, 2026 – Blue Dot Games has released a new Developer Tape video for ‘83, detailing the studio’s response to player feedback following the game’s recent Early Access launch, while also announcing a 50% discount running from June 4th to 18th. The video provides an in-depth look at ongoing development efforts, covering improvements to performance, animations, immersion, communication systems and community features.

Launching ’83 into Early Access marked a major milestone for Blue Dot Games, following years of work bringing the project into a modern engine and preparing it for large-scale online warfare. While the Early Access launch presented a number of challenges, player feedback has become a key driver of the game’s ongoing development.

Since launch, the team has rolled out regular hotfixes, balance changes and major quality-of-life updates aimed at improving the overall experience. Work has focused on areas highlighted by the community, including server stability, optimisation, animations, audio, visual effects and player communication.

Recent improvements include updates to weapon handling and movement animations, more impactful battlefield audio and effects, refinements to VOIP and team coordination systems, and new tools for both official and community servers. Blue Dot Games is also continuing work on systems designed to encourage teamwork and create more consistently tense, hard-fought matches.

Alongside these improvements, additional updates are planned for the weeks and months ahead, with further work underway across gameplay systems, stability and community-requested features.

A 50% discount will be available from June 4th to 18th, giving new players an ideal opportunity to jump into ’83 and experience its large-scale Cold War battles.

In addition, a new Assault scenario will enter beta soon, expanding ’83‘s large-scale tactical sandbox with new opportunities for squad coordination and combat. More details on the scenario and future updates will be shared in the coming weeks.

More about ‘83
‘83 puts players in the boots of a soldier in this shadow history, wherein massive 40v40 matches feature authentic Cold War-era weapons, vehicles and squad-based objectives. Coordinate with teammates, capture critical points and dominate the battlefield with smart tactics and teamwork.

‘83 was built on the idea of “accessible realism”, where the game is mindful of players’ time, while also offering an accurate portrayal of how a historical battle could play out. Matches average around 30-40 minutes, while dying only takes you out of the match for a short while, before allowing you to respawn. Don’t underestimate this seemingly low-stakes penalty, as that time-out is enough to turn the tide of battle since ‘83 requires thorough communication and teamwork, with Team Commanders guiding their faction through strategic organization and nail-biting calls.

Players can choose from a variety of roles: from frontline riflemen to vehicle operators and support units – each with their own loadouts and strategic value. ‘83 features era-authentic weapons and equipment with realistic handling and lethality, with each armament meticulously designed and animated according to its real life counterpart. Every weapon behaves in a realistic way, with barrels and suppressors overheating when rapid firing, machineguns require a stable surface for accuracy, and bullets don’t magically teleport in between magazines when you reload a half-empty one. ‘83’s focus on realism, coordination and large-scale immersion offers players a gritty, boots-on-the-ground experience in a world teetering on the edge of nuclear war!

About Blue Dot Games
Blue Dot Games is an independent game development studio consisting of industry veterans with a passion for immersive, tactically rich shooters. Known for their work on acclaimed titles such as Red Orchestra and Rising Storm, the team brings decades of combined experience in multiplayer game design, systems development, and historical authenticity.

In 2023, Blue Dot Games acquired the rights to ‘83 following the closure of its original developer, Antimatter Games. Since then, the team has led a full-scale revival and redevelopment of the project, building on its foundations with a clear creative vision and renewed technical direction.

Green Parrot Games releases first gameplay trailer and public demo for LUCKY PUNK

[Cologne, Germany] – [June 05th, 2026] – Indie developer Green Parrot Games today released the first gameplay trailer and public demo for Lucky Punk, its fast-paced “push-your-luck” roguelike deckbuilder where every risk is visible, every decision is yours, and every mistake hurts in exactly the way you were warned it would.

The demo is now available on Steam and Lucky Punk is featured as part of the Women-Led Games Showcase, highlighting upcoming games developed by teams with women in leading creative roles.

A fresh visual identity for the genre
Green Parrot Co-Founder, Art Director and renowned illustrator Sarah Burrini explains: “Most deckbuilders lean into grim fantasy and visual noise. We wanted Lucky Punk to feel louder, clearer, more vibrant and rebellious. The Zipatone comic style gives the world texture and attitude while still keeping the gameplay readable. Even though the setting is about collapse, the game itself is full of energy, optimism and weird humor. That contrast was really important to us.”

A deckbuilder that cuts the BS
Unlike traditional card battlers that hide probabilities behind layers of randomness, Lucky Punk always tells players the exact odds of failure before they act. So, at its core Lucky Punk is about the question of how much risk you are willing to take when you remove uncertainty. Do you draw another card or stop?

“We wanted to make a deckbuilder where the tension comes from your decisions, not hidden information,” says Brenden Gibbons, Co-Founder and Game Designer at Green Parrot. “You know the odds. You know the risk. The exciting part is that players still keep pushing anyway.”

Key Features:

  • Total Transparency: No hidden dice rolls. Every “Push-Your-Luck” moment shows the exact mathematical odds. You aren’t guessing; you’re gambling with open eyes.
  • Hope-Punk Aesthetics: A vibrant comic-book art style that uses traditional screentone-shading to bring a lush, defiant eco-dystopia to life. Lucky Punk doesn’t whisper its themes. It shouts them!
  • Bite-Sized Rebellion: Runs are short. Stakes are high. Regret is instant. Perfect for the “Calculated Daredevil”, however bad they are at maths.
  • Subversive Humor: A narrative that finds the “silly” in the serious, featuring a cast of punks, botanical rebels, and corporate rejects.

Lucky Punk is currently in development for PC and will wreak havoc on Steam late 2026. The game is funded with support from the Film- und Medienstiftung NRW.
