Ubisoft Brings Back Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege Starter Pack Sale

Ubisoft is bringing back the Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege Starter Pack for another limited run. Buyers can pick up the game via Uplay that will come with two random operators and 600 R6 Credits, enough to buy two original operators or one of the operators from the DLC. The random operators will consist of one defender and one attacker. The random pool consists of Rook, Mute, Smoke, Sledge, Ash, and Fuze. The pack will cost $15 USD/$24.95 AUD. No word on how long this promotion will run. The previous sale in June ran a little over two weeks.

Additionally, Ubisoft announced that Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege Gold Edition will be available at retailers on October 6th. Previously a digital only release, the Gold Edition contains both the base game and the Season Pass.

Tekken 7 TGS Screenshots Focus on Lucky Chloe, Shaheen, and More

Bandai Namco has released a new set of screenshots for Tekken 7 during Tokyo Game Show to give fans a better look at a few of the more prominent new characters that will be appearing in the game. This includes Lucky Chloe, Claudio Serafino, Josie Rizal, Gigas, Katarina Alves, Kazumi Mishima, Shaheen, and of course a few mixed images featuring Akuma, Heihachi, and Kazuya.

You can check out the screenshots beow and as for the game itself, Tekken 7 is set to be released sometime next year for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One,a nd PC and is already available, in some forms, at Japanese arcades.

Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age Tokyo Game Show Trailer Released

A new trailer and small set of screenshots for Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age have been released by Square Enix for Tokyo Game Show 2016 and similar to what we’ve seen before, the company is keeping the footage fairly limited with only a little bit of gameplay and cinematic footage shown off throughout the trailer.

You can check out the video below and as for the game itself, Square Enix is currently planning on releasing Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age, featuring improved graphics, reconstructed battle design, and a revamped job system worldwide sometime in 2017 for the PlayStation 4.

BlazBlue: Central Fiction Trailer Introduces Mai Natsume

Arc System Works has released a new trailer for BlazBlue: Central Fiction in time for Tokyo Game Show and this one focuses on introducing their most recently announced fighter, Mai Natsume. The minute and forty second long video focuses on showing off Mai’s movesets while also giving fans a sampling of her storyline in the game.

Mai joins many other playable characters that are being added in this entry of the game, such as Hibiki Kohaku, Naoto Kurogane, Nine the Phantom, Hades Izanami, and Es though Mai will only be available as paid DLC. Currently BlazBlue: Central Fiction is set to be released for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 in Japan on October 6th and sometime this holiday season in North America and Q4 2016 in Europe.

Final Fantasy XV TGS 2016 Trailer and Screenshots Released

Square Enix has released a pair of new trailers for Final Fantasy XV with the first one being a special four and a half minute long video for Tokyo Game Show where the game’s storyline is established and we see Noctis and his friends escape danger while setting out on their journey in the land of Eos while also introducing various characters that players will encounter. The second video happens to focus on the English voice cast talking about their experience so far with recording for the cast.

You can check out both trailers below and keep an eye out for Final Fantasy XV when it is released on November 29th for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

SG/ZH School Girl/Zombie Hunter Debut Trailer Released at TGS

Recently D3 Publisher announced that they were working with Tamsoft to create a brand new action game called SG/ZH School Girl/Zombie Hunter and now they have released the very first trailer for the game for Tokyo Game Show. The title, which is set in the same world as the Onechanbara series, follows a group of high school girls who must survive a zombie outbreak while trapped in their school.

You can check out the full trailer for the game below where various characters and enemies are shown off while the game itself is set to be released for the PlayStation 4 on January 12, 2017 in Japan.

South Park: The Fractured but Whole Delayed to Early 2017

If you were hoping to play South Park: The Fractured but Whole this year then it looks like you’ll just have to deal with the premiere of the latest season of the series to tide you over for a while. Ubisoft has announced that they are no longer going to be releasing South Park: The Fractured but Whole in December and are now aiming to have the title released sometime in Q1 2017.

The reason given for the delay is that the “development team wants to make sure the game experience meets the high expectations of fans and the additional time will help them achieve this goal” which means that the team is taking more time to polish the game and they might even sneak in a few last minute references that might get brought up in the new season.

NieR: Automata TGS Trailer Introduces New Characters

Square Enix has released a new trailer for NieR: Automata at Tokyo Game Show and this latest trailer focuses on introducing characters we’ve seen before as well as a large number of newly introduced characters in the form of Devola, Popola, pod 042, Pod 153, the Commander, Operator 60 and Operator 210, Adam, Eve, and Pascal.

You’ll also notice a certain character named Emil will be making a return, though his true form is not yet revealed while other characters appear vaguely familiar. The video can be found below while NieR: Automata is set to be released for the PlayStation 4 and PC in North America and Europe sometime in early 2017.

Gravity Rush 2 Tokyo Game Show 2016 Trailer Released

Sony has released a brand new Tokyo Game Show trailer for Gravity Rush 2 which will be released alongside some heavy competition in early December. The trailer features plenty of gameplay and cinematic footage and you can check it out below. Those who haven’t been following the game will find that in Gravity Rush 2 Kat must search for the clues to her origin while mastering three new gravity attacks to take down enemies and massive bosses that stand in her way.

Gravity Rush 2 is currently set to be released for the PlayStation 4 on November 30th in Europe, December 1st in Japan, and finally on December 2nd in North America.

Batman: The Telltale Series – Episode 2 ‘Children of Arkham’ Trailer Released

A couple of weeks ago Telltale Games announced that the second episode of Batman: The Telltale Series would be released on September 20th and now that we are only four days away from the digital release of the episode, the company has released a new trailer giving fans a little sample of what they can expect.

Titled “Children of Arkham” the episode follows the fallout from the discoveries that were made during the debut episode of the series while also introducing new villains that Bruce Wayne and his alter ego Batman will have to face off against while he struggles to find the truth.
