Get Volcanion on Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Soon

volcanion-promo-02

Players have waited a long time but it seems we will finally be able to receive the final hidden legendary Pokemon Volcanion with the announcement of an official distribution. Volcanion is the star of the latest Pokemon Movie and was revealed by hackers around the time of the Pokemon X & Y release almost 3 years ago. The Volcanion will be distributed through EB Games in Australia and New Zealand from October 10th to October 31st. It can be received on any Pokemon game currently on the 3DS including Pokemon X, Pokemon Y or Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire.

After getting the code from EB Games, players can redeem it in the Mystery Gift function and then visit a Pokemon Center to receive their Volcanion. The first Fire/Water type Pokemon will come at level 70 with the unique move Steam Eruption as well as Hydro Pump, Flamethrower and Explosion. It will be holding the Assault Vest Item. Similar distributions will take place in Europe and America. Make sure to capitalise on this chance to get Volcanion as it is very likely he won’t be available to catch in Pokemon Sun & Moon.

Latest Pokemon Sun & Moon Trailer Shows New Pokemon, Fashion and Z Moves

pokemon-sun-moon-screenshot-05

The latest Pokemon Sun & Moon trailer has been released and shows off some interesting new Pokemon, new split evolutions for Rockruff, some of the fashion options for your trainer and more.

passimian-pokemon-sun-moon-04

We got a total of 3 new Pokemon in this trailer and unlike the last few divisive designs these ones seem a lot more traditional. Passimian seems to be based off a lemur and is a Fighting type. It has a brand new ability called Receiver which allows it to receive it’s partners ability when it’s partner faints in a double battle. organguru-pokemon-sun-moon-02Oranguru is based on an orangutan and is a Normal/Psychic type, lowering it’s weakness to the Fighting type and also giving it a handy Ghost immunity. It can have the abilities Inner Focus or Telepathy. It is the only Pokemon (aside from Smeargle with Sketch) that can learn a very interesting new move called Instruct, which allows the targeted Pokemon to use it’s last used attack instantly which has a lot of potential in double battles. Passimian is exclusive to Pokemon Sun while Oranguru is exclusive to Pokemon Moon.

lycanroc-pokemon-sun-moon-01lycanroc-pokemon-sun-moon-02

The cute Rock Pokemon Rockruff has a new evolution called Lycanroc which has two forms depending on which version it evolves in. It evolves into it’s wolf looking Midday form when evolved in Pokemon Sun and it’s werewolf looking Midnight Form when evolved in Pokemon Moon. The Midday form has access to the Keen Eye and Sand Rush abilities while the Midnight Form has Keen Eye and Vital Spirit. Both retain their Rock typing.

For you fashionable trainers Alola is home to many different types of styles that you can use to change your main characters look. Players can choose to wear a hat or not, change their hairstyle and colour and even use contact lenses to change their eye colour. There are a variety of hats, tops, pants and shoes to wear and there are also white versions of some clothes which can be coloured to your liking using dyes.

pokemon-refresh-sun-moon-screenshot-03 Fans of Pokemon Amie will be glad to hear the feature is making a full comeback with a bunch of improvements. Now called Pokemon Refresh, Pokemon Amie now gives gameplay benefits such as being able to cure a Pokemon of a status ailment. Players can pat, feed and groom their Pokemon to increase the bond between them.

pokemon-sun-moon-screenshot-02

Lastly two awesome new Z moves were revealed for Pikachu and Eevee. When holding the right item, Pikachu will be able to perform the CatastroPika Z move which causes a lot of damage while Eevee can use Extreme Evoboost to gain a +2 boost in each of it’s stats. Make sure to check out both moves in the trailer below they look great.

pokemon-bank-infographic-01

Lastly we got information on the latest updates to the Pokemon Transfer app Pokebank which was not shown in the newest trailer. The info-graphic above may seem confusing but I’ll break it down into as simple terms as possible. Pokebank is a free downloadable title with a cheap annual subscription cost that allows you to bring Pokemon from the Virtual Console versions of Pokemon Blue, Red and Yellow and all main series games from Pokemon Black & White onwards into Pokemon Sun & Moon but there are a couple of restrictions. Pokemon from the first generation titles can not be sent to any other generation apart from Sun & Moon. Any Pokemon sent to Sun & Moon can not be sent back to another game and as per usual, held items can not be stored in Pokemon Bank. This big Pokemon Bank update that will bring all this functionality is coming sometime in January next year and will also include a brand new Pokedex feature, allowing you to complete the Pokedex using every compatible game you own.

Pokemon Sun & Moon launches in most places worldwide on November 18th exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS. A new trailer will be released on October 4th at 10PM Japan Time. You can check out the most recently released trailer before the one below here.

Pokémon Introducing More Ways to Compete and Win Across the Globe for the 2017 Play! Pokémon Season

Pokémon Trading Card Game and video game players have more opportunities to earn Championship Points and a coveted invitation to the 2017 Pokémon World Championships

London, UK—20 September 2016—As Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) and video game players begin preparing for the 2017 Play! Pokémon season, The Pokémon Company International today announced a full slate of all-new competitive events.

With the introduction of two International Championships that are open to all players worldwide, plus additional local events to make it even easier to jump into the Play! Pokémon program, 2017 is positioned to be one of Pokémon’s biggest competitive seasons ever.

At the core of the Play! Pokémon season is the Pokémon Championship Series, consisting of season-wide Pokémon TCG and video game events where players earn Championship Points towards a potential invitation and Travel Award to the Pokémon World Championships, taking place August 2017 in Anaheim, California. Players will also vie for a piece of a cumulative prize pool worth more than $5 million across all Pokémon Championship Series events.

New for the 2017 season, Pokémon is introducing two International Championships that are open to all players across the world, giving Pokémon TCG and video game players opportunities to play, win prizes, and earn Championship Points. The first event, the European leg of the Pokémon International Championships, will take place 9–11 December 2016, at ExCeL London, United Kingdom. The three-day event will give Pokémon video game players their first chance to battle in a sanctioned event using Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon (launching 23 November). Pokémon TCG players will also have their first chance to battle with the Pokémon TCG: XY—Evolutions expansion launching later this year.

Beginning this October, the Pokémon Regional Championships kick off with a full schedule of events coming to cities in North America and Europe. As with the International Championships, Regional Championships are open to Pokémon TCG and video game players regardless of their country of origin and will feature larger prize pools and more Championship Points at each tournament.
Pokémon TCG players will also have an expanded slate of local events coming to participating hobby shops around the world. Attending League Cup events is a great way for new Pokémon TCG players to get in on the action and hone their skills for larger events throughout the year.

Pokémon video game players can look forward to more local events as well, including the return of Premier Challenge and Midseason Showdown events. Premier Challenges will provide players with frequent opportunities to play at local events and to try out new strategies at smaller events. Midseason Showdowns are larger events that will give players the opportunity to compete for a greater number of Championship Points in their local area.

Be sure to visit Pokemon.co.uk/Play often as more details on all of the above will be provided throughout the 2017 Play! Pokémon season. New players interested in competing in the 2017 Pokémon Championship Series will need to create a free Pokémon Trainer Club account at Pokemon.co.uk. For those interested in watching Pokémon competitive events from home, select tournaments will be streamed live atPokemon.com/Live. Streaming dates and times will be announced soon.

NEW DETAILS AND MORE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN POKÉMON SUN AND POKÉMON MOON REVEALED!

NEW DETAILS AND MORE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN POKÉMON SUN AND POKÉMON MOON REVEALED!

New gameplay features, Pokémon Bank information, Z-Moves and version-exclusive Pokémon announced for upcoming Pokémon games

London—20 September 2016— The Pokémon Company International and Nintendo revealed new information for the latest games in the Pokémon franchise, Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon, coming to Europe on 23 November and available exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems.

Newly revealed Pokémon include:

Passimian
Type: Fighting
The Teamwork Pokémon Passimian attack by throwing Berries at their foes. They tend to live in troops of 20–30 Passimian, who all follow one leader. These tribes work in teams to train and improve their skills. This Pokémon has the Ability Receiver, an Ability which no previous Pokémon has had. With the Receiver Ability, Passimian can inherit the Ability of an ally who faints in battle. Passimian only appear inPokémon Sun.

Oranguru
Type: Normal/Psychic
The Sage Pokémon Oranguru live in the solitary deeps of the Alolan forests and, in fact, were once known as ‘the people of the forests’. Oranguru hold a fan-like object made of leaves and are known to be kind to other Pokémon in the forest, often giving injured Pokémon medicine or hungry Pokémon food. This Pokémon can exclusively learn the new move Instruct, a move which can make the selected target use its most recent move again immediately. Oranguru only appear in Pokémon Moon.

The previously revealed Puppy Pokémon Rockruff can evolve into a different form depending on whether you are playing Pokémon Sun or Pokémon Moon.

Lycanroc (Midday Form)
Type: Rock
In the world of Pokémon Sun, Rockruff is bathed in profuse amounts of solar energy, and Solgaleo’s influence causes this Pokémon to evolve into Lycanroc’s Midday Form. This form is known for speedy movement which can confound its opponents. A very loyal Pokémon, Lycanroc Midday Form dodges opponents’ strikes whilst attacking with the sharp rocks of its mane. Lycanroc Midday Form can learn Accelerock, a new move unique to the Pokémon, which is guaranteed to strike first, damaging opponents by slamming into them very quickly.

Lycanroc (Midnight Form)
Type: Rock
In the world of Pokémon Moon, Rockruff is bathed in an abundance of lunar energy, and Lunala’s influence causes this Pokémon to evolve into Lycanroc’s Midnight Form. This Pokémon will sacrifice its own safety to strike down its foes. The stronger an opponent is, the more excited Lycanroc Midnight Form becomes, its eyes glowing with the thrill of battle. This Pokémon feels a deep trust towards a Trainer who can draw forth its true power.

Two new Pokémon-specific Z-moves were also announced for some fan-favourite Pokémon:

Pikachu
Exclusive Z-Move name: Catastropika
Pikachu’s exclusive Z-Move, Catastropika, is a super-powered attack move where Pikachu borrows its Trainer’s strength, wraps itself in extra-high-voltage electric power, and charges into its opponents. This is Pikachu’s most powerful attack.

Eevee
Exclusive Z-Move name: Extreme Evoboost
Eevee’s exclusive Z-Move, Extreme Evoboost, gathers together Sylveon, Jolteon and more – all of the eight Pokémon that Eevee can evolve into – and grants their powers to Eevee. This highly powerful move raises Eevee’s Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def and Speed by 2.

The popular character-customisation feature makes a return in Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon. Personalise your character’s clothing, hairstyle and eye colour as you venture through the Alola region. Now, you can even dye your fashions to change their colour and make sure you pull off your favourite look whilst out adventuring.

The Pokémon Refresh feature lets you care for your Pokémon. After a battle, Pokémon can sometimes end up rumpled and dirty. Pokémon Refresh lets you clean them up, care for them, feed them Poké Beans and even cure status conditions like poisoning and paralysis that were inflicted on them in battle. Pokémon that have been looked after in Pokémon Refresh can grow very affectionate and will battle to the utmost for you. This means that sometimes they may avoid attacks from opposing Pokémon or even hold out when they’re on the verge of fainting. Take good care of all your Pokémon in Pokémon Refresh, and they will be great allies on your adventure.

The Nintendo 3DS downloadable software Pokémon Bank, an application that enables players to put Pokémon they’ve been on past adventures with into internet-based storage boxes, will be receiving an update in January 2017. This update will give the Pokémon Bank application compatibility with Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon and include a new National Pokédex feature. The Pokédex feature reads saved data from any compatible titles you connect to Pokémon Bank and collects information about all the Pokémon you have caught. You can then check out all of this information in the Pokémon Bankapplication and even see Pokémon that don’t natively appear in the Alola region. Poké Transporter will also be updated to make the Virtual Console versions of Pokémon Red, Pokémon Blue and Pokémon Yellow compatible with Pokémon Bank. This means that Pokémon that players have caught in the VC-original Kanto games will be able to be transferred across into Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon.

A new trailer that showcases all of the announced details can be found here: https://youtu.be/VLWz2YMJSlg

ReCore Review

ReCore

Developer: Comcept, Armature Studio
Publisher: Microsoft
Platforms: PC, Xbox One (reviewed)
Released Date: Available Now
Price: $39.99 USD – Available Here $49.95 AUD – Available Here

Overview

First revealed back in 2014 and produced by Keiji Inafune, ReCore had quite a lot of eyes tracking its development over the last couple of years. Since then we have seen little pieces of the title and after a separate title was released earlier in the year by the developer, many began to wonder just what ReCore had in store for them. Well now that ReCore has been released, is it worthy of your time?

Story

Set on the desert wasteland of New Eden, the young Joule Adams has awoken from her two hundred yearlong cryo-sleep only to find that the plans that humanity and the Earth had for this new world have gone terribly wrong. The robots, called Corebots, that were designed to help establish the planet as a new home for humanity have gone rogue and the entire planet that was meant to be seen as a new home is now filled with metallic scrap, sand, and angry robots ready to kill Joule.

ReCore-screenshot-004With Joule having no idea what exactly happened, it is only with the help of her trusted companion bot Mack who is eventually joined by two other special bot types that she must try to find out what happened to the rest of the team that was supposed to be working on the planet and where everything went wrong. While this storyline does seem like it might have potential.

The story thankfully stays prominent enough to keep players striving forward and various collectibles help add some extra background to the story, the problem lies in the fact that that potential is never tapped and instead players are treated to a predictable storyline that does very little different to remain memorable. In fact, throughout the story the only part that really feels well-designed comes from the corebot companions who surprisingly have more personality than anything else in the title’s story.

Gameplay

The core concepts of gameplay in ReCore are focused around third-person gunplay and traveling throughout the world by getting past obstacles through platforming. The combat system is incredibly easy to start with as Joule is equipped with a beam rifle that is capable of swapping between various colors, with every enemy Joule encounters will be one of three colors and matching the ammo color with the foe will deal additional damage and automatically targets the closest enemy when aimed and snaps to the next foe after the previous one is defeated.

recore-screenshot-46In combat players can also extract the cores of weakened bots through a tug-of-war min-game that if completed successfully rewards the player with a colored core that can be transformed into energy. Alongside the gunplay players will also be able to use Joule’s corebots to perform “lethal” attacks when they have sufficient charge to deal large amounts of damage though most of the time they simply serve as distractions to allow Joule to take on multiple foes at a time.

It is worth noting that while combat may seem easy at first, players will eventually begin to encounter increasingly difficult enemies that use shields that must be dropped with burst shots, others that can only be attacked from certain angles, and some that utilize stunning attacks that can be incredibly frustrating thanks to the low level of damage that Joule can receive. This means that some fights result in a complete loss almost immediately if the player is unlucky enough to get stunned so the best option is usually to make use of the double-jump and boosting mechanics to always stay on the move in combat.

recore-screenshot-49While the combat system ranges from either too easy to spiking in difficulty, the actual movement mechanics and platforming are a big attraction in ReCore. Joule’s equipment allows her to double jump, dash on the ground or through the air, and make quick climbs on most ledges. The game allows players to use these fluid mechanics to traverse the world in a satisfying fashion most of the time as players will easily learn how to dash through areas, jump, dash, and jump once again all in one sequence. The fact that the platforming feels so well done is a great help considering the grinding and buggy nature of this game.

Almost every aspect of progression in ReCore revolves around collecting special Prismatic Cores that are scattered throughout the open world and hidden away in dungeons. The problem is that players will find themselves completely gated out of progressing if they didn’t explore an area enough or revisit a spot with a new Corebot companion to clear a previous insurmountable obstacle to get a core or some areas are simply locked if you haven’t leveled enough, forcing the player to grind away at enemies. Gating off progression can generally be done in a manner to entice players to see different places and get a new look at the world, but ReCore’s method and lack of a populated open world feels like nothing more than padding

recore-screenshot-48Out in the field players do nothing more than gather these cores or get into random battles, which can be somewhat useful when it comes to crafting new blueprints and upgrading your companions with new parts, however even this method is frustratingly monotonous as upping various stats requires staring at a bar fill repeatedly and since stat upgrades and new blueprint pieces can only be applied at Joule’s crawler (home base), players will need to deal with another aspect of the game that is frankly terrible.

I’m talking about load times here. Whether it is fast traveling back to the crawler, traveling between maps, reloading from a cheap death, or any other form of loading screen players will need to be prepared for at best a minute long wait. At one point a certain area took over two and a half minutes to load in after dying in combat and considering this happened enough to the point that I started keeping track of it then you’ll need to be prepared for that aspect of the game and considering the barren nature of most areas in the game, players will be left wondering why it takes so long.

ReCore-screenshot-(15)Combine this with numerous crashes to the main menu, areas where you can clip through the ground repeatedly (with the game resetting you to the same clipping point until you quit out to fix the issue), and numerous places players can explore only to find themselves stuck in the level design and you’ll be wary of venturing too far off the beaten path, though even if you do there is little to find there.

Visuals & Audio

Being set in a desert world already gives players a bad sign of what to expect when it comes to level design but thankfully nicely designed and varied dungeons and interior areas in ReCore help make up for the incredibly barren and frankly unfinished looking areas that players will encounter in most of the open world. Joule’s character model as well as her companions are given quite a shine here especially since many blueprint upgrades provide cosmetic changes to their appearance.

recore-screenshot-50The soundtrack is fairly standard for the genre with a number of fitting pieces of music used throughout the game while the voice acting, for what there is, works well in creating a bond between Joule and her companions who speak only through unintelligible robotic dialogue.

Overall

Solid movement mechanics, fun companions, and an enjoyable combat system that stays varied enough to keep players on their toes helps ReCore push past its simple storyline but the useless padding is something that drags nearly every aspect down. ReCore feels like a game that has plenty of potential but unfortunately just like the sands in the game, all of the polished segments lay buried beneath poor design choices, terrible load times, and numerous glitches.

MeiQ: Labyrinth of Death Review

meiq-labyrinth-of-death-cover-art

MeiQ: Labyrinth of Death

Developer: Compile Heart
Publisher: Idea Factory International
Platform: PS Vita
Release Date: Available Now
Price: $39.99 USD – Available Here

Overview

Earlier this year we saw the release of Trillion: God of Destruction in the West and now the second game in the project that spawned that title has been released in the West by the name of MeiQ: Labyrinth of Death. Not connected to the first game and offering a different style of play by being a dungeon crawling RPG with a few unique elements, is this one worth your time?

Story

The world in MeiQ: Labyrinth of Death has stopped rotating and has plunged the land into eternal night. This darkness has caused monsters to begin to roam the land and the people to suffer but despite being an apocalyptic event, this isn’t the first time that this has happened. Legend tells of a powerful Machina Mage conquering four towers and performing a ritual in each before she managed to return the world to the state it once was.

MeiQ-Labyrinth-of-Death-screenshot-(25)With this legend in mind, five Machina Mages have been summoned from across the globe to Southern Cross city where they must undergo these trials in an effort to save the world. Players take on the role of a bubbly but slightly airheaded Estra, a young Machina Mage from a tiny village who wants to be friendly with the rest of the girls who have been assigned this task. Unfortunately, since legend tells of only one woman being able to restore the planet the last thing on these girls’ minds is co-operation as they wish to put their names down in history.

As one would expect, this initial rivalry does simmer down as players progress through the game and eventually things settle down to the girls traveling together and interacting with one another in standard fashion. One thing that is worth noting is that while many dungeon crawling RPGs such as this one are usually light on the storyline, MeiQ: Labyrinth of Death does its best to keep players interested in the story thanks to these characters.

MeiQ-Labyrinth-of-Death-screenshot- (4)Sure the majority of the cast feels as if they are simply checking off various tropes when they are introduced and unfortunately they rarely go beyond these simple characteristics but when the whole cast is together they do form a rather interesting group that does its best to keep players around since the actual storyline rarely develops in an interesting fashion and often fades into the background.

Gameplay

For the most part players will find that MeiQ: Labyrinth of Death is a fairly standard dungeon crawler as players are given a hub world of Southern Cross where they can rest and save at an inn, purchase and sell items, take on side quests, and create new parts for their Guardians at the Machina Factory before setting off to one of the towers that they must travel through.

MeiQ-Labyrinth-of-Death-Screenshot-008The one key aspect where this game stands out is the way it handles the combat system and the Guardians.  Guardians appear to be mech like beings that are controlled by the Machina Mages and each Guardian can be customized with different limbs and cores that come with different slots allowing for players to equip them with gems to augment their abilities. Unlike the main characters, the Guardians’ attacks and skills change depending on the arms that they are equipped with and they can be customized any time outside of battle, allowing players to change up their Guardian’s on the fly if they encounter enemies that are being a bit difficult.

You see, combat in MeiQ: Labyrinth of Death is still a turn-based affair like one would expect but as mentioned before; the Guardian system adds a little twist. Your party can consist of three Machina Mages at a time and while each girl brings a Guardian to the fight, each member can only attack once. This means that while the Guardian can deal and take the most damage, the mage herself can utilize special skills to heal or buff their party members while being fairly squishy as fighters. If a Guardian is eliminated in combat, the mage can continue fighting on her own but if a mage is downed, the Guardian will also be removed from combat meaning players will often need to play it safe to avoid losing a valuable team member.

MeiQ-Labyrinth-of-Death-screenshot-(37)Every enemy and character in the game also has various elemental strengths and weaknesses so using Guardian abilities or forms that are strong against certain elements while resistant to others is a good way to power through difficult enemies. While this strategy works well, it rarely comes into play and isn’t nearly as complex as one would expect. I say this primarily because on Normal difficulty the game is incredibly simple to power through without even paying attention to the elemental system. Players can easily find themselves customizing their Guardians into forces to be reckoned with and breezing through standard fights and only getting caught up by the boss fights that raise the difficulty a bit, this means those who are looking for a real challenge will need to go for the harder difficulty setting.

The dungeons that players travel through are unfortunately one of the worst aspects of MeiQ: Labyrinth of Death primarily due to their poor designs and efforts to pad the game’s length. Players will travel through your standard dungeon locales while coming across various locked doors, traps, treasures, pitfalls, teleporters/elevators to other floors, and more while exploring but be prepared for plenty of backtracking and dead ends as the dungeons feature numerous routes that are designed more like a maze than anything else as players bump into numerous dead ends hoping to find a switch or treasure for once.

MeiQ-Labyrinth-of-Death-screenshot-(26)

This problem is alleviated slightly by the fact that players do have an option to run through the dungeons and make automatic turns at corners but when you add in the fact that the dungeons often force players to leave the area entirely, revisit an old dungeon to obtain an item, and then return back to where you were in order to unlock a door or get past an obstacle it is hard to justify it as anything more than needless padding that appears way too often. In fact, even the side quests that players can take on are nothing more than simply trying to obtain rare drop items from the simplistic enemies that you encounter and are unfortunately nothing more than that, so those looking for a bit of extra excitement to fill their backtracking will be disappointed.

Visuals & Audio

It is interesting to note that while MeiQ was denied a classification in some regions, it is very difficult to see why. The characters in the game do have a few skimpier designs but nothing that really stretches the imagination and thanks to these colorful designs they help stand out a bit from your standard leads and the title even avoids placing any emphasis on any of the potential fan service sequences in the game. Alongside the character designs players will find that the Guardians feature quite a few designs that are well handled but the same cannot be said about the dungeons and the creatures players will face off against which are unfortunately incredibly simplistic in nature.

MeiQ-Labyrinth-of-Death-screenshot-(43)Idea Factory International has released MeiQ: Labyrinth of Death with both the original Japanese voice track as well as their freshly recorded English dub for the game with players being able to swap between the two at any time. The English cast handles their characters quite well and in fact certain characters come off as far more enjoyable sounding in the English dub than in the Japanese version. The soundtrack accompanying the title is fairly impressive as it features a number of unique sounding tracks to explore dungeons and fight to.

Overall

MeiQ: Labyrinth of Death brings some unique elements to the table but not enough to really look past the generic styling of the dungeons and enemies that players encounter and will spend far too much time being forced to backtrack through simply to clear another inane obstacle. Sporting a fun combat system that utilizes Guardians and their mages working together and an enjoyable cast of characters with colorful designs help raise MeiQ above simply being a standard dungeon crawler but not much more than that.

“We can’t wait for Blitz Twister Cup to kick off,” said Andrey Ryabovol, World of Tanks Blitz Publishing Product Director. “World of Tanks Blitz is always growing, and the most skilled players out there have been crying out for a bigger challenge. This tournament will definitely show the kind of potential the game has in eSports.”

World of Tanks Blitz is known for its awesome collaborations and unique, sometimes pretty quirky, vehicles. Now, with the World of Tanks Blitz Artist Signature Label, we’ll be teaming up with famed artists from across the globe to create exclusive tanks. The first off the production line is the O-47 project, a unique vehicle designed by iconic mecha artist Kunio Okawara, famous for his work on the Gundam and Brave Series franchises.

“Creating an original tank design for World of Tanks Blitz was a unique and fascinating opportunity,” said Kunio Okawara. “The game has a lot of fans in Asia and has collaborated with some fantastic anime already. I can’t wait for the players to see it and get to play the tank myself. I hope everyone enjoys this special collaboration.”
