Resident Evil 7 Spoilers Posted, Rumours of Early Leaks in Middle East

Resident Evil fans may have to disconnect themselves from the internet for the next week if they want to avoid spoilers. Massive spoilers for the game have been posted on the internet in the last several days. NeoGAF is currently hosting a thread on their forums for spoilers and the Resident Evil subreddit has been bursting with spoilers of their own.

Bahrain-based YouTuber and blogger Rash Bandicoot reports that PlayStation 4 and Xbox One copies of Resident Evil 7 biohazard has gone on sale a week early in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar, with images of the game popping up at local retailers social media outlets.

Capsule Computers has done some of our own digging to confirm these Arabic language sources. There has been some chatter on Weibo, the Chinese social media service, about a Dubai-based gamer who claimed they acquired a copy and posted screenshots of the game. Unfortunately, it appears that the original posts were taken down after angry Weibo users complained about spoilers, so we were unable to confirm the posts ourselves.

Resident Evil 7 biohazard is the first title in Capcom’s long running horror franchise to adopt a first person perspective. The highly anticipated title launches on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows on January 24th.

Resident Evil 7: biohazard Short Story DLC to be Released Free

It looks like Capcom is going to be offering some free content to fans of Resident Evil 7: biohazard shortly after the game is released. Famitsu has revealed that Capcom is planning on releasing free short story DLC called “Not A Hero” sometime this spring for Resident Evil 7: biohazard. Currently very few details about what to expect in the DLC have been revealed but it has been stated that it will have a different feel from the core story of the game and does not relate to Ethan’s storyline.

While the free DLC will arrive sometime this spring, those who are eager to pick up the main game will find that it will be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on January 24th in North America and Europe.

Nights of Azure 2 Delayed to a 2017 Release Window

Gust has been very busy lately as they have been working on various RPG IPs, both new and old, so it doesn’t come as too much of a surprise to hear that Nights of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon has been delayed once again. Previously set to be released in Japan in February 2017, the company has announced that the game will now be released sometime during the 2017 release window, meaning it can be anytime past February.

The developer stated that the delay is to improve the game’s quality once more and continue to adjust the story, girls, and action balance. The game will also still feature the promised new heroine that will fight alongside the main character as well as swimsuit costumes for all of the characters when the game is eventually released on the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita.

Guilty Gear Xrd: Rev 2 Revealed with Two New Characters

Alongside these two new fighters the company described that they will add new techniques for some characters as well as some balance adjustments, new episodes for the characters added to the last game post-release as well as ones for Baiken and Answer, and new scenarios added to the story mode. Dragon Half Manga Licensed by Seven Seas

0

All through last week Seven Seas Entertainment announced a wide-array of manga licenses and one of their last announcements will please fans of classic manga. The Dragon Half manga series ran back in 1989 and although it inspired a two episode OVA that covered a small portion of the manga, the series was never given much attention in the West outside of fan efforts.

Well that will soon change as Seven Seas has announced plans to localize the seven volume series in a collection of three omnibus volumes that will include bonus material, silver foil wrap around covers, and color illustrations.

The first omnibus is set to be released on December 26th and you can read the company’s description of the story below:

A young girl named Mink has fallen for the dreamy Dick Saucer, a famous idol. There’s only one problem: Dick’s not just an idol—he’s a dragon slayer, too…and Mink is half dragon! To solve this conundrum, Mink and her friends must set out on a playful quest to destroy the Demon Lord Azetodeth and gain a potion that will make Mink completely human! Will Mink’s love finally be requited or this doomed to be a fetch quest failure?

The most authentic cricket game now available on all platforms

Melbourne, 17 January 2017: Big Ant Studios has today announced that the most realistic cricket game ever made, Don Bradman Cricket 17, is now available on PC via Steam.

Released on console last month, the game boasts an “unprecedented suite of customisation options,” and has been hailed as “the best cricket experience yet.” Players can jump into the career mode to take a young player from club cricket all the way to captaining his or her country (it is also the first cricket game of all time to have female players and competitions). Alternatively, players can jump into the game’s Cricket Academy, where they can build their local teams, cricket fields and competitions to recreate their own club league.

“We made customisation the core of the experience with this game,” Big Ant CEO, Ross Symons, said. “It’s always amazing to see what our dedicated community comes up with, and between the stadium, player, and logo creators, every player can truly make Don Bradman Cricket 17 their own experience.”

Players can also look forward to robust post-launch support, with patches planned to continue to update the game according to player feedback.

“We have one of the most vocal, positive communities in sporting games,” Symons said. “We see Don Bradman 17 as a platform that we’ll continue to refine and build on in the weeks ahead. The response to the game has already been so positive; we’re very proud to be able to support cricket in video games for the fans of the sport.”

The game can be purchased from Steam here http://store.steampowered.com/app/464850/
