Larkspur, Calif. –  April 19, 2017 – Codemasters & Deep Silver today released the first gameplay trailer for the hotly anticipated return of the classic gaming franchise, Micro Machines ahead of the release on PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system, Xbox One, the all-in-one entertainment system from Microsoft, and Windows PC via Steam on June 23. Whether driving the Spy Car destroying a Hovercraft with a NERF Blaster in the Games Room, or the Dump Truck blowing up a Tank with a Dynamite Launcher in the garden, Micro Machines World Series will have players of all ages smiling from ear-to-ear while delivering absolute carnage.

Players will take on a whole new way of racing in Micro Machines World Series. Not only will players be able to burn rubber across the Kitchen table in familiar 4 player ‘sofa style’ local races but also enter into larger 12 player online races. With such a large number of players on one screen, gamers can look forward to seeing 12 vehicles jostling for position and hurtling toward each corner to every map.

In addition to the core racing modes are the Battle Modes which pit up to 12 players into the same arena for frantically competitive multiplayer games including Capture the Flag and Territory as well as 6v6 Team Deathmatch. All of these are set to the varied interactive backdrop of 15 battle arenas including The Laser Lab, Buzzsaw Battle and the evergreen fun of navigating the Hungry Hungry Hippos board without being eaten.

Players can personalize their Battles with 12 new vehicles including the Spy Car, Hovercraft, Monster Truck or G. I. Joe H.I.S.S Tank, each with their own strengths and weapons. Players will set off trying to crush, smash, and destroy opponents with numerous new weapons including the Dynamite Launcher, Tidal Wave, Cobra Turret and NERF Blasters. Every vehicle also has a level of customization with new skins, completely changing the original look. The inclusion of Emotes, Victory Poses, and Grave Stamps also add to the camaraderie and bragging rights at the end of a match.

Adding to the hilarity and fun of Micro Machines, the release is narrated by the one and only Brian Blessed. In his own, recognizable and unique style Brian bursts forth announcing the start of races as well as “ENEMY FLAG TAKEN” and “MICRO MACHINES IS ALIVE!”

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands “Narco Road” Expansion Out For Season Pass Owners

The first expansion pack for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands is out for Season Pass owners. “Narco Road” features a brand new story chapter that focuses on smugglers led by the mysterious El Invisible. Beneath him are three gangs of smugglers who are united by their mutual love of racing. To discover El Invisible’s identity and destroy the gang of smugglers, the Ghosts will have to go undercover and participate in a series of high speed races to earn the trust of the gangs.

In addition to the new chapter, “Narco Road” adds four outfits, nine weapons, and four vehicle types to the game. The expansion is available now for Season Pass owners on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows. Inaugural Gaming4Life 30hr charity stream for Sony Foundation’s youth cancer initiative, You Can, live on Twitch from April 29-30, 2017

[Sydney Australia], April 19, 2017 – For the first time ever in Australia, Twitch has partnered with the charity arm of Sony group of companies, Sony Foundation to host a 30-hour entertainment extravaganza live stream fundraiser for youth cancer program, You Can. The marathon stream, commencing 29th April, hosted by some of Australia’s favourite Twitch streamers including Loserfruit, Bajo, Deligracy and JamesTurnerYT with special guest appearances from Sony Music artists and avid gamers such as Alan Walker, Cyrus and LDRU with more to be announced.

The gaming action and entertainment will unfold live on www.twitch.tv/6t4bites over 30 hours with teams of gamers competing to raise thousands of dollars to build youth cancer centres around Australia.

Horizon Zero Dawn, For Honor and Prey are just a selection of titles that will be played on PlayStation®4 during Gaming4Life. The competition will heat up as viewers develop an alliance with their favourite team and show their support through donations to unlock exclusive content or compete in a variety of outrageous challenges.

Since its inception, You Can has committed almost $5 million to building ‘You Can’ youth cancer centres in Australia for young patients aged 15 – 25. Too old for children’s hospitals yet too young for adult wards, these young patients are a ‘forgotten generation’ falling through the gaps in the medical system.  This year alone, over 1000 young patients will be diagnosed with cancer in Australia and these Centres will provide age-appropriate treatment and care alongside peers their own age which has proven vital to improved survival rates.

Twitch streamer from The Netherlands, Kees Steenbergen, has already raised over $5,000 for Sony Foundation via his Twitch community and will be travelling to Sydney to take part in the stream, hoping to lead his team to victory.

Once the player has chosen a side in Clash of Elements, it’s time to fight. The event consists of three rounds and the team that wins two out of the three rounds is crowned victorious.

Each commander can contribute to tipping the elements by: sinking enemy ships, winning battles, dealing damage, earning ribbons, achievements, and XP.

Help your team to win the round and receive personal in-game rewards “coins”, which can be spent in the “Gift shop”, featuring a wealth of interesting goods, including a unique ship, Kamikaze R, with a special permanent camouflage.

Shiness: The Lightning Kingdom Out Now

Enigami’s long journey to bring Shiness: The Lightning Kingdom to gamers has finally come to the end with the game’s release. Enigami Artistic Director Samir Rebib first created the universe of Shiness 20 years ago as a child. From there, the French indie developer raised funds to complete the action RPG on Kickstarter before signing with Focus Home Interactive.

Shiness: The Lightning Kingdom follows Chado and his four friends, who find themselves caught in between warring kingdoms on Mahera. The team of five will have to work together to to end the conflict and bring peace to the land. The many puzzles found on Mahera will require the five to use their special abilities like telekinesis to manipulate the environment. The game is out now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows.

Turn-based Strategy RPG Sonny Shambles onto Steam

IRVINE, Calif.  April 18, 2017 – Hit turn-based strategy RPG Sonny comes to Windows PC and Mac via Steam today for $7.99, with a launch discount of 15% for the first week available. The game, originally released exclusively on the App Store on Jan. 12, 2017, is a complete reimagining of the original cult-hit Flash game series with all-new content and a complete story spanning hours of playing time. It is developed by Krin Juangbhanich and published by Armor Games Studios.

Sonny is a sci-fi RPG with an emphasis on challenge that follows the titular character after he finds himself brought back from the dead in a dangerous post-apocalyptic world. As they journey to uncover Sonny’s past and the truth, players must learn to master the unique buffs and status effects of his unlockable skills and unique Strains and evolutions to take down powerful foes. The Steam version of Sonny contains all of the content of the original iOS game, reworked for desktop interfaces, and includes achievements and Steam trading cards.
