They will learn how The Division universe has been successfully brought to life with the ability to expand through comic books, novels and other forms of entertainment. To provide an in-depth look at what it takes to jump into the universe of The Division and enrich its lore with new stories, characters and new pieces of information around the virus outbreak. Hosted by What’s Good Game’s Andrea Rene, the panel includes Creative Director Julian Gerighty, Lead Narrative Designer John Bjorling, Writer Alex Irvine and Dark Horse editor Ian Tucker. Dark Horse Comics partners with Ubisoft to bring fans a comic book series set in the world of Tom Clancy’s The Division. Set between the bitter cold of the original game and sweltering summer of The Division 2, the comic book series will explore the virus’ influence outside of New York City and Washington, D.C. and how the post-pandemic world has changed the nation as we knew it. Copeland, the series’ original composer revealed a clip of the new soundtrack main theme featured in Spyro™ Reignited Trilogy to fans during the Spyro: Reigniting a Legend panel at San Diego Comic-Con.  Known as “Tiger Train,” Copeland’s new game intro reprises recognisable music motifs from the first three Spyro games into a memorable, orchestral-rock journey.

New Trailer Shows How Players Can Build Their Own DC Super-Villain and Pick Their Powers

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, TT Games, The LEGO Group and DC Entertainment today revealed a new character customization trailer for LEGO® DC Super-Villains, the first LEGO® game to put players at the centre of a villain-centric adventure packed with favourite locations and characters from across the DC universe, prior to the official start of San Diego Comic-Con 2018.

The trailer focuses on the character creator feature and provides players with an extended look at how they can create and play as their own DC Super-Villain character, unleashing mischievous antics and wreaking havoc throughout the action-packed game. A player’s character becomes the centre of the story, while teaming up with an iconic variety of villains to adventure through the hilarious and original story written in collaboration with DC Comics.

Fans interested in checking out the character creator feature will have an opportunity this weekend at San Diego Comic-Con, where a hands-on demo of the game will be playable at the LEGO® booth (#2829), DC Comics booth (#1915) and the Warner Bros. Booth (#4545) during normal show hours.

THQ Nordic announces line-up for gamescom 2018

Vienna/Austria, July 19th 2018: The world’s biggest gaming convention is happening again. gamescom 2018 will open its doors on August 21st in Cologne, Germany, and today THQ Nordic is happy to announce its line-up of games for the show. Four games will feature in the entertainment area, playable for all visitors of gamescom 2018. By popular demand, this includes the public debut of Darksiders III.

Players who visit our booth in Hall 8, A011 will be among the first in the world to play Darksiders III. Come meet our Cosplayer Legion and learn all the latest news about the game during our daily stage show.

Also, for the first time, visitors at gamescom can experience the new four-player co-op game Generation Zero: an explosive game of cat and mouse set in a vast open world in a reimagining of 1980’s Sweden.

Biomutant, called one of the biggest surprises of last year’s gamescom, is back with an incredible new demo full of Kung-Fu, action, weapons, creatures and craziness.

Finally, Fade to Silence sends players into a world of unrelenting winter, fighting not only hunger and monsters, but also nature itself. Get your hands on this survival game with moral choices, base building and permadeath.
