Mortal Kombat 11 Announces Sindel, Spawn, and Nightwolf as DLC

Warner Bros. and developer NetherRealm Studios have announced that the Mortal Kombat 11 Kombat Pack add-on will include not only the previously announced Shang Tsung but also Nightwolf, Sindel, Spawn, and two more guest characters as DLC fighters.

Shang Tsung has been given a gameplay trailer found below and will be available early for Kombat Pack buyers on June 18th and a week later for everyone else and as for the other characters, NetherRealm has provided the following details:

  • Spawn – Todd McFarlane’s Spawn is one of the world’s best-selling and longest-running monthly comic books, with hundreds of millions of copies sold worldwide in more than 120 countries and 15 different languages. The Spawn comic book tells the story of Al Simmons, an elite government assassin who was betrayed and killed by the CIA. Instead of dying, he sells his soul to Hell for a second chance at life, and becomes Spawn, an unstoppable soldier fighting the underworld. Spawn is voiced by Keith David, the original voice actor from ‘Todd McFarlane’s Spawn,’ the Emmy award-winning HBO animated series.
  • Shang Tsung – The soul-stealing sorcerer and historic host of the Mortal Kombat Tournament. Shang Tsung pledged his eternal loyalty to Shao Kahn in exchange for a dark power, but he is no faithful servant. He dreams of the day his sorcery will overtake Shao Kahn’s, and he’ll pay any price to get there. Actor Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa is lending his voice and likeness to the popular character he portrayed in the classic 1995 Mortal Kombat film.
  • Nightwolf – Formerly known as Grey Cloud, was chosen by the Great Spirit to become the Matoka’s champion and protector. Grey Cloud proved worthy when he laid down his life to prevent the Black Dragon from plundering what remained of his tribe’s sacred artifacts. As Nightwolf, Grey Cloud possesses extraordinary magic granted by the Great Spirit to fight for the Matoka’s future and defend all of Earthrealm.
  • Sindel – The former Queen of Edenia and will stop at nothing to keep her place. Threatened with the loss of her throne when Shao Kahn conquered her realm, Sindel betrayed her husband, and her people, to keep her privileged position. Now, as Shao Kahn’s wife and Queen of Outworld, she enjoys power and wealth beyond most people’s imagination.

MOWIN’ & THROWIN’ OUT NOW ON NINTENDO SWITCH & PC

MOWIN’ & THROWIN’ OUT NOW ON NINTENDO SWITCH & PC

Couch party game playable online on PC via PARSEC

May 31st, 2019 — House Pixel Games is proud to announce its award-winning game of sabotage Mowin’ & Throwin’ is available now on Nintendo Switch and Steam for $14.99. Use lawn gnomes racing around in nitro-boosted mowers to wreck your neighbor’s yard by blasting rocks, fertilizer bags, and more at your unsuspecting opponents!

Mowin’ & Throwin’ is a competitive lawn mowing experience where the objective of the game is to have the least amount of grass on your lawn before time runs out. Choose your zany gnome avatar and mow down the competition in 2v2 or 1v1 modes. Mowin’ & Throwin’ is great for social gatherings, parties, and public events; as well as playing at home with friends, family, or people you only sort of like!

Mowin’ & Throwin’ Features:

  • A stunning variety of items drop from the sky during the match. Use them to knock gnomes off mowers, regrow grass, or flip your opponent’s controls!
  • Experience the thrill of mowing at breakneck speeds to gather grass bag ammo to shoot at your rival team’s yard!
  • Grow closer with your friends by teaming up! Or ruin that friendship with a well aimed rock! Keep the couch fun during parties or when you need a break from the online world.
  • The controls and objective of Mowin’ & Throwin’ are easy to learn. But if you want to be a cut above the rest, you’ll need to master each lawn’s unique challenge to turn them to your advantage — some examples include shifting terrain, elevators, destructible environments, darkness, and more!

A single match only takes a few minutes, but Mowin’ & Throwin’ can keep you and your friends occupied for seasons! The experience is best played locally, but the PC edition is also playable online through PARSEC. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One editions are planned for release later this year as well.

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 Introduces Malkavian Clan

Continuing with their series of clan trailers Paradox Interactive and developer Hardsuit Labs have released a new video for Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 with this one focusing on introducing the enigmatic Malkavian clan. Malkavians have been traditionally ostracized by the Seattle Kindred. While a few managed to claim territory in less desirable districts, very few have ever managed to rise to the levels of the other clans. Because of this, there is a persistent bias against the Malkavian clan that still exists into modern nights.

To be of the Clan is to understand things nobody else does; and to be affected by that understanding. Among the clan, this shows itself in psychosis, depression, compulsive disorders, or uncounted other mental illnesses. This hasn’t kept the Clan of the Moon from finding a place in Kindred society. Advisers, strategists, preachers, hunters and yes, rulers; all Malkavians walk their very own path.

You can find the video below and keep an eye out for the game when it is released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in Q1 2020.
