Square Enix and Deck Nine Games have announced that the next entry in the Life is Strange series will be arriving on September 10th in the form of Life is Strange: True Colors. Upon release the game will be available on the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PC, and even Stadia with there being a $59.99 standard edition, $69.99 deluxe edition, and $79.99 Ultimate edition to choose from.
The Deluxe Edition of the game features the core game, a bonus story called “Wavelengths” that will be released after the full game allowing players to play as Steph in the year before Alex came to Haven Springs, in a standalone story set in the iconic Rocky Mountain Record Traders store and KRCT radio station, and finally a pack of four outfits featuring costumes from past series protagonists. The Ultimate Edition includes all of the aforementioned content as well as remasters of both Life is Strange and Life is Strange: Before the Storm.
In Life is Strange: True Colors Alex Chen must come to grips with her volatile psychic power of Empathy that allows her to feel, experience, and even manipulate the emotions of others around her that she witnesses as auras. Once believing this ability a curse, Alex now must use her powers to uncover the truth of her brother’s death that has been deemed an “accident.”
After first revealing the game back during what would have been last year’s E3, Square Enix has now revealed the official name of Project Athia. The action RPG will now be called Forspoken and is being developed for Luminous Productions with a launch window of 2022 for the PlayStation 5 and PC.
In Forspoken players will find themselves playing as Frey Holland, a normal young woman who must survive in a fantastical and dangerous land called Athia with newfound magical abilities as she faces off against fearsome foes and tries to overcome the many trials that stand in her path. The official announcement trailer can be found below.
Build a Crew, Battle and Board Massive Enemy Ships, Explore New Aerial Tactics With Zephyr Rework/Deluxe and Prepare for Call of the Tempestarii, Coming Soon to All Platforms
LONDON, ONTARIO – March 19, 2021 – Empowered by player feedback to fulfil Warframe®’s ultimate space fantasy, Digital Extremes has delivered an ambitious re-imagining of space-battle gameplay with the streamlined Corpus Proxima & The New Railjack today on PC. Seamlessly intertwining large-scale space combat with fast, frenetic ninja action, Corpus Proxima & The New Railjack ramps Warframe’s space fantasy to new levels of intensity, while setting the stage for Call of the Tempestarii, which debuts the reaper-like Warframe Sevagoth and a ghostly Railjack story quest this spring on all platforms.
Tenno can earn everything for free in Corpus Proxima & The New Railjack or they can jump into the action and save time by purchasing Railjack in-game through three bundle tiers, including the Railjack, Crew Slots, Nautilus Sentinel and Nautilus Sentinel Accessories. See Warframe.com for more details and pricing.
The player-friendly Dev Workshop Video summarizes how and why changes were made to Railjack and shows how improvements will benefit new and veteran players alike. Make sure to watch the bold new Zephyr Rework in the gameplay video below, and prepare to command the sky with her enhanced Abilities and sleek new Deluxe skin in this update today.

Build, Board and Battle Re-worked to embody the core Warframe experience, every aspect of Corpus Proxima & The New Railjack’s redesign is renovated and simplified for less grind and less reliance on matchmaking. Now, all players can enjoy building their personal Railjacks, boarding Corpus Capital ships to sabotage from within, or annihilating them with an arsenal of new ordnance.
“Integrating some of our players’ favorite gameplay, like Necramechs, and adding new core Warframe modes, into this new update transforms Corpus Proxima & The New Railjack into something more unified and essential,” said Sheldon Carter, COO. “This update is so incredibly diverse!”
Corpus Proxima & The New Railjack embraces epic spaceship battles more than ever, with integrated new gameplay modes interwoven with core, familiar gameplay. Tenno can still rely on their favorite Archwing Slingshot to board and pilot enemy ships, and collect, fight and explore in their battleship. But Railjack missions now unite classic Warframe gameplay with Railjack battles, core reward loops, and even hardcore mech gameplay.
New Modes, Expanded Gameplay By introducing the heavy guns of Necramech gameplay into Corpus Proxima & The New Railjack, players will experience a new sense of variety, surprise, and powerful artillery to crush Corpus forces into oblivion.
With the expansion of Orphix mode (introduced in the Orphix Venom Event late last year) into space battles, players can now board enemy ships and take down sentient invaders using Operators and their devastatingly powerful Necramechs. By weaving in familiar gameplay elements in a new way, players can now hunt and collect valuable Arcanes to boost their Warframes instead of earning currency, and crack relics to unlock Warframes and for the first time, Warframe Primes, such as Ash Prime!
And blending even more variety into Corpus Proxima & The New Railjack, the all new mission “Volatile” invites players to take on the ultimate challenge — to sabotage the biggest enemy threat, the Corpus Capital ship! Help Cephalon Cy from the inside to create a Reactor failure while fighting off enemy engineers bent on your destruction. This is just the beginning of a slew of new content with more to come!
New Intrinsics and Avionics The re-worked, improved Command Intrinsics give battle-ready Tenno more control, more gametime, and less waiting around. Command your own NPC crew by recruiting, leveling up, customizing and commanding AI.
Similarly, the newly reworked Avionics System shifts power from the ship to the individual player using the Harness System, so players use their individual skills and powers, as well as squad-wide buffs, to customize their Railjack crews for more control and deadlier firefights.
“The shift from ship-side to player-side Command Intrinsics makes a world of difference,” said lead producer Dave Kudirka. “We’re very psyched for players to try out our new NPCs!”
More Fun, Less Grind The more streamlined experience also means players don’t need a Dojo or Drydock to own a Railjack, and Relays will play a more intuitive part in recruiting crews for missions across a variety of planets.
“We thought a lot about how to make Railjack better and more fun,” explained Carter. “Player feedback was very direct. You told us straight up, ‘give us more control and streamline the experience’ and this update is built with that input in every aspect.”
Building up the Railjack and recruiting a crew is not only key to defeating the Corpus now, it’s crucial to recruiting the new Warframe Sevagoth, countering Void Storms, and experiencing the ghostly Railjack story quest in the Call of the Tempestarii.
Take the fight to the Corpus now! Download Corpus Proxima & The New Railjackhere, save time by purchasing Railjack Bundles in-game, and prepare for the Call of the Tempestarii this spring!

For some time now we’ve seen bits and pieces of Scarlet Nexus without knowing exactly when the game was meant to be released. That has changed as Bandai Namco has not only revealed that the game will be releasing on June 25th for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC but that they will also be debuting an anime series for Scarlet Nexus this summer with Sunrise handling the animation.
Scarlet Nexus is set in a distant future where a psionic hormone was discovered in the human brain, granting people extra-sensory powers and changed the world as we knew it. As humanity entered this new era, deranged mutants known as Others began to descend from the sky with a hunger for human brains. Highly resistant to conventional attack methods, extreme measures needed to be taken to battle the overwhelming threat and preserve humanity. Those with acute extra-sensory abilities, known as psionics, were our only chance to fight the onslaught from above. Since then, psionics have been scouted for their talents and recruited to the Other Suppression Force (OSF), humanity’s last line of defense.
Featuring a dual story, begin your adventure with either Yuito Sumeragi, an energetic recruit from a prestigious political family or Kasane Randall, the mysterious scout whose power and skill has gained great notoriety among the OSF. As their different experiences interweave with each other, it is only then that you will reveal the full story and unlock all the mysteries
Things have been rather quiet when it comes to Dying Light 2 and the latest update from Techland is hoping to ease some concerns after the game saw its initial release window pushed back multiple years. The video, found below, takes a rather odd approach to updating fans as it initially begins with a series of “mean tweets” being read out by staff before making an actual statement about the state of the game.
This is then followed by a few snippets of footage from the game before leaving us with a 2021 at the end, hopefully meaning that the game will be arriving sometime this year. Currently it is unknown what other platforms Dying Light 2 may be released for but when it was initially announced it was coming to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
