We’ve heard a little bit about what Drakengard 3 will have to offer since it was announced a few months back, but so far the only gameplay segments that have been shown off have simply been via images. It also didn’t help that said images revealed a terrible looking title at the time.
However today with Square Enix‘s debut trailer for Drakengard 3, it is clear that those screenshots must have come from quite early in development since the gameplay and cinematics shown in the below trailer are miles above what we originally saw. Currently Drakengard 3 is set to be released as a PlayStation 3 exclusive on October 31st in Japan with no Western release currently announced.
