QUIZ Nightmare in Gameland – The BEST Video Game Trivia Game on ANY PLATFORM !!

Quiz Nightmare in Gameland is developed by Undercoders.  Capsule Computers did a story on it a while back.  (check here)  and also did an interview (check here) with the Undercoders. 

Quiz Nightmare in Gameland has been out for quite some time and is currently only available for the Apple iPhone / iTouch via iTUNES for only $1.99 US (download your copy here)

MasterAbbott was able to catch up with David from Undercoders who was more than happy to provide some information on the latest update that will be available soon for everyone that already has the game or for people that might be considering it.  David also mentioned that a LITE(DEMO) version of Gameland will be available at the same time as the update to the full game is released.  At the moment Gameland is currently in the list to process by Apple and should be available in a week or two.

If you don’t know anything about Quiz Nightmare in Gameland.  And you consider yourself a GURU when it comes to Games, Video Games and anything else you might consider gaming.  Then YOU MUST and I do mean MUST !!!! Buy this game.  It will test your knowledge of Video Games from the begining of their conception right up to present day.

I cannot give Quiz Nightmare in Gameland enough praise.  I truely believe its one of the most inovative, original and certainly the BEST Trivia game for Video Games ever made.

Below I have a list of updates that will be added to the existing game along with some really cool screenshots of the game.

I have planned a Video Review for Gameland once the update is available so I’ll be able to go through all the features and gameplay in more detail

List of updates in the new version of Quize Nightmare in Gameland as explained by David from Undercoders :

– New Visual Questions: we introduced questions with images, so now the enemies can show you a picture and ask you about it. There’s a wide range of hardare identifying (consoles, cartridges, peripherals…), character silhouette guessing and some unique visual questions. We feel this is probably the most interesting feature, since it adds variety to the gameplay.

– New enemies: a total of 8 new enemies were added to the game (one for each world), so completed bestiaries will need some new work. Some are not so easy to find though 😉

– New minigame: a new minigame was added and can be found in some the inns . I’ts a memory-style game, with the usual 3 levels of difficulty.

– New Score indicator: a score indicator was added in the map screen to keep track of the game’s score. This was asked by some users and noted as lacking in some reviews.

– New questions: together with the new visual questions we added a few more normal ones. All in all, there should be above 250 new questions in this update.

Apart from that, there’s the typical typo-fixing and we’re sending some new info with the high scores on the bestiary status, game master and completed games, in order to add some distinctives in the web leaderboards.

ROCKSTAR Games today released a new video from Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony, this one is for all you couch potatoes out there !! Check out the sneak peek at Princess Robot Bubblegum, the hit anime show taking Liberty City by storm.

Princess Robot Bubblegum is part of the new television lineup coming in Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City, she’s hot shes cute and she fires rockets from her robot bra !!  Looks like Rockstar games are onto a good thing here.  If Princess Robot gets enough Anime nerd followers I’ll wager my entire collection of video games I’ve collected over the past 35 years that a spin off Anime series will be created outside of the Grand Theft Auto world.  Anyone crazy enough to sleep with whacked out nympho plants to SAVE HUMANITY gets my vote 😉

Sniper vs. Sniper Online Special Mission 1v50 Video Walkthrough & Tips

Sniper Vs. Sniper Online Special Missions : CITY MAP : 1v50 walkthrough.  Take out all 50 Snipers.  One of the HARDEST Special missions in Sniper Vs. Sniper Online.  The special mission has you up against 50 snipers in the CITY level.   Here you must systematically take out each one before they take you out.  See how its done with this video by MASTERABBOTT from https://www.capsulecomputers.com.au

Pretty much from the video and screen shots below.  Start at the top Left of the CITY building.  Start taking out each sniper from LEFT TO RIGHT.  Once you reach the end of the TOP Floor.  Move down STRAIGHT AWAY,  DO NOT go into binocular view.  Move down one floor and then from RIGHT TO LEFT, systematically taking out each sniper with 1 shot kill.  Ensure that as soon as you shoot a sniper, you will have that half second to reload your weapon, by that time MAKE SURE YOUR Score is already on the next sniper to take out.  Once you get to the end of the second floor.  Move down to the next and then proceed to take out the snipers on that floor LEFT to RIGHT. 

Same tactic still applies.  SHOOT, RELOAD and INSTANTLY have your scope on the NEXT Sniper to take out.  The floor has the most Snipers.  The last floor should be simple as shown in the video.  Move down and then from RIGHT to LEFT take out the remaining snipers.

You should have this done with about 1-2 full bars of health if you complete is successfully.

This should not take you anymore than 5-10 turns to complete if you have spot on aim and perfect reload shots, its a piece of cake.  This is the second time I have completed this mission, and it was easier second time around.  Even though I had to concentrate on ensuring the camera was in focus of the screen at the same time 😉

Here we have the top played XBOX 360 retail games played for last week within Australia & New Zealand.

Quite surprised that FORZA 3 wasn’t a little higher, but who can stop the MONSTER that is HALO 3.  We also have BORDERLANDS make a nice little appearance at number 9.  Lets hope it stays in the list as it’s a brilliant RPG/FPS game with fantastic online/multiplayer elements.

Chuck Norris: Bring on the Pain will be launching at the price of $1.99 AUD.  The teaser video really doesn’t offer much of anything, except for this priceless line “You may think you’re playing a Chuck Norris game, but Chuck Norris can’t be played.”
