The new slate of content was announced earlier today during the first-ever theHunter: Call of the Wild Winter Preview Showcase, where fans got a first look at new features and surprises coming to the game this winter. Players who already own the Bloodhound or Labrador Retriever are in for a real treat: through a free new update coming on Dec. 3 for all dog owners, you can customize your very own expert hunting dog by enhancing one dog with the skills of two! For example, by combining the skills of a Pointer and a Retriever, you can train your dog to skillfully flush out birds and efficiently retrieve them after you’ve taken your shot. The “German Shorthaired Pointer” DLC launches on Dec. 3 for $5.99.

The “Hunters’ Choice: Bolt-Action Rifle Pack” is the first-ever DLC made in direct partnership with theHunter: Call of the Wild’s amazing community. The pack includes three bolt-action rifles chosen by fans – the Vallgarda .375, Johansson .450, and Fors Elite .300 – each tailored with different characteristics to engage a variety of animal classes with impressive accuracy. Halifax, Canada, November 19th, 2024 – Boards game creator Brueh Games has partnered with video game developer YarnCat Games to make a video game adaptation of Luís Brueh’s acclaimed strategy board game Keep the Heroes Out! Launching a Kickstarter campaign today and aiming for an early 2025 release on PC, Mac and consoles, this digital rendition of Keep the Heroes Out! offers the same asymmetric, co-op dungeon defense gameplay as its tabletop counterpart with a bevy of added extras.

Keep the Heroes Out! is an asymmetric, cooperative dungeon defense game for 1-4 players where you play as the monsters protecting their hard-earned treasures against invading hordes of “heroes” trying to steal it.

Your goal as a team is to survive going through the Guild deck two times, protecting the treasures in each room. If the main treasure is taken, the game ends in defeat, but if you manage to protect your treasures for long enough, you all win. Monsters may die, which is tragic, but you can always bring them back to the dungeon, so you are never eliminated from the game. However, once the treasure is gone, it’s gone forever.

The digital game brings the tabletop experience faithfully to life, with the same art style and gameplay, only now being that the computer controls the nasty heroes invading our lair. This means you can play solo against the AI, or get a gaming going remotely with your friends from afar. Furthermore, YarnCat Games has boosted the visuals with fluid animation and a tutorial to help onboard new players. There’s never been an easier, more convenient way to get into hero thwarting!

The original board game version of Keep the Heroes Out! was a massive success, selling over 70,000 copies since its launch in 2022. Virtual farms are thriving as publisher and developer GIANTS Software reports the most successful launch in the history of the series with Farming Simulator 25. The agricultural simulation launched on November 12th for PC, Mac, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Farming Simulator 25 will receive constant updates to extend and improve as GIANTS Software provides free content updates, patches, and other updates in addition to new packs and expansions for the family-friendly game. The already available Year 1 Season Pass includes three official packs as well as one major expansion, which become available to pass owners as soon as the content is released.

The developers also hands-on test user-creations by the community, with mods to be released on the official in-game ModHub regularly. More information and announcements regarding Farming Simulator 25 will follow soon.

PlayStation Australia is excited to announce the new LEGO Horizon Adventures Aloy & Varl vs. Shell-Walker & Sawtooth LEGO playset.

This 768-piece set allows LEGO fans to recreate the iconic adventures of Aloy and her loyal ally Varl. Armed with their trusty bow and spear capable of producing fire, shock or chill attacks, join the duo’s battle in jungle surroundings against two fully jointed machines, Shell-Walker and Sawtooth.

The Shell-Walker has posable legs and arms, opening claws and a detachable cargo pod and energy shield, while the fully articulated Sawtooth has opening jaws, a swivelling torso and a posable neck, head and legs. The Sawtooth machine measures over 18 cm high, 12 cm long and 8 cm wide.

Bandai Namco and Look North World Bring the Thrills of Netflix’s “Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance” to Gamers Worldwide

Look North World, a pioneering UGC game studio and publisher led by Alexander Seropian, Bungie founder and former Disney executive, and Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe, launched GUNDAM: REQUIEM FOR VENGEANCE RED VS BLUE via Unreal® Engine for Fortnite (UEFN). The game is a competitive, team-based experience available now in Fortnite for all players worldwide on any platform they play Fortnite on.

Inspired by the explosive, gritty new Netflix animated series, “Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance,” GUNDAM: REQUIEM FOR VENGEANCE RED VS BLUE allows up to 20 players each match to align with either the Zeon or Earth Federation Forces factions and square off. When a match starts, players select their battlefield and deploy into their respective bases to equip themselves with an arsenal of their choosing. The primary objectives are to engage in tactical combat to secure the valuable MS Reactor Power. Factions are allocated a Cache in proximity to their base, and additional Caches are distributed across the terrain. Players acquire MS Reactor Power from the Caches. Teams must strategically collaborate to collect 200 MS Reactor Power, which then lets them activate their faction’s signature Mobile Suit, be it the Gundam EX or ZAKU II (Unidentified Type) Solari and have a devastating effect on the tide of battle.

GUNDAM: REQUIEM FOR VENGEANCE RED VS BLUE brings players the ultimate Gundam power fantasy in Fortnite, with access to a massive arsenal of popular weapons in each faction’s armory to maximize combat and robot takedowns while minimizing searching, looting, and traversing. The game is designed to deliver tense combat and thrills across the battlefield, culminating in an immersive, first-person cockpit view as if they were a real Gundam pilot. Players who take the most vengeance on their enemies will climb the global leaderboards and be entered to win Vbucks and Gunpla model kits from Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance, with leaderboards resetting each week.
