NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE – NOVEMBER 20, 2024 – Indie developer Duonix Studios announced today its single-player narrative horror game 10 Dead Doves is coming to Steam on Friday (December) the 13th. Set in deep Appalachia where crows are dropping dead from the sky, players will face strange sights, forgotten mysteries and bone-chilling gameplay as they navigate through the oldest mountains on Earth.
The year is 2004. Players take the role of the Most Pathetic Man on Earth, Marcus Stetson, a seasoned backpacker hiking the Appalachian Trail. Mark has pooled his resources together with his firecracker of a friend, Sean, to relive their glory days, embarking on one last mission to find the truth behind the holy grail of urban legends: a mysterious, mythical place known in whispers as the Ant Farm.
As they embark on their journey their grit, tenacity, and wit are put to the test as Mark receives a series of cryptic dream messages from a haunting, bird-like figure named The Wren. Why are the birds dropping dead? Will you solve the mystery or leave behind nothing but footprints?

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. takes place in a fictional Chornobyl Exclusion Zone. The nuclear disaster at the Chernobyl Power Plant in 1986 wasn’t the only one to occur, as the second explosion hit the reactor in 2006, creating the Zone. It’s a dangerous place, filled with mutated creatures, deadly radiation, and a strange, anomalous energy.
Bounty hunters delve deep into the Zone, driven by its treasures and mysteries. Some of them are running from their past, others are blinded by money, and some are obsessed with finding the truth behind all the mysteries.

Fatshark revealed its upcoming free update Grim Protocols in a tense narrative trailer.
STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN, November 19, 2024. Today, Fatshark announces that Grim Protocols, their upcoming free update to Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, will release on December 3 and on all platforms, PC (Steam and Microsoft Store), Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5. The update will introduce a new game mode, a new mission, new weapon families, a time-limited special event to celebrate the second anniversary of Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, quality of life improvements and more.
The Grim Protocols free update features:
New Game Mode – Havoc: Think you’ve mastered the threat over Tertium? Think again. Havoc is a new end-game experience that will test the resolve of the most seasoned operative. Be ready to face daunting challenges and earn new cosmetic rewards.
New Mission – Dark Communion: Return to the Carnival and explore its darkest corners. Steel yourself as you face hordes of cultists who will stop at nothing to achieve their dark communion.
Three New Weapon Families: tear through waves of enemies by wielding the destructive might of the Two-Handed Force and Power Swords, and the Ogryn Heavy Stubber.
Anniversary Special Event: to celebrate the second anniversary of Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, the game will host an event that will reward players with a unique weapon trinket.
And more: including the expansion of the Penance progression track with new challenges and rewards, as well as quality of life improvements such as an extension of the Party Finder feature.
