LOS ANGELES – APRIL 29, 2025 – Netmarble, a leading developer and publisher of high-quality mobile games, has released a major content update for its squad-based RPG King Arthur: Legends Rise, developed by its North American Subsidiary Kabam. This latest update introduces a powerful new hero, along with multiple in-game events and character progression enhancements.

The mythical hero “Caliburn Arthur” joins the roster of playable characters. Forged through a fateful pact with Caliburn, Arthur awakens the full might of Excalibur—ascending to a power that rivals the gods. With Caliburn’s essence embedded within him, Caliburn Arthur’s battle style features powerful abilities, including Immortality activation upon lethal damage, attack and critical strike buffs per enemy hit, and more. These abilities position him as one of the most desirable heroes across all game content.

“Hall of Conquerors” is now available where players compete for ranking spots based on total damage dealt to bosses. Each season will feature three unique dungeon challenges, each requiring a different tactical approach. Players must carefully select heroes for each dungeon, as previously used heroes cannot be reused within the same cycle. Seasonal rewards include the item “Hero Memory Rudiment.”

This update also implements max hero level that allows heroes to exceed the previous level cap of 60 and reach up to level 70 via the Hero Chivalry system. Players can raise their heroes’ levels by using EXP Potions or by clearing dungeons.

A Challenge Event will be held to celebrate the debut of “Hall of Conquerors.” By completing missions using the new hero “Caliburn Arthur,” players can earn “Hero Memory Rudiment.” Additionally, through the [Hall of Conquerors: Hrungnir Conquest Event] and [Hall of Conquerors: Talos Conquest Event], players can earn a wide range of rewards, including Special Summon Tickets, Pedestals, and more. These rewards can be earned by dealing high amounts of damage to bosses Hrungnir and Talos.

Summoning mechanics have been significantly improved. Fragments from “Hero Memory Rudiment” obtained through events and rewards can now be used to summon a hero of the player’s choice. Additionally, the new Special Summon Wishlist System allows players to select a preferred Legendary hero, after which all Special Summons will be focused solely on that chosen character.

Finally, a new attendance event titled “Teeming with Life” will begin in May. This event will offer generous login rewards including 1,500 Hero Shard Points, 10 Special Summon Tickets, Pedestals, and more.

King Arthur: Legends Rise is the next evolution of the crossplay squad-based RPG.
