While the video’s style will be familiar to most longtime Disgaea fans, the music this time around feels different from what usually accompanies the game’s openings and also gives us a look at why Killia is so eager to take down Void Dark.

Golden Time, Riddle Story of Devil, Mushoku Tensei, and Merman in my Tub manga licensed by Seven Seas

Today Seven Seas Entertainment took to Twitter to announce that they are kicking off 2015 with a number of manga license announcements. They have announced the licensing of the Akuma no Riddle: Riddle Story of Devil, Golden Time, Merman in My Tub, and Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation manga series.

While Seven Seas did not elaborate on these new licenses, they did state that the first volumes of Akuma no Riddle: Riddle Story of Devil, Golden Time, and Merman in my Tub will be released in October 2015 while the first volume of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation will be released in November 2015.

Of the four licenses, Golden Time, Riddle Story of Devil, and Merman in my Tub have been given anime adaptations in the past. It is worth noting that although Golden Time and Mushoku Tensei are originally light novels, these licenses are only for the manga adaptations. It is interesting to see that a 4-koma manga such as Merman in My Tub was picked up as these series are generally overlooked, though given the company’s success so far with monster girls, adding some mermen isn’t much of a stretch.
