Check out Spider-Man in Captain America: Civil War Second Trailer

Captain America: Civil War is about on Avenger’s level hype and not without good reason with an all star cast of old and new favorites including my personal favorite, Spider-Man. Many might be familiar about the small ownership war between Sony and Marvel in regards to the web slinger but luckily that has all been resolved and we finally get our look at Spidey’s first outing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, even if it’s only about 4 seconds long.

This new trailer mostly focuses on the events of the first trailer but there are a few extended cuts and we see a few new scenes such as Rhodes getting roughed up by Bucky Barnes and Scarlett Witch using her powers on Vision, who I honestly thought would be crazy overpowered in this fight. Debuting alongside Spider-Man (played by Tom Holland) will be the Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman) who is also set to receive his own movie on February 16th, 2018. The stand alone Spider-Man movie is set for a July 7th, 2017 release. Captain America: Civil War releases May 6th, just a couple more months from today!

Tales of Berseria’s Newest Characters Magireux and Bienphu Introduced

This week’s issue of Weekly Jump, courtesy of kazu4281, has revealed two new characters for Bandai Namco‘s Tales of Berseria. These characters, shown in the scan below, are Magireux, an unknown girl who is described as a fake witch she may appear fun but has quite a dark side, and the other is Bienphu, a hat wearing Malak who is something of a mascot character and often says “Bien” and “Bad!”

Also detailed in the issue is the “Break Soul” system that will be used in battle. These are linked attacks that go beyond the limits of the characters and offer special effects that will be different for every fighter.

The theme song for the game is called “Burn” and will be performed by Flow. As for the game itself, Tales of Berseria is set to be released on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 in Japan sometime in 2016 and has already been confirmed for release in the West on PlayStation 4 and PC.

The King of Fighters XIV Teaser Trailer Reveals Chin Gentsai, Choi Bounge, and Tung Fu Rue

SNK Playmore is continuing to reveal characters for their upcoming The King of Fighters XIV fighter by releasing short teaser videos and now that the seventh one has been released, three more fighters have been revealed. The fighters confirmed in this trailer are Chin Gentsai, Choi Bounge, and Tung Fu Rue who most will remember as being a Fatal Fury character.

The King of Fighters XIV is set to be released on the PlayStation 4 sometime this year and when it is launched it will offer over fifty playable fighters to choose from and so far a little over half the roster is still waiting to be revealed.

Street Fighter V’s Alex and Upcoming March Update Detailed

As we have heard, Capcom is planning on releasing the first of six planned DLC characters for Street Fighter V this month as well as an update that will add some more content to the barebones offering that the title was at launch. As such the company took the chance to reveal details for Alex, who will be available sometime later this month as a character that will be available for purchase either through Fight Money or actual money.

The company also released some images showing off the new modes that will be added into the game such as the challenge mode that offers various tutorials for each of the sixteen characters as they attempt to clear certain conditions, the in-game shop to purchase costumes and characters, an online rematch option, and additional updates that can be found here.

SAN MATEO, CAMarch 10, 2016 – COLOPL NI, the US subsidiary of Japanese mobile leader COLOPL, Inc., today revealed its strategic move into Virtual Reality (VR) gaming as the company prepares to take a leadership position in the projected $5 billion VR gaming market*. To further this business expansion, the company has promoted Jikhan Jung to CEO of COLOPL NI. Mr. Jung, who was previously COO, has been a successful business leader for over 15 years in the global gaming market as CEO and Co-Founder of Gala-Net and Executive Producer at Kabam.

COLOPL NI was established in April 2015, and initially launched the worldwide hit RPG, Rune Story, for Western mobile market along with Downtown Showdown early this year. As part of its strategy for explosive growth and leadership positioning, the company will recruit top talent for its VR gaming-focused development, evaluate and sign new external projects and studios, all while supplementing its existing mobile gaming prowess.  A key advantage is the company’s location in Silicon Valley, a hotbed of VR talent. COLOPL NI’s goal is to release multiple high quality VR gaming titles annually starting this year.

MASSIVE SCALE REAL-TIME STRATEGY GAME, ASHES OF THE SINGULARITY, TO BE RELEASED ON MARCH 31

Plymouth, MI. – March 10, 2016 – Stardock has announced March 31, 2016 as the release date for its highly anticipated real-time strategy game, Ashes of the Singularity. Set in a future where humanity has expanded into the stars and is now in conflict for control of key planets in the galaxy, players wage planetary warfare on a massive scale to conquer opponents and control planets.

Ashes of the Singularity allows players to command their forces in a war that has spread across much of the galaxy in the 23rd century. Players have a choice of playing either the descendants of humanity, the Post-Human Coalition, or their bitter strong-AI enemy, the Substrate, as they fight for control over the galaxy’s most prized resource, Turinium.

“With Ashes of the Singularity, we want to present players with a game that lets them feel like they are fighting a planetary war, not just a battle,” said CEO and President of Stardock, Brad Wardell.

While the game includes a non-linear campaign, single player scenarios and skirmishes backed by the first multi-core RTS game AI, the game also supports ranked multiplayer with a lively community, custom matches with friends vs. AI or any combination thereof.

“We are not looking to reinvent the RTS,” said Wardell. “Our goal is to introduce a new generation of gamers to the general awesomeness of real time strategy gaming. That means showing how well non-cheating computer players can perform in single player as well as making it easy to get multiplayer games going.”

Key features of Ashes of the Singularity include:

Ashes of the Singularity is currently available in Early Access on Steam or through Stardock. The full version with all of its intended features will be released on March 31, 2016.
