Mark McMorris Infinite Air Leads a Diverse Roster of PC, Console and VR Titles on Display at E3

May 13, 2016 – Walnut Creek, CA – Video game publisher Maximum Games is excited to announce their lineup of titles to be showcased during this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), at the LA Convention Center in Los Angeles, California from June 14th – June 16th. Key titles shown include the extreme action snowboarding game, Mark McMorris Infinite Air, the motorcycle-based combat racing game, Road Rage, and the futuristic, sci-fi adventure game designed specifically for virtual reality, Loading Human. Additionally, Koei Tecmo released a variety of new in-game screenshots, and videos showcasing the game’s main heroes as well as the fearsome Titans that the players will have to overcome. The new trailers focus on the battle system and the use of the Omni-Directional Mobility Gear (ODM), a key piece of equipment within A.O.T. Wings of Freedom. The ODM, which allows its wearers to quickly traverse their environment, will gradually run out of gas. Not only do gas levels deplete, but the blades used to fight the titans will also wear down. Replacing your gas and blades is an important tactic to ensure you don’t miss out on a great Titan-slaying opportunity! Using the ODM to latch on to Titans, gamers are able to aim at which limb they wish to attack. For the finishing move players will want to aim for the nape of the Titan’s neck, their critical weak spot! Battling these giants can be a daunting task, so up to four playable characters can be recruited to fight as a team, offering different ways to slay the oncoming Titans.

A trailer detailing these teamwork features was also revealed, alongside a showcase for Eren, Mikasa and Armin.

SYDNEY, Australia—May 13, 2016—Blizzard Entertainment today announced that more than 9.7 million players around the world played its upcoming team-based shooter Overwatch® during the Open Beta for PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system, Xbox One, and Windows® PC, making it Blizzard’s biggest open beta ever. By the time the Open Beta came to a close on May 11, participants had joined forces for more than 4.9 billion minutes (over 81 million hours) across more than 37 million matches of intense competitive action, incredible teamwork, and all-out fun.

Razer plans to disrupt the PC industry by offering a new direct-to-consumer laptop model where the Razer Blade Stealth will be sold with premium configurations at a lower price points than competitors

SYDNEY, AU, 12 May 2016 – Razer™, a world leader in connected devices and software for gamers, today announced the ultimate Ultrabook™, the Razer Blade Stealth featuring an incredibly sleek form factor, the latest Intel Core i7 processor and the most visually stunning QHD or 4K display panels.

Razer is also planning on disrupting the entire PC industry with an innovative new direct-to-consumer model that allows the new Razer Blade Stealth to be sold with premium configurations, but at a lower price point relative to the competition.

The Razer Blade Stealth measures 13.1 mm thin and weighs just 1.25kg. Razer’s latest chassis is CNC-milled out of aircraft grade aluminium, providing a sleek yet solid design. Its 12.5-in. touch display comes in two resolutions: an Ultra HD variant with an eye-dazzling 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution and 100 percent coverage of the Adobe RGB color space, and a Quad HD (2560 x 1440) resolution version. Both displays are touch-enabled and feature wide viewing angles and high-color saturation to display content with striking clarity and accuracy.

To power both models, Razer’s award-winning design team equipped the Razer Blade Stealth with the latest 6th generation Intel® Core™ i7 processor. New Video Showcases First Look at Game

May 13, 2016 – Today Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: EA) officially unveiled the Madden NFL 17 cover art, featuring New England Patriots Tight End Rob Gronkowski. EA and ESPN jointly revealed the cover live during the 6pm ET/3pm PT edition of SportsCenter, alongside a video debuting this year’s game. In Madden NFL 17, players on Xbox One and PlayStation®4 can take their team all the way with new gameplay features that elevate the ground game, arming teams for success on both sides of the ball.

Gronkowski is one of the most decorated tight ends in the NFL, holding the season record for most touchdowns by a tight end in a season, as well as a four-time Pro Bowler and a Super Bowl Champion. Four New Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan Trailers Released

There are four new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan trailer out, one for each Hero in a Half-Shell. The trailers are short, but each one focuses on the unique fighting style each Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle will use in the new third person team brawler.

Sword wielding oldest brother Leo specializes in long sweeping attacks, ideal for taking out groups of enemies.

Genius brother Donatello has long sweeping attacks like his brother Leo, but Donatello seems to be a little more focused on special abilities based on his inventions, like deflector shields.

Raphael looks is capable of hard hitting spinning attacks that will toss him directly into enemies and a beserk mode.

And finally, Michelangelo rounds out the group with his trademark silliness and some sumo strikes.

First Assissin’s Creed Movie Trailer Out

It’s here, the first full trailer of the new Assassin’s Creed movie is finally out! The video introduces Callum, a supposedly “executed” prisoner who is now in the hands of Abstergo. With the help of the Animus, Callum is forced to relive the memories of his Assassin ancestor who lived during the Spanish Inquisition.

The trailer doesn’t provide much detail on the plot beyond what is already known. We are treated to plenty of fight and parkour sequences set in the Spanish Inquisition and a few sequences of Callum learning his new Assassin skills in modern day with the help of a mechanical arm.

Along with the trailer, a new movie poster has been released. Assassin’s Creed will launch in Australian theatres on January 1, 2017 and December 21, 2016 in North America. The film is the latest addition to the long running franchise that has included platformer games, comics, books, and the series’ centrepiece: large open world action games.

Players Are Invited to Compete for a Chance to Become the EA SPORTS™ UFC® 2 World Champion at Live Event Competition: UFC® 200

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – May 12, 2016 – Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: EA) today announced the launch of Live Event Competitions, a brand new competitive experience in EA SPORTS™ UFC® 2 Live Events mode. Starting on Saturday, May 14, fans around the world can play the qualifiers in the Live Event Competition to compete for a chance to earn Ultimate Team rewards and a trip to the live finals coinciding with the UFC Fan Expo®, part of the 5th Annual UFC International Fight Week™, and UFC® 200: CORMIER vs. JONES 2 in Las Vegas. The winner of the grand final match, taking place on Friday, July 8, at the UFC Fan Expo, will receive $10,000 USD* and walk away with the belt as the EA SPORTS UFC 2 world champion.

Players enter the competition in Live Events on the EA SPORTS UFC 2 menu, select one of four athletes fighting on an upcoming card, customize their athlete by applying five out of 10 fighter perks, and start competing online. All available in-game fighters are balanced with the same overall attribute rating and move level. Rankings on the global leaderboard are determined by the number of wins a player can accumulate during the qualifying period before taking three losses. Players are encouraged to go back and fight again as many times as they’d like to improve their top score during the qualifying period.

At the end of each qualifying period, eligible players with the top scores on each of Xbox One and PlayStation®4 will be invited to compete in the finals in Las Vegas where the champion will be crowned at the UFC Fan Expo leading up to UFC® 200: CORMIER vs. JONES 2, which takes place on Saturday, July 9, at T-Mobile Arena. The semi-finalists will receive tickets to the landmark event and other special prizes. The finalists aren’t the only ones who win though, as all players who compete in the Live Event Competition will have a chance to earn in-game rewards based on their overall performance.

Fans with tickets to the UFC Fan Expo will be able to attend and watch the finals at no additional cost.
