Many people were hoping that we’d hear an announcement of sorts regarding the many Star Wars games that EA is having their team work on but unfortunately the company really didn’t have a lot to actually reveal. Instead during their EA Play press conference for E3 the company opted to provide a three and a half minute “behind-the-scenes” video that briefly touched upon the many unnamed games that are being developed by developers such as DICE, BioWare, EA Motive, Visceral Games, Capital Games, and Respawn Entertainment.

You can check out the video below but don’t expect too much outside of a bit of early footage, concept art, and mock-ups.

EA and DICE shared the very first gameplay trailer for Battlefield 1 during their EA Play press conference and with it came a look at some of the mechanics that will come into play that will make Battlefield 1 a more unique shooter than simply being set in WWI. The company announced that the game will feature dynamic weather that will change how the player will need to act in the field as well as “behemoth” vehicles that will prove to be a challenge.

The company also stated that there will be a beta held sometime this summer but did not go into detail about it at the time. Battlefield 1 is promising to delvier “war on an epic scale” that will feature a maximum of 64 players fighting at a time and is set to be released on October 21st for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.

Mass Effect: Andromeda, which is still set to be released sometime in early 2017 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, was featured today with another behind-the-scenes video during EA’s E3 press conference and unlike past videos, this one actually gives us a look at what we can expect when the game is finally released.

EA announced that Mass Effect: Andromeda will be entirely powered by the company’s own Frostbite Engine and will take place in “a whole new galaxy” that can be explored and will “push the boundaries of known space into the next generation, delivering distant star systems with remote and hostile planets ripe for discovery.”

Titanfall 2 Multiplayer Debut Trailer Shows Off New Weaponry

EA might have spoiled their single player campaign reveal for Titanfall 2 by showing it off during a stage rehearsal, but they were able to keep the multiplayer aspect secret at least until their EA Play press conference for E3. As such the company managed to debut the minute and a half long trailer showing off the new and enhanced multiplayer that Titanfall 2 will offer when it is released for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on October 28th.

This includes a large number of new weapons for both the Titans that players will be able to access as well as rifles and grenades, including a nifty looking “black-hole” grenade. Check out the video below to see it for yourself.

Dead Rising 4 Screenshots and Gameplay Snippets Leaked

A few days ago it was leaked that Dead Rising 4 would probably be revealed sometime during E3 and while the earlier information was only a promotional poster and a few blurry screenshots, this latest leak is either far more promising or someone has way too much time on their hands.

I say this because four gameplay screenshots, and two short gifs have been leaked showing off parts of Willamette, weapons being used on zombies, as well as what appears to be a power suit that can be used to lift heavier objects.

Obviously for now these leaks should be taken with a grain of salt until Capcom fully reveals Dead Rising 4, which will likely occur at Microsoft’s E3 press conference.

ReCore to Possibly Launch in mid-September

ReCore-screenshot-002

It seems that even the day before their press conference Microsoft is still leaking a bit of information. The most recent leak comes in the form of ReCore‘s release date alongside a couple of screenshots and the box art for the title. You may remember ReCore as the action adventure game that was revealed last year and is being developed by Keiji Inafune where players are placed in the role of one of the last surviving humans who must forge friendships with robot companions while traveling through mysterious, dynamic world.

If this leak proves to be correct, ReCore will be released on the Xbox One and PC on September 13th in North America, September 15th in Japan, and finally on September 16th in Europe, but for now we will have to wait until Microsoft’s E3 press conference for confirmation.

titanfall-2-screenshot-002

As you likely know, EA will be holding their E3 conference very soon but one of the bigger reveals that the company would be making ended up being leaked due to a live-streamed rehearsal. That reveal is that Titanfall 2 will be released on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on October 28th and unlike the first game it will feature a full single-player campaign that will delve into the universe of the game and explore the bond that a pilot can have with their Titan mech.

You can check out the video below as well as a small summary for the game’s story from EA:

The Frontier as a Militia rifleman with aspirations of becoming a Pilot. Stranded behind IMC enemy lines, and against overwhelming odds, you must team up with a veteran Vanguard-class Titan and uphold a mission you were never meant to carry out.

With the government chasing after them and desperate to remove their new equipment at ANY cost, the foursome must learn to use a strange alien device meant for only one person, train for a battle against an omnipotent enemy, and not kill each other in the process. They may not be strong, smart, or talented…but they’re Lazer Team.
