The opening animation for Akiba’s Beat has been revealed by Acquire and it just so happens to be set to the song “Again” from the popular music group ClariS, though since this is one of their new songs it might sound a little different due to one of the singers changing.
That being said, you can find the opening animation below where each of the main characters are shown off a bit as well as some other scenes. Currently Akiba’s Beat is set to be released in Japan on December 15th for the PlayStation 4 with a PS Vita version still being developed while a Western release has already been confirmed for sometime in Q1 2017.

Roccat announced the Roccat Suora FX will launch on December 6th. The company is adding RGB lighting to their frameless mechanical keyboard. It appears that Roccat is also swapping switches for the Suora FX, subbing the TTC brown key switches for blacks. There’s no word on which manufacturer will be providing the key switches, but it is probably a safe assumption that the TTC switches will be making their return.
The Roccat Suora FX will feature the same compact, frameless design with a metal housing. The F1-4 keys control the RGB lighting modes. When Game Mode is engaged, the Insert/Delete key cluster becomes a set of macro keys. The ROCCAT Suora FX hits Independent Channel Stores in mid-December and will be available for AUD$199.95 / $139.99 USD.

Satori Komeiji

With her third eye that is on the left side of her chest, she can read her target’s mind. Due to her ability to read the hearts and minds of others, a lot of yokais dislike her. Because she knows that, she often spends the whole day in her palace. However, the palace is full of animals that like her, because they cannot normally be understood.
Kokoro Hata
A menreiki type of tsukumogami, she is the masks of Kawakatsu Hata, the father of Sarugaku theater, come to life. The masks that float around her all have different expressions, and she changes emotions by wearing them. If even a single mask goes missing, her emotional balance tips and she loses control. When she lost her Mask of Hope, Miko Toyosatomimi prepared a new one for her, but she didn’t want to wear it.
Futo Mononobe
A daughter from the Mononobe clan from the Asuka era. She became a shikaisen by falsely dying and letting go of her body. But, it’s unknown whether she completely became a shikaisen, and to be exact, she’s a “monk who claims to be a shikaisen.” Her ability is to manipulate feng shui. She’s a hard worker who dreams of becoming a first-class sage. She is very straightforward, but she overthinks things and easily gets mixed up. She’s very aggressive to yokais, and often gets into pointless arguments.
Kasen Ibaraki
A sage who lives in a mansion on Yokai Mountain. Her sage name is Kasen Ibara. Since she lost her right arm, it’s covered with bandages with a smoke-like substance inside. She is very serious and tends to lecture others. She once made Reimu go through difficult training, which traumatized her, so now she can’t refuse Reimu. Her ability is to guide animals, and she makes raijus, great eagles, tigers, and dragons work for her.
Rei’sen
A moon rabbit who lives at the Lunar Capital. She loves rumors and is a coward. She easily gets carried away, but sometimes realizes how conceited she is and then regrets it. She got tired of making mochi, so she ran away to Earth in the past. When she ran away, she met Eirin Yagokoro, who figured out that she left the moon, so Eirin made her write a letter and return to the Watatsuki Sisters. Afterward, Toyohime Watatsuki named her after a pet that ran away (Reisen Udongein Inaba), and to pay for running away, she became their pet.
Utsuho Reiuji
A pet of the owner of the Palace of the Earth Spirits, Satori Komeiji. Her nickname is Okuu. She is very hasty, and doesn’t have a good memory. She is good friends with Rin Kaenbyo, the kasha. She admires Satori and addresses her as Miss Satori. She was originally just a hell raven, but she received the powers of Yatagarasu, who lives in the sun, from the God of the Mountain, and gained her ability to control nuclear fusion. Normally, she manages the flames in the Hell of Blazing Fires, and also manages the Nuclear Furnace near the Underground Geyser Center underneath Yokai Mountain.

Atlus USA is continuing with their series of character introduction videos that also serve as English dub samples for the main characters in Persona 5. Last week we saw Ann introduced and now the character Ryuji Sakamoto, who will be voiced by Max Mittelman, is given the spotlight with an English trailer alongside an interview video with the voice actor for the character.
Ryuji was a promising track star who tragically suffered a career ending injury due to “overtraining” by the sadistic coach Kamoshida. With no future in the sport he loves and experiencing first-hand the evil of “shitty adults,” Ryuji becomes a social pariah who rebels against a society he perceives as corrupt. Even though he’s the definition of a troublemaker, he has a kind heart and always puts the Phantom Thieves before himself. In short, Ryuji is a true friend that can always be counted on to have your back in a jam.
You can check out that video plus an interview with his voice actor below and as for the game itself, Persona 5 is set to be released in North America and Europe on February 14th for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3.
