Idea Factory International has announced that they are planning on releasing Death end re;Quest for PC through Steam on May 16th with the game coming in two different flavors. There is the standard edition that simply comes with the game itself while a special “Deluxe Bundle” that includes the “Deluxe Pack” will be sold at a 20% discount at launch and offer character art, concept art, three PC wallpapers, eight mobile wallpapers, and a soundtrack, many of which are previewed with samples below. This pack will also be sold as a standalone that will be available at a 20% discount for one week after launch.
When Death end re;Quest is released on PC all of the free and paid DLC will also be available for purchase with the exception of the “Bonus Weapon” content that was a launch exclusive and the “Summer Swimsuit Bundle” that won’t be going on sale until June 4th.
Wired Productions released a brand new video for their upcoming Tesla-punk horror-adventure game Close to the Sun. Emily Moment, the voice actress of main character Rose, sat down to talk about voice acting and her character. This is the first video game Moment acted in, and she speaks at length about the differences between acting in video games and more traditional acting roles. She found the recording her lines alone without a partner was both challenging and freeing, as she did not have a partner to react to.
Close to the Sun is set on Nikola Tesla’s ship Helios, where the brightest scientists are able to research any topic they wish without limitations. Journalist Rose Archer must venture onto the Helios to find her sister Ada. Weaponless, Rose must outwit the enemies lurking on the ship and discover what triggered the quarantine on the Helios if she has any hopes of saving Ada.
Close to the Sun is set to launch on Epic Games Store as a timed exclusive on May 2nd for $29.99 USD. A PlayStation 4 and Xbox One release is scheduled for later in 2019.

Nintendo has announced that they are planning on releasing Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order on July 19th as a Nintendo Switch exclusive. Featuring a brand new storyline a massive array of super heroes will unite in a race across iconic locations in the Marvel Universe to find the Infinity Stones before Thanos and The Black Order use them to unleash cosmic chaos.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order allows for up to four people to play locally or online in co-op with the ability to drop in and out of the fight at any time. Just a few of the super heroes available so far are members of the Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, X-Men, and many more though a full list has yet to be revealed.
After spending some time in early access on Steam 6 Eyes Studio and 1C Entertainment have announced that Fell Seal: Arbiter’s Mark will be getting its full release on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on April 30th where it will be priced at $29.99. The Xbox version can currently be pre-ordered at a 15% discount while the PlayStation version is available at a 10% discount prior to the game’s release.
Fell Seal: Arbiter’s Mark is set in the fantasy world of Teora that was torn asunder centuries ago, though with the guidance of the ruling Immortal Council it has mostly recovered. Unfortunately the world is still fraught with danger and players will take control of Kyrie, an Arbiter serving the Council, who’ll be tasked with protecting the land’s people from these dangers. However, a darker current runs beneath the surface as Kyrie discovers the corruption festering within her own order and comes to question the motives of Teora’s would-be protectors.
Capcom has announced that they will be releasing their own plug-and-play gaming device called Capcom Home Arcade that will include 16 classic Capcom arcade games. Currently the North American release date is unknown but the European release is set for October 25th with a price of €229.99.
The arcade system will include two full-size premium stick and button configurations to allow players to play the game’s as they were originally meant to be played with up to two players with the sticks themselves being competition class Sanwa JLF-TP-8YT sticks with 8-way GT-Y directional gates and OBSF buttons for the finest precision, response times and durability.
Players will even be able to upload their high scores in games to a Worldwide High Score Leaderboard as the system will feature WiFi support. The sixteen games that will be included in the Capcom Home Arcade at launch are:
