Paul Heyman Unveils WWE 2K26 MyRISE Storylines in Latest Ringside Report

Challenge Bron Breakker or Jordynne Grace, survive Paul Heyman’s gauntlet, and redefine your comeback

Today, 2K revealed WWE® 2K26’s latest Ringside Report, narrated by Paul Heyman, which unveils new details on MyRISE, the story-driven mode that puts players at the centre of a dramatic comeback, orchestrated by “The Oracle” himself.

In MyRISE, players choose a Men’s or Women’s Division storyline to take on the role of The Archetype, a Superstar returning to WWE after a two-year absence. What should be a triumphant comeback quickly unravels, as players suffer a crushing defeat at the hands of one of Paul Heyman’s champions, Bron Breakker and Jordynne Grace. MyRISE challenges players to make important choices and decide what kind of Superstar they want to become, and if they will fight their way back to the top with honour, or turn their back on the WWE Universe, embracing deception to reclaim championship glory.

Players will be taken through a journey that spans pivotal WWE moments, including a return at the Performance Centre, a potential opportunity from Adam Pearce in NXT, and a high-stakes WrestleMania showdown. Along the way, players will encounter career-defining decisions and rivalries that will shape how The Archetype is perceived.

Throughout MyRISE, players can unlock a variety of rewards, including indie-era CM Punk, “Burnt” Fiend, original MyRISE characters, and iconic gear from previous WWE 2K titles. By stacking wins and completing key story arcs, players can expand their roster and leave a lasting mark in WWE 2K26.

Presented through cinematic storytelling, in-game cutscenes, and Paul Heyman’s valuable guidance, MyRISE delivers a deeply personal comeback story where every decision matters.

Four editions of WWE 2K26 are available for pre-order now. King of Kings Edition, Attitude Era Edition, and Monday Night War Edition are scheduled for worldwide release on Friday, March 6, 2026, seven days prior to the Standard Edition, which will be available Friday, March 13, 2026.

Psychological Horror Platformer LOVE ETERNAL Challenges (A God’s) Gravity on PC and Consoles Today

LOS ANGELES – Jan. 20, 2026 – LOVE ETERNAL, the unconventional horror platformer about escaping the domain of a selfish god from developer brlka and publisher Ysbryd Games (WORLD OF HORROR, VA-11 Hall-A, Demonschool), escapes from an otherworldly prison on PlayStation 5|4, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam today.

A mundane family dinner becomes a waking nightmare for teenager Maya. One moment, she’s feuding with her parents over yet another fish dinner, and the next, her family has vanished, her home lies in ruins, and the world around her has been reshaped into an eerie, desolate realm. Abducted by a powerful, ancient god, Maya must navigate this hostile domain resembling an Iron Age castle, uncover the truth behind her captor’s motives, and fight to reclaim her reality before she, too, becomes another forgotten relic within its walls.

To survive, Maya must master the impossible. Bend gravity at will, flipping between floors and ceilings mid-leap to traverse the crumbling chambers of a labyrinthine castle. Carefully plan jump arcs, trigger environmental mechanisms, and chain precise springs and flips together to clear gaping chasms, razor-sharp spikes, and searing lasers. Each room presents a tightly crafted platforming puzzle that demands momentum, timing, and spatial awareness while the god’s watchful presence threatens to shift reality beneath Maya’s feet.

Beyond the castle’s deadly trials lies a desolate and atmospheric world of uncanny reflections and neglected histories. Explore towering ruins, submerged caverns, and distorted echoes of Maya’s own suburban home, all underscored by haunting ambient soundscapes. Encounter other prisoners and monstrous doppelgängers of Maya’s loved ones who present unnerving takes on what has transpired within the god’s castle. In this surreal odyssey, escape is not just about outmaneuvering a god; it’s about facing what waits at the crossroads of isolation and humiliation.

LOVE ETERNAL is, to my knowledge, the first game to combine precision platforming with psychological horror; but even beyond this obvious novelty, the game unfolds in a way I think no player will be able to fully anticipate,” said Toby Alden, designer at brlka. “I’m very excited to finally reveal the moments and characters and world we’ve created, and I think anyone who rolls credits on this game will be able to say they had at least one entirely new experience.”

LOVE ETERNAL is now available on PlayStation 5|4, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam for USD $9.99. It supports English, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Spanish, and Russian.
