Classic Meets Innovation: A Deep Turn-Based Tactical RPG…

In the finest tradition of genre classics, Calame delivers demanding, handcrafted grid-based combat where positioning, unit facing, and class synergies are the keys to survival. Players can customize their army utilizing a diverse roster of melee specialists, ranged fighters, mages, and support classes to trigger devastating party combinations.

Beyond the battlefield, Calame features deep progression systems, including RPG leveling, skill unlocks, and legendary gear collection. Crucially, the player’s journey is heavily defined by a reactive choice system. Decisions made during camp scenes and narrative events directly alter the Rebellion’s political alignment, unlocking powerful passive traits that permanently reshape the squad’s playstyle, faction relationships, and the unfolding story.

Redefining the Battlefield with Reality-Bending Mechanics

However, Calame breaks the tactical mold with its groundbreaking “Correction” mechanic. Powered by the lore’s mythic “Legend” resource, players aren’t just fighting on the map – they can actively rewrite and manipulate the battlefield environment mid-combat, turning the terrain itself into a dynamic weapon to reverse hopeless situations.

Westalia is waiting. Master the Calame, unite the rival factions, and write your own Chronicle.

About Calame

In the shadow of the King of Light, history is written by the survivors.

In Westalia, renown is more than a story: it is a weapon of mass destruction. When belief in a legend grows strong enough, it can reshape a battlefield – or devour the ones who wield it. To overthrow the tyrannical King of Light, the Rebellion must learn to harness this divine force. Without becoming the monster they fight.

But how do you save a kingdom when you are tearing yourselves apart?

On one side, Kenmare fights for the freedom of the people. On the other, the Panthers fight to reclaim the throne. Their alliance is a matter of survival; their visions of the future are utterly irreconcilable. And you are the one leading them.

Calame is a single-player, turn-based isometric tactical RPG where every choice you make writes the Chronicle of your rebellion.

Key Features

  • Deep Hardcrafted Tactics: Master positioning, facing, and intricate class synergies with a diverse roster of heroes.
  • The “Correction” Mechanic: Use the power of the Legend to dynamically alter the battlefield terrain mid-fight.
  • Impactful Choice & Alignment: Every narrative and strategic decision permanently shapes your army’s stats, relationships, and the story.
  • Rich RPG Progression: Unlock powerful skills, level up your squad, and discover legendary gear between battles.
  • Command an Impossible Alliance: Lead two rival factions with radically different ideologies and playstyles.

Write the Chronicle and decide what your victory will leave behind.

Calame will launch in fall 2026 on Steam, with a console release in 2027. Play Calame‘s free demo on Steam and wishlist today!

Set entirely within the living body of a colossal creature, Evolvania casts players as a small sentient eye searching for the legendary collyrium. New “Full Stock” Update For Medieval Dynasty Adds Fresh Options To Enhance Life In Your Settlements

A massive new roadmap locks in continued support through 2027, teasing a new highly anticipated map and major content drops

Oberhaching, Germany, June 11, 2026 – The popularity of the beloved genre-mix Medieval Dynasty, masterfully crafted by Polish development studio Render Cube and published by Toplitz Productions, shows no sign of waning. Thousands of players across PC and consoles venture into the extensive open world every day to try and build a life, either alone or in co-operative cross-platform multiplayer with up to four participants.

And there is no end in sight. Life across both extensive maps The Valley and The Oxbow will be greatly enhanced with the new free update “Full Stock”. Villages will feel more alive than ever with the addition of fully animated decorative workstations, where you can watch your residents actively tackle their tasks like laundry, processing lumber, churning butter and much more. There will be dozens of new decoration items, some of them based on elements you might have seen in other villages, such as chests, barrels or containers, wishing that you would be able to use them for your settlements. And now you can.

Another major addition is the „Storage Stacking“, which introduces a satisfying visual progression indicator. As you and your villagers gather and produce goods, you can watch your storage space and shelves fill up, giving you the ultimate visual payoff for a job well done.

To thank the dedicated community for years of valuable contributions to Medieval Dynasty’s development since its release, Render Cube commits to supporting the game well beyond 2026 and has unveiled a roadmap spanning to Q2 2027, filled to the brim with new exciting content drops.

Among the planned features and additions are the Wild Game update, which will bring legendary animals and serves as a prelude for the Hunting Set DLC, where you can craft legendary costumes and weapons, among other things. Furthermore, the Wild Game update will unlock additional content for gamers who own the Exquisite Set DLC.

The crown jewel of the new roadmap will answer the community’s biggest request: In 2027 the brand new map „The Backwood“ will officially launch, inviting you to venture beyond The Valley and The Oxbow, exploring a completely uncharted territory in the world of Medieval Dynasty.

More information and details about the planned updates and DLCs will be released in the coming weeks and months.

The “Full Stock” Update for Medieval Dynasty is available today on PC and current-gen consoles. Jump to the respective store pages for more details. Join our official Discord server for the latest news about Medieval Dynasty as well as the other exciting titles from Toplitz Productions.

ENTER THE MYSTERIOUS PURPLE LANDS IN DDoD’S UPDATED STEAM NEXT FEST DEMO

Refined through 11 rounds of playtesting and feedback from nearly 50,000 players, the top-down co-op shooter returns with new content, improvements, and a deeper look at its mysterious world

KYIV, Ukraine – June 11, 2026. Ukrainian indie developer The Future Entertainment Company is excited to announce that DDoD will participate in Steam Next Fest from June 15–22 with a refreshed and expanded demo, giving players their most polished opportunity yet to explore the dangerous and unpredictable Purple Lands.

Often described by playtesters as ‘Diablo with guns in a STALKER-inspired world’, DDoD is a top-down roguelite shooter that combines fast-paced gunplay, exploration, survival mechanics, and cooperative play across a vast, hostile landscape corrupted by a mysterious sentient substance known as the Fog.

The updated Steam Next Fest demo represents the culmination of seven months of intensive community testing. Across eleven rounds of closed playtests involving nearly 50,000 players, the development team has continuously refined the experience using player feedback, gameplay data, and community suggestions to shape everything from combat and progression to exploration and co-op systems.

Available throughout Steam Next Fest, the demo offers a substantial 1–2 hour slice of the adventure, playable either solo or in online co-op for up to four players. Players will explore a section of the Purple Lands, venture through dangerous surface locations, descend into underground dungeons, uncover hidden points of interest, complete story-driven quests, and battle both human and mutated threats lurking within the Fog.

For Steam Next Fest, the demo will also receive an additional content update introducing a brand-new dungeon and old mine to explore, alongside gameplay refinements, balance improvements, and further polish based on community feedback. The new dungeon expands the world beyond the existing demo content, offering fresh encounters, deeper exploration opportunities, and new secrets waiting beneath the surface.

We’re building this game with players, not just for them,” said Vitali Boiko, Founder and Game Director at The Future Entertainment Company. “As players ourselves, we take feedback seriously, and many of our biggest decisions have come directly from playtesting. Steam Next Fest is the perfect opportunity to put the latest version of DDoD into players’ hands and get more valuable feedback.

About DDoD

Set within the mysterious Purple Lands, a quarantined industrial region consumed by the Fog, DDoD drops players into a dangerous world filled with mutated creatures, abandoned settlements, hidden bunkers, and deadly secrets waiting to be uncovered.

At the heart of the experience is fluid, responsive combat. Every weapon features its own handling characteristics, animations, sound design, and upgrade potential, allowing players to tailor their arsenal to suit their preferred playstyle. Beyond the firefights lies a richly atmospheric open world inspired by real-world geography and topology. Explore over 60 square kilometres of dense forests, swamps, industrial ruins, forgotten villages, and hidden underground locations, brought to life through dynamic weather systems, a full day-and-night cycle, environmental storytelling, and an ever-present sense of mystery.

The Purple Lands are also home to a bizarre cast of mutated inhabitants. These seemingly harmless creatures react dynamically to player actions and environmental stimuli, creating encounters that are as unpredictable as they are dangerous.

Whether venturing into the Fog alone or alongside friends in four-player co-op, players must scavenge resources, share equipment, revive fallen teammates, and work together to survive the many dangers hidden throughout the region.

About The Future Entertainment Company

We’re The Future Entertainment Company, a small Ukrainian\Canadian indie team of about 15 people, scattered around the world, from Ukraine itself throughout Europe to Canada.

We’re an independent game development team made up of both seasoned veterans and hungry newcomers. Our experienced devs bring the scars and wisdom of shipped titles. Our juniors bring fresh eyes, fearless ideas, and energy that keeps us all sharp. Together, we debate mechanics over coffee, write code late into the night, and playtest until it feels just right. No ego, no filters.

We’re gamers first; developers second. We’re not a big studio, and we like it that way. Decisions don’t get filtered through three layers of management, they get debated, tried, and tested in the same week. Every system, asset, and line of dialogue is crafted by someone who actually cares.

We also don’t trust our own instincts blindly. We playtest most of the changes, we ask for opinions, we process every survey and build the game upon all of the feedback. We watch what people actually do, not just what they say. Then we adjust.  We’re a small team building games we want to play, and measuring carefully to make sure you’ll want to play them too.
