After the release of a sleuth of applications, including Facebook, Twitter and Skype, Sony Computer Entertainment America has announced that the Playstation Vita will be receiving Youtube at the end of June. The Youtube application will take advantage of the 5″ OLED screen, allowing access to millions of videos, including interviews from all of the Capsule Computers crew. This was announced on the Playstation Blog.
The features found on the actual site will also be available on the Vita app, so users can add favourites, make comments and a quick and easy search function. In addition, users can access their own accounts on the go, if you have a 3G Playstation Vita unit. No solid release date has been announced, but this is the app many have been waiting for.
