Square Enix has announced that they are going to be releasing Final Fantasy VIII Remastered on September 3rd where it will be priced at $19.99 on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. When released the game will have enhanced visuals for several characters, most enemies, and objects have been enhanced to look better and there will also be various options to assist players in battle such as boosts to health and ATB, the ability to turn off random encounters, and a three times speed boost.
