As the prince of a kingdom we set out and search for our missing King, our father, into a dangerous island and wield the legendary holy sword Endu to platform around and fight challenging foes and bosses in the retro-style indie RPG Queen’s Domain.
Queen’s Domain is a first-person fantasy action RPG that begins with you stranded on the Isle of Neasied, searching for your missing father while a long-dormant Queen begins to awaken. Behind the island’s mysterious appearance lies a sprawling network of dangerous passages, hidden treasures and monstrous inhabitants. Its retro presentation gives the adventure an old-school dungeon-crawling atmosphere, while exploration revolves around the Holy Sword Endu, a legendary weapon that lets you fly across gaps and between platforms. Upgrading its reach opens further opportunities to investigate the island’s interconnected landscape and uncover secrets tucked beyond the obvious paths.
Combat combines stamina management with charged strikes, weapon-specific special attacks and throwing weapons, encouraging you to adapt your equipment and approach to each encounter. More than 50 melee weapons can be discovered and upgraded, alongside over 20 varieties of throwable weapons for additional tactical options. Experience-based levelling, accessories and food that increases your stats provide different ways to strengthen your character as you venture deeper into the island. With more than 100 enemies, minibosses and bosses to overcome, Queen’s Domain pairs challenging battles with an emphasis on exploration, rewarding players who experiment with their arsenal and search every corner of its strange world.
