Sony revealed its latest revision of the Playstation 3 console. Entitled the PS3 Slim by most the new Sony Playstation 3 features are pretty impressive. announced is a new, slimmer form factor 120 GB PS3.

Release date in Australia is scheduled for the 3rd of September (US will be 1st September) with a RRP price of $499 AU, Its a little expensive compared to the US RRP of $299. Not sure why the price difference is so much, even with the Australia / US dollar exchange rate there still is a $150 difference. Hopefully prices will fix themselves up after its been released.
