‘BLUEY: THE VIDEOGAME’ IS OUT NOW! FOR REAL LIFE

The BAFTA and Emmy® Award-winning animated series makes its long-awaited gaming debut on PC and consoles today

Bluey: The Videogame is based on the Emmy® and BAFTA Award-winning global TV show phenomenon Bluey, which follows Bluey, a loveable, inexhaustible, Blue Heeler dog, who lives with her Mum, Dad and her little sister, Bingo. Bluey uses her limitless energy to play games that unfold in unpredictable and hilarious ways, bringing her family and the whole neighbourhood into her world of fun.

This interactive sandbox adventure video game allows players to explore the wonderful world of Bluey for the first time ever, in four player local co-op for the whole family to play together. Bluey: The Videogame is now available to play on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One.

Become immersed in Bluey’s wondrous world

Bluey: The Videogame features the unmistakable voices from the official English speaking cast of the show, including Dad, Bandit (David McCormack) and Mum, Chilli (Melanie Zanetti) as well as other voice cast members across the many localised versions of the game.

Visit iconic locations from the series including Bluey’s house, the Playgrounds, the Creek and the Beach – faithfully recreated and freely explorable in a video game for the first time ever. Players can uncover hidden references throughout each location or use the sandbox environment and its interactive items to facilitate free-play, acting out moments from the show through the medium of the video game.

The game’s soundtrack also features several of the iconic, chart-topping Bluey music tracks from composer Joff Bush alongside all-new music composed by the development team, inspired by musical themes from the original TV series.

Play together as a family

Players can play as Bluey, Bingo, Mum and Dad in up to four player local co-op fun for the whole family. Jump into mini-games straight out of the series including ‘Keepy Uppy’, ‘Ground is Lava’, ‘Magic Xylophone’ and an all new minigame created for the game, ‘Chattermax Chase’.

Accessibility features have been implemented to ensure that fans of all ages can experience the joy of Bluey. Both pre-school or older players can play at their own pace by jumping seamlessly between story quests, activities and exploration. Other features added to the game include the ability to toggle UI on/off, simple written on-screen instructions for early readers, and full voice-over throughout.

Join Bluey and Bingo on their school holidays as they create a special sticker book to record all their latest adventures. Make memories with the Heeler family by unlocking costumes, stickers and locations in episodic gameplay created in collaboration with BBC Studios and the show’s producers at Ludo Studio.

Four rival factions descend into the caverns of Ixalan, racing to be the first to uncover the source of Ixalan’s power. Will you walk with Dinosaurs of the Sun Empire, seek fame and riches with The Brazen Coalition of Pirates, revel in demonic shadows with the Legion of Dusk, or heed the call of the depths from the shamanistic Merfolk? Delve Into New Mechanics

As you discover The Lost Caverns of Ixalan, you decide how to conduct your expedition with new thematic gameplay. The new mechanic Descended can trigger effects based on the number of permanents put into your graveyard on a given turn, remembering the lessons of those who were lost. Treasure delvers can turn the mundane into the magnificent with the new Craft mechanic, which transforms artifact cards into powerful new items when paying mana and exiling the required components. The third new mechanic Discoveris for those who pursue knowledge at all costs, allowing players to exile cards from the top of their library until they find a non-land card of equal or lesser mana value to cast for free or put into their hand. No matter which tools you choose, each mechanic will provide unique gameplay directions which may benefit you or be your undoing.

PARK BEYOND WELCOMES CHICKEN RUN: DAWN OF THE NUGGET AS A DLC ON DECEMBER 15TH

Publisher Bandai Namco Europe has partnered with Academy Award®-winning animation studio, Aardman to bring Chicken Run to Park Beyond on December 15th. The Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget Theme World release will coincide with the global Netflix release of the movie on the same day.

Celebrating the release of the movie, this DLC will bring two new feathery entertainers, quirky coaster cars and modules as well as two new fun flat rides for visitors to have a clucking good time. Players shouldn’t put all their eggs in the same basket: a great amusement park has diverse themes all around, and the Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget Theme World will add hundreds of new scenery items to create a whole new countryside atmosphere.

Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget Theme World will be available for purchase on December 15th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. Every Park Beyond player will still get a piece of the fun with a free Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget skin for the Shinning Pendulum flat ride added through an update.

Baldur’s Gate III Physical Deluxe Release Announced

Larian Studios has announced that they are planning on releasing a special physical edition of their popular Baldur’s Gate III in Q1 2024. This Deluxe Edition of the game will be priced at $79.99 and will be available for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and PC versions of the game with the Xbox version likely releasing digitally sometime this December. Pre-orders are currently available through Larian’s own online store.

This deluxe physical edition will come with a copy of the game for whichever platform the player purchases it for, the game’s soundtrack on three CDs, a double-sided map, 32 stickers featuring the origin characters, iconic monsters from Dungeons & Dragons, and more, a pair of patches featuring the Flaming Fist or the Mark of the Absolute, a sizable Mind Flayer Poster, and finally a collectable box featuring some great artwork.

Currently Baldur’s Gate III is available for purchase on PlayStation 5 and PC with an Xbox Series X release date likely to be revealed at the Video Game Awards.

New Access Controller Accessibility Consultants Spotlight Video and Setup Tutorials

New Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League “Insider” Video Series Debuted Providing a Deeper Look at the Action-Shooter’s Gameplay, Story, and Open-World; Pre-Orders Available Now

Warner Bros. Games and DC today debuted an all-new video series providing a deeper look into Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, the upcoming third-person action-shooter in development by Rocksteady Studios.

Entitled Suicide Squad Insider,the first episode dives into the game’s core gameplay mechanics, narrative elements, open-world Metropolis, and more. With insight and commentary provided by members of the Rocksteady team, the video explores the studios’ rich history of character-driven storytelling, which combines with a seamless fusion of traversal and combat to make Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League a distinct experience.
