Sker Ritual has four unique locations to explore, with countless secrets to discover, optional objectives, and easter eggs which progress the story from Maid of Sker’s evil ending.

Sker Ritual Key Features:

  • Traverse alone or rally with friends: Battle the Quiet Ones alone or with up to three additional players in online co-op. Be warned, the hordes scale based on the player count
  • Four haunting locations to explore: Fight your way through four maps each with their own secrets to uncover. Explore the Cursed Lands of Lavernock, Ashes of Sker Hotel, Sewers of the Dead, and Deadly Lover’s Fortress.
  • Wield the power of Celtic Gods: Killing enemies offer a chance to drop powerful Miracles, each offering a choice of three upgradable powers. Bound to a Celtic God, each upgrade comes with a different rarity, core attributes and power.
  • Face off against terrifying horrors: The Quiet Ones are back and they have brought friends. Sker Island is crawling with new enemies and elites, each with their own abilities and one goal in mind, total destruction.

Brace Yourself: Nightmare Mode now available in Dying Light 2 Stay Human!

Techland introduces the much-anticipated Nightmare Mode to Dying Light 2 Stay Human

The new, fan-requested feature is aimed at players who want to get completely immersed in the game.

Today, we’re introducing the Nightmare Mode Update for Dying Light 2 Stay Human, which adds the hardest and most immersive difficulty yet and an array of additional elements. The main feature has been widely requested by the community, and it invites the players to rely on tactics and strategic management of resources in order to survive in the post-apocalyptic world.

“Nightmare Mode will provide the most challenging experience in the world of Dying Light 2 Stay Human. It requires total concentration and extreme caution on the part of the player and, in turn, delivers the highest level of immersion yet.” — Tymon Smektała, Dying Light Franchise Director

The new difficulty introduces changes to stamina management, called the Tactical Stamina system, limited HUD options for better immersion, and a flickering flashlight that goes out when used for too long. These and other additions serve to heighten the atmosphere of horror and refresh the experience for even the most discerning players. Those who manage to complete the game on this highest difficulty will be rewarded with the memorable Waltz Outfit.

The Nightmare Mode Update adds more features than just the new difficulty – such as general adjustments to the Infected and night experience. What is more, co-op players will be glad to hear they will now be able to take on the Community Maps with up to three friends. Archers will get reworked power shot mechanics. And personalization connoisseurs will have the opportunity to change the appearance of the Grappling Hook – don’t miss the free skin available on Pilgrim Outpost! Head there for more information on the latest update and check out the Dev Blog for a detailed look at Nightmare Mode.

To help us create unforgettable experiences for all Dying Light 2 Stay Human players, we invite them to join the conversation on Discord, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube – we’ll be waiting!

Bristol,  United Kingdom — April 18, 2024 | Time travel has taken many forms over the years, a blue box, a DeLorean, and even a hot tub. But now a golden stopwatch has taken up the torch as the master of time, space and so much more, as players will discover in Yogscast Games and Perfectly Paranormal’s The Holy Gosh Darn, releasing for PC and consoles this Summer.

Perfectly Paranormal will be celebrating their release window announcement by attending WASD, hosting a talk at 12PM on Friday 26th of April where they’ll be revealing more about the game, their inspiration and what creating a utopia with swearing angels is really like.

Speaking of angels, players will be taking on the role of Cassiel, an angel with one task: saving Heaven from total annihilation in – checks watch – six hours.
