Firefighting Social Deduction Game “OCTOPinbs” Douses Emergencies on PC May 11

Watch the release date announcement trailer, featuring narration by voice actor Shigeru Chiba

TOKYO – April 25, 2026 – OCTOPinbs, a firefighting social deception game from co-developers tri-Ace, Lasengle, Inc., and publisher Aniplex, quenches hot flames on PC via Steam on Mon, May 11, 2026, as revealed during INDIE Live Expo 2026.4.25.Check out the new trailer here, narrated by renowned voice actor Shigeru Chiba.

Slip on the firefighting gear, grab a water hose, and rush to put out blazing buildings before everything burns to ash. Team up with three to ten Octopus firefighters to extinguish the furious flames.

Fire emergencies require vigilance and sharp eyes, as there are not only approaching flames, but hidden amongst the crew are sneaky Squid Artists aiming to fuel the fire. Suss out the pesky Artists blending in with the team before it’s too late, as their goal is to do ANYTHING to wreak havoc and max out the fire gauge. Catch the crisis on scene and send them to the Octojar to reveal their true form!

As the stealthy Artist, sabotage the firefighters’ emergency response plans without being exposed. Ditch the disguise for a quick boost in mobility to turn the burning stage into a blistering warzone.

Set everything ablaze, heat up the fire gauge, and swap between faux-firefighter and full blown squid to unleash fiery mayhem. Regardless of the cost, reduce all firefighters’ HP to zero, prevent them from extinguishing the flames, or else lose the whole game!

“Since first revealing OCTOPinbs, the team has joyfully read fans’ excitement to call each other’s blazing bluffs,” said Aniplex. “We hope you look forward to fighting fires as OCTOs and sowing chaos as the trickster Pinbs (that’s Squid upside down and backwards, because even their names can’t be trusted!) next month.”

OCTOPinbs will be available on Mon, May 11, 2026 on PC via Steam for $9.99 USD, with language support in Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Portuguese, German, Korean, Spanish, and French. Imbibe to Survive in Tipsy Russian Roulette Survival “Drunken Goddess Reflux” on PC Later This Year

TOKYO — April 25, 2026 — Drunken Goddess Refluxthe tipsy roguelike survival game from publisher Alliance Arts and developer WHO YOU, does its best to hold its liquor on PC via Steam in 2026, as revealed today during INDIE Live Expo.

Drink as if life depends on it…because it does! Go shot-for-shot against an alcoholic demon who really enjoys your company, and fight the urge to vomit in a life-or-death Russian Roulette night of madness.

The drinks may be neat, but your sanity is on the rocks as three glasses full of who knows what determine how the rest of the night goes. Best case scenario? Dangerously high blood alcohol levels. Worst case? Spilled blood, as the demon seeks eternal company…okay, look, she wants to kill you because she loves you. She wants to spend an eternity together!

Each shot glass contains an unknown amount of alcohol, and outdrinking an eternal being is not for lightweights. Every round of booze has different strengths and effects — strategically pick your poison, earn Trick Cards after every drink, and explore the surrounding bar to locate lingering spirits granting special skills.

As the night goes on, the pours get stronger. Do whatever it takes to stave off lowered inhibitions, even if it means driving icepicks into your hands (the pain helps with staying alert!) As the demon loses her wits, she has increasing trouble enforcing the rules of the game — pull clever tricks while she’s none the wiser, and drink her under the table to escape unscathed.

Drunken Goddess Reflux arrives on PC via Steam in 2026 with language options in English, Japanese and Chinese (Simplified). For more information, visit Alliance Arts’ official website and follow them on X / Twitter.

Investigate a Real-Life Cold Case in the New Trailer for the Mystery Horror Adventure SOS Recordings, Unveiled at the Wishlisted Showcase

CRITICAL REFLEX descends further into the depths of horror with three new publishing announcements for SOS Recordings, Cucina Stellata, and Grobnopolis | Last Days

NICOSIA, Cyprus April 24, 2026 –CRITICAL REFLEX is thrilled to announce that three new chilling horror games have joined its CR Channel publishing lineup. Get lost in a haunting historical mystery in SOS Recordings, hold on to your sanity in the stomach-churning culinary adventure Cucina Stellata, and piece together the secrets of a sunless sky and the Church in the atmospheric horror experience Grobnopolis | Last Days. Get a gripping look at the terrors that await in SOS Recordings with the game’s new trailer, premiered today at the Wishlisted showcase.

SOS Recordings

Based on a real-life unsolved case, PackDev’s SOS Recordings follows the trail of a historical mystery where two hikers were rescued alive on Hokkaido’s Mount Asahi beside a colossal “SOS” which they inexplicably did not make. As a detective, you’ll listen to recordings and explore the hazy landscapes of Japan by foot, road and sky in an attempt to uncover the elusive truth… though perhaps not before it consumes you. Get lost in low-poly recreations of mist-drenched pine forests, roaring black rivers, and serene meadows as they fade away along with the explanation behind the mysterious plea for help.

Cucina Stellata

Dine on this short psychological horror game where gastronomy, ritual, and cosmic appetite share the same table. Rich in historical atmosphere and literary voice, Cucina Stellata, developed by Filthy Eden,is a one-sitting descent into exquisite taste and a craving that knows no end. As you prepare authentic 19th-century Italian recipes through tactile cooking sequences, you may find that the boundaries between nourishment, desire and madness begin to collapse.

Grobnopolis | Last Days

Developer Bananadevjeff’s Grobnopolis | Last Days continues the story of the viral itch.io hit Funeralopolis in an expanded game experience. As an apartment block caretaker in 1983 Huta-Grobno, you find fragile comfort in keeping things running smoothly while the city curdles into panic. When the locals begin to whisper of a thick “Soup” overtaking the streets and the local ecclesiastical order tightens its unseen grip on your community, you must piece together what’s happening through newspapers, uneasy conversations, and a homemade radio. Though you may find, as people often do, that some things were meant to remain buried.

What’s reality, and what’s a dream? What are you…or rather, who are you? In Memoirium, everything is but sand and stars.

Awaken within a dreamscape domain, confused and dazed. As a Dreamer, discover self-purpose in a realm that begets mystery at every turn. Escape an ever-changing pocket of dreams existing on subconscious planes of reality. Escape the wrath of a mysterious force set on consolidating every territory and power in the realm, with not a single dream gone to waste.

Traverse unpredictable fragments of amalgamated dreams, where 21st-century classrooms, castles made of wax, and alluring coral reefs exist as neighboring regions. Explore interconnected dungeons to discover powerful items known as Keepsakes and learn mystifying spells known as Lullabies. All equipment serves a purpose. Don armor that weakens negative status effects, or a mask that alters enemy behavior in combat.

Face ice-wielding warriors, mischievous librarians, or even the most feared protectors of the land. Wield powers beyond imagination, like hulking blades and stealthy bows. Be mindful of building up Stress and Connection, which determine how many physical actions or magic spells one can unleash in this ethereal place.

For all its enigmas, this oneiric land provides one single area of respite: your room. Take a break in a strange room under the Dreamer’s control. Decorate it with mementos discovered in Memoirium or items discovered along the journey. Rest, reflect, and prepare for the uncanny adventure ahead.

Unearth The Remake of the End of the Greatest RPG of All Time on Steam May 28th

The greatest game that never was vanished for decades. Now, in 2026, it’s reemerged in an all new form

Sacramento, California, March 3rd, 2026 – Coin Drop Games and Glootschke Games are launching their original meta puzzle game, The Remake of the End of the Greatest RPG of All Time, on Steam May 28th. Deduce puzzles and solve secrets behind this greatest game that never was!

The Remake of the End of the Greatest RPG of All Time (TRotEotGRPGoAT for short) is a deduction Puzzle game set in the last hour of a lost non-existent 90s JRPG complete with original manual, director’s commentary, and clips of an unreleased amateur documentary, all used to uncover the secret at the heart of it all: “What is the Greatest RPG of All Time?”

Players start at level 99, seeing the conclusion to story arcs they were never present for, heroic sacrifices by side characters they never knew existed, all while uncovering the meta-narrative of why they’ve never heard of this game, why they can only play the last hour, and why it’s being remade in the first place.

“The Remake of the End of the Greatest RPG of All Time isn’t a remake and is barely an RPG,” said Lead Designer Lucas Immanuel. “Instead, it’s a deeply layered narrative-heavy puzzle game. It’s less Final Fantasy and more ‘Tunic meets Inscryption’, but also features the greatest RPG of all time – albeit only the ending.”

Features:

  • A Fully featured RPG Battle System
  • Complex deduction puzzles
  • Beautiful 3D/pixel hybrid visuals
  • Full-motion video
  • A mystery at its core

About House Flipper Remastered Collection

House Flipper is back! Renovate houses, sell them and make a profit, this time with upgraded graphics, reimagined characters and long-awaited quality of life changes with a whole collection of DLCs in House Flipper Remastered Collection. In the game, players will start their journey as a House Flipper. Flipping is a tiresome and challenging work, but with their trusty tools, every player can bring the houses to their full potential!

Gameplay in House Flipper Remastered Collection hasn’t changed from the original. You’ll still be responsible for renovating the old, filthy apartments or destroyed houses needing a second life. So grab your trusty tools and prepare to clean, paint, furnish and many more before selling and making a profit from every house in the game.

House Flipper Remastered Collection bundles all previous expansions in one ultimate edition, making it the most complete version of the game. It doesn’t matter if you’re a new flipper or an old one returning for more. You’re in for a treat. In addition to the already known additions to the game, House Flipper Remastered Collection brings a whole new set of content. You’ll find fresh interactions, surprising character stories, and new decorating challenges that expand the game’s emotional and creative potential.

The visual upgrades go far beyond just resolution. Players will immediately notice enhanced lighting, redesigned UI, and upgraded item textures, which make the whole flipping experience more polished and satisfying. Thanks to the technical improvements in this edition, every mop swipe, every freshly painted wall, and every time placed feels smoother and more rewarding.

What truly elevates this remaster beyond a visual upgrade is its attention to narrative detail. Carefully reworked missions come alive thanks to a full cast of voice actors and thoughtful character writing. Long-time flippers will be glad to see familiar faces, while newcomers will meet vibrant, fully fleshed-out characters with believable motivations and stories to tell. In this version, flipping houses often means uncovering something deeper behind the walls.

One of the standout additions of the Remastered Collection is the “Heart” content – a set of six heartwarming, story-rich jobs that dive into unexpected themes of affection, passion, and connection. Each scenario introduces its own narrative thread, cozy atmosphere, and a batch of brand-new decorative items – nearly 800 in total – to perfectly capture the vibe of every unique space.

Alongside the content, players will appreciate community-requested improvements such as the Naming system, the new Favorites tab on the tablet, and an enhanced Photomode with more flexibility. Dark Mode for the interface also makes longer sessions easier on the eyes. These changes streamline gameplay and allow more freedom and personalization than ever before.

House Flipper Remastered Collection is a celebration of everything players loved about the original – now upgraded, expanded, and more charming. With all expansions included, thoughtful additions, and a range of technical improvements, this is the ultimate experience for both long-time fans and newcomers ready to pick up the hammer and start flipping.
