High seas first-person survival horror game SENARA: The Sacrament sets sail today on Steam

Explore a real 6,000 ton ocean liner, digitally recreated with documentary-level precision!

Pangyo, South Korea – July 30th, 2026 – Indie developer Influsion Inc. have today launched their first-person survival horror game SENARA: The Sacrament on Steam for $17.99, £15.99 and €18.25. Set aboard a mysterious derelict cruise liner teetering on the edge of ruin, players must survive unspeakable horrors as they search for a means of escape. You can catch a glimpse of its nautical nightmares in the release date trailer below:

SENARA: The Sacrament puts players in the role of a new recruit of a religious organization with a massive 6,000-ton ship: the Senara. Upon setting sail you wake up to find the crew missing, while unspeakably horrors roam its steel corridors. Hidden cult rituals, forbidden truths, and survivors with their own agendas await you in the darkness. In a place where blind faith and salvation intertwine, you’ll be forced to make choices that go far beyond survival.

Hearkening back to classic survival horror design, SENARA: The Sacrament offers a massive escape room where you must solve puzzles and use limited resources to your advantage if you’re to get out alive. In order to get out of the Senara alive, you’ll have to ration your resources, make use of stealth, and make difficult decisions regarding when to fight or flee. Explore the complex, intertwined corridors of this structure based on a real ship, uncover hidden passages, and gather clues to find the key to your escape.

This unholy tale is open to interpretation with snippets of truth scattered across documents, objects, and conversations between characters. Depending on what you believe and how you interpret the clues, the story can unfold in entirely different directions. With multiple endings based on your choices, your decisions affect not only your escape but also the fate of the Senara and what truth comes to light.

Using LiDAR, photogrammetry, and Unity HDRP pipelines, SENARA: The Sacrament offers a scan of a real-life documentary-level accuracy 6,000-ton ship. This precise reality reconstruction naturally adds an ultra immersive, uncanny playspace for players to get lost in.

“With SENARA: The Sacrament, we aimed to immerse players in a story and setting that feels real,” said No-Jin Kwak, Director at Influsion Inc. “That’s why we began by reconstructing a real ocean liner from the ground up, then used that as a blueprint for creating a classic survival horror adventure, full of locked key puzzles, scarce resources, and shambling horrors. The result is something that feels simultaneously state-of-the-art and charmingly retro, allowing SENARA to stand out amidst other genre entries.”

Oversee kingdoms as benevolent monarchs to reign supreme across the land

SEATTLE, WA – July 29, 2026 – The King is Watching, the award-nominated roguelite kingdom builder with more than 600,000 units sold and an 88% very positive review score on Steam, from developer Hypnohead and publisher tinyBuild, arrives today with great fanfare on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch!

Assume the throne of the monarch and direct your subjects through the power of his benevolent gaze. Look toward the fields to inspire peasants to sow and reap grain, or toward the wells to make them draw water for the kingdom. Your attention is also required to train defensive units, operate mage academies, and keep towers, ballistae, and other fortifications active. Survey the realm constantly, because whenever the king looks away, his subjects are liable to abandon their duties and return to their lazy ways. Gather resources, strengthen your defenses, build an army, and sally forth to meet the enemy on the field of battle!

Rule effectively and complete challenges to unlock new Kings with vastly different governing styles. As brilliant architect King Leo the Wise, grant innovative building blueprints to loyal subjects. Lean into the mystical as King Spellus the Wizard, generating arcane crystals to cast powerful spells. Prepare for war as King Alucard, who can raise fallen soldiers on the battlefield and replenish his army with undead warriors.

Outsmart and outmaneuver a devious new boss on each run. Discover their spiteful strategies and counter oncoming onslaughts by selecting advantageous blueprints and artifacts as the kingdom grows. After mastering each king’s playstyle, add Threat Levels to make enemies even more dangerous, demanding new strategies and sharper decision-making – and granting ever loftier rewards!

“After the royal welcome we had on PC, it was only natural to expand the realm of The King is Watching to consoles,” said Semyon Itmaniuk, Head of the Hypnohead Studio. “We’ve fully reworked the UI and control scheme specifically for consoles. No virtual cursor, no compromises. PC players won’t be left out, as these improvements will be making their way to the PC version too!”

The King is Watching is available now on Xbox X|S, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch, with support for the following languages: English, German, Spanish (EU), Russian, Simplified Chinese, French, Japanese, Korean, Polish, and Brazilian Portuguese.

WIZDOM ACADEMY LAUNCHES NEW DEMO AND MAJOR 0.7.0 UPDATE

Swiss indie studio Kipwak Studio releases its biggest Early Access update alongside a new playable demo. game now 20% off until August 11

Le Bouveret, Switzerland / La Réunion, France, July 28, 2026. Kipwak Studio, in co-production with Lake On Fire and supported by Swiss Games, the Reunion Region and FEDER (European Union), today announces the release of version 0.7.0, the game’s biggest Early Access update to date, alongside a new playable demo now available on Steam. To celebrate, Wizdom Academy is available at 20% off its regular price until August 11, 2026.

What is Wizdom Academy?

Wizdom Academy is a 3D builder management sim developed by Kipwak Studio, a Franco-Swiss indie studio based between Le Bouveret (Switzerland) and La Reunion (France). You play as the Headmaster of your own wizarding school: you design every room floor by floor, recruit students from across the world, manage mana reserves, deal with staff demands, and answer to the Directorium, the magical authority that funds and inspects your academy.

Students accumulate over 100 unique traits, unlock more than 50 Destinies, and return to study multiple times before graduating. The best ones stay on as teachers, training the next generation. No two academies look alike, and the world pushes back: rival academies compete for influence in nearby villages, your staff have their own demands, and the Directorium’s emissary shows up to collect taxes.

The game launched in Early Access on Steam in April 2025. It has been in development mode since, with no major press communication for over a year. This release marks its public comeback: a new playable demo, a major update, and a discounted price to bring new players in.

Steam page: https://store.steampowered.com/app/2668000/Wizdom_Academy/

A new demo, available now

For the first time, players can try Wizdom Academy for free through a dedicated Steam demo. The new demo gives new players a hands-on introduction to the core loop: building their academy floor by floor, recruiting students, managing mana and resources, and facing the pressure of the Directorium’s demands. No purchase required.

20% off until August 11

To celebrate the launch of the demo and the 0.7.0 update, Wizdom Academy is available at 20% off its regular price until August 11, 2026. New players can try the demo for free and jump into the full Early Access build at 20% off.

A major update across the board

Version 0.7.0 is the most comprehensive update Wizdom Academy has received since its Early Access launch. Nicknamed the Mana and Progression Update, it touches nearly every system in the game.  On the content side: five new quests have been added to the early game, a fog of war system has been introduced on the world map, student ranks now display as titles (Novice, Apprentice, Acolyte), and Destinies are now only offered when a student graduated in the matching subject family, making every graduation feel meaningful.  On the systems side: mana management has been entirely rebalanced, with construction sites no longer draining mana while being built, Mana Windmills now depending on height and wind exposure, and a dedicated mana gauge now displaying net balance per cycle. The Directorium’s Emissary received a full visual and behavioural rework, and Trust now directly influences tax demands.  The update also resolves several critical progression blockers, including classrooms refusing to welcome students, teachers not teaching, and quest chains stopping mid-way. Character movement, tooltips, and UI clarity have all been polished significantly.  The game is, in the developers’ own words, “much clearer, more stable, more readable, and better paced.”
