New Features Include 2 Player vs AI, New Units, and Player Personalization System

Los Angeles, CA – October 7, 2024 – Uncapped Games, a new studio comprised of passionate RTS developers who’ve shipped games from award-winning franchises such as StarCraft, Warcraft, Dawn of War, and Company of Heroes, announced today that it will begin accepting new players to beta test its upcoming action real-time strategy game, Battle Aces, on November 7, 2024. Previously announced in June 2024 at Summer Game Fest, Battle Aces was immediately received with high praise from gaming press and influencers alike. The game endeavors to begin a new era of strategy gaming, combining the natural interface of MOBA games, the meta strategic elements of deck building games, and the fast-paced intensity of real-time strategy (RTS) games. This combination of strategic influences, melded with design innovations like instant unit spawning, automated resource gathering, and streamlined base building, keeps players focused on the fun of controlling massive armies in battle while making key strategic decisions to attack, expand, or tech.

New features introduced to Battle Aces in this phase of beta testing will include:

• New exciting units fleshing out additional ways to strategize and dominate the battlefield
• A robust 2 vs AI cooperative mode, allowing friends to team up against computer opponents that are tuned automatically to the players’ skill level
• Dynamic contract system (daily & seasonal) with additional ways to earn in-game War Credits and initial WarPath reward track system
• Improved quality-of-life features including the ability to try a new unit deck vs AI, enhancements to UI highlighting strategic counters for units and more will also be unveiled in this phase of testing
• Introduction of the Ace personalization system, including:
  • Custom skins for core bases
  • Army paints allow players choices in color for their units
  • Custom fatality animations will vary how core base buildings explode in victory and defeat
  • Unique avatars, banners, in-match sprays, and emotes round out the ways in which players can adjust how they appear in Battle Aces, as well as express themselves in battle
  • Further customization options will be introduced later on
• Further tuning and gameplay balance adjustments to the existing 1v1, 2v2 and Custom Game modes

With matches limited to 10 minutes, players can easily complete a series of satisfying battles even over a short amount of time. Players have the flexibility to choose their style of play, building out their unit decks from nearly 50 unique units, each with different strengths, weaknesses, and special abilities. Adjusting strategy and play style is just a matter of swapping unit decks in between games.

LOS ANGELES – OCTOBER 8, 2024 – Netmarble, a leading developer and publisher of high-quality mobile games, has launched a new update for its collectible RPG, Tower of God: New World. Players can experience a new SSR+ teammate, brand-new content and various events starting today.

[Soul Fragment] Albelda (Red Element, Support, Sorcerer) arrives as a new SSR+ teammate in Tower of God: New World. Albelda is White’s last clone who is born from the combined souls of the victims murdered by Hoaqin. With her overwhelming shinsu abilities that rival those of Rankers, she can grant the Power of Spirits to one of her allies and maximize their stats. 

A variety of limited-time events runs through October 23, celebrating [Soul Fragment] Albelda’s arrival. Players can participate in the following events and earn valuable rewards: 

• Albelda’s Soul Check-in Event: Log into the game for 14 days during the event period and receive SSR Soulstones, Expirable Suspendiums and more. 
• Albelda Trial Event: Offers players a chance to experience [Soul Fragment] Albelda for three days. Players will be rewarded with Master Keys and more by clearing in-game missions for the Albelda Trial Event. 
• Albelda Boost Missions: Players who have obtained [Soul Fragment] Albelda and completed multiple growth missions will have an opportunity to acquire [Soul Fragment] Albelda two more times, SSR+ Soulstones and more rewards. 

A new ranking competition event titled ‘Tower Race’ has been added as part of this update. Players can compete against each other to be the first to conquer the highest floor of a tower. The winner will be rewarded with Headon’s Tokens, which can be used to activate a buff, based on their ranks. Valuable rewards such as SSR Soulstones and a Tower Race Border will also be offered for clearing the stages in the Tower Race. The first season of Tower Race runs through October 12. 

In addition, players can challenge the new event boss [Healing Flame] Yihwa Yeon and participate in the Boss’s Warmth Point Acquisition Ranking Race through October 23. Boss’ Warmth points can be earned based on the amount of damage dealt in the Event Boss Battle, and players will receive rewards based on their ranks. 

In Tower of God: New World, players can take control of fan-favorite characters to ascend the Tower. Join Twenty-Fifth Bam – and more than 100 characters – as he fights his way through the Tower in gorgeous 3D animation that will make players feel like they have stepped into an anime world. Players will experience fast-paced battle mechanics while utilizing a unique Slot System that powers up a particular “slot” instead of a specific character.

LOS ANGELES – OCTOBER 8, 2024 – Netmarble, a leading developer and publisher of high-quality mobile games, has launched a new update for its idle RPG The Seven Deadly Sins: IDLE Adventure. A new hero, limited-time events and additional content updates are now available for players to experience. 

As part of the latest update, The Seven Deadly Sins: IDLE Adventure unveiled The Boar Sin of Gluttony Merlin, an STR-attribute support hero and a Great Mage with hunger for more knowledge. Her powerful skill “Reflect Curtain” grants a Lv.5 Sever buff that increases Crit Chance, as well as a DoT Immunity buff, for her allies. Merlin’s ultimate skill “Exterminate Ray” removes all buffs on the target and knocks them back upon successful attack. 

Players can obtain The Boar Sin of Gluttony Merlin by using the Rate Up Summon Tickets or Diamonds. Gloxinia of Repose is also available for players to summon. She is a VIT-attribute support hero who inflicts Bind to the target and removes all debuffs from allies. 

In addition, the maximum difficulty for Gold & Hero EXP Dungeon, as well as for Lab Sample Dungeon, has been expanded to 400. Players can also now enter Advent Battle to challenge Monspeet of Reticence.

A brand-new minigame ‘Sir Hawk’s Relentless Charge’ is accessible in the game through October 15. Players will create and connect bridges for Hawk and receive Event Coins based on the scores and stages they have reached. The Event Coins can be exchanged for valuable items at the Event Exchange Shop.
