Uncharted 2 Platform: Playstation 3 Publisher: Sony Developer: Naughty Dog Release Date: October 13, 2009
MasterAbbott from recently reviewed Uncharted 2 Among Thieves for the Playstation 3. Uncharted 2 is created by Naughty Dog Entertainment. Creators of the original Uncharted.
The video review goes through the basics of the game including menu system and a brief look into multiplayer.
The gameplay in Uncharted 2 is smooth. Drake’s actions especially when climbing and jumping around are very simple and easy to perform. Drake clings on to anything but you still need to make sure you don’t walk him off a cliff as there are no invisible boundaries when he’s on the edge of a ledge.
The stealth sections in the game are fun but you will need a little bit of patience to learn guards and enemies movements before taking them out. Some parts of the game you will need to be stealthy so I would recommend to take your time.
There is a lot of exploration as well, climbing, swinging, jumping, sliding across narrow paths and ledges. Everything feels so realistic when Drake performs these actions. With a simple press of the X button your scaling a wall like spiderman or your jumping from one place to another. It’s all very smooth and everything flows so well.
The gunfights are also brilliant. As your all well aware Uncharted 2 is a 3rd Person Shooter so when you go into aim mode by pressing L1 you will see over Drakes shoulder. A simple press of the R1 will fire the weapon. R2 reloads if you have available ammo. The cover system is easy to learn and get used to. You can blind fire from behind cover or poke your head out and aim for better results.
The are a huge amount of Goals to obtain which in turn result in Trophies. One example of goals/trophies are the treasures scattered all around the game. Some are easy to spot, and a few are hidden quite well. But when your close to a treasure you will notice a flashing object on the screen. Walking up to it will bring up the TRIANGLE button prompt allowing you to pick up the treasure. In total there are 100 treasures scattered throughout the entire game for you to collect. Collecting these will result in unlocking Trophies and also will allow you to visit the shop where you can use the value of the treasures found to upgrade or buy extra stuff. Like costumes and perks and tweeks. Im not going to spoil it for anyone on what you can get from the store.
Overall the gameplay and story are both fantastic, there is never a dull moment in, even though the game is a little short. I would recommend going back and playing it on the hardest difficulty level as its quite a good challenge.
Multiplayer is also very cool. Action is fast and furious especially in team death matches. Getting into a game isn’t that bad. 10 player match making system doesn’t take too long to find players and the voting system is pretty much the same as Gears of War with players voting on 2 available maps, highest wins and the action begins.
Capsule Computers gives Uncharted 2 Among Thieves : 9 Capsules out of 10
Well done Naughty dog for creating such a fantastic story, with a great blend of action, stealth, exploration and puzzle elements.
I urge anyone with a Playstation 3 to go out and get their copy of Uncharted 2 Among Thieves now .. It’s the 2nd highest rated game of all time on the Playstation 3.

Being in Australia a few things we don’t get like the LAST FM Music channel. And News Updates. But everything else is pretty much there.
In the review below. I had to cut out a few things, like intro to how you download and install the update. Which is pretty straight forward. And also how to install the addons for Facebook and Zune. (both are addons that need to be downloaded first for FREE for them to start.)
The video doesn’t cover FACEBOOK due to privacy laws. I do however take you through the dashboard, show you all the new features like the TWITTER and the movies on 1080p via ZUNE.

Forza 3 Motorsport for the Xbox 360 is by far the most realistic and exciting racing simulator out.
The game has an endless amount of features. But lets focus on one that everyone will love.
The Forza 3 replay video maker.
After a race. You have the option to save the replay. Once you do so you will be taken to Movie Maker. Where you can select how many seconds (maximum is 30 seconds) to make the movie and what format, either 360p or 720p. A simple click of the SAVE will allow you to upload the movie to forzamotorsport.net so you can share it with the entire world. (well the owner of the movie can download the movie)
The movie format is created in WMV and is stored on forzamotorsport.net forONLY 24 hours.. so make sure you tell all your friends about it. OR BETTER YET..
Download it and then do what we have done here. Uploaded it to Youtube for everyone to see PERMANENTLY !!

Forza 3 Motorsport has already been released in Australia. (Someone broke street date) So it was put on shelves 1 day early !! And it’s been zooming out of store shelves at an alaming rate and racing into Xbox’s all around Australia.
So far Forza 3 Motorsport created by Turn 10 and Microsoft Studios has received a fantastic score of 92 out of 100 from Metacritic. This is based on 38 critic reviews. This score could rise a little more but at the moment Forza 3 Motorsport has cemented its place at number 15 over all best games on the Xbox 360 its right up there with such greats as Rockband, Batman Arkham Asylum and Guitar Hero II.

And today I have am pleased to present Capsule Computers official video review of Sniper Vs. Sniper.
This game is by far leaps and bounds ahead of any other Sniper style game on the iPhone at the moment and possibly one of the best games available in the Apple App Store as well. It has a revolutionary online lobby system where players from all over the world are able to jump in chat and challenge and play together just with a few touches on the screen.
