Now I don’t know about you, but I’ve always been a fan of Medal Of Honor since it’s first days.  If you know your video game history.  Then you would know that Medal Of Honor WAS THE GAME back in the days.  There was no Call Of Duty.  But things changed, some of the developers moved away and created a new game back in the day called Call Of Duty and then slowly and painfully Medal Of Honor started to slip away.

BUT NOW .. It’s all going to change !! At the 2010 Video Game Awards EA have released a little 30 sec trailer for the new Medal Of Honor !!  Check it out below and prepare yourselves for a NEW ENEMY, a NEW WAR, a NEW WARRIOR !!

With Earth no longer able to sustain life, huge artificial satellites called “near-orbitals” were constructed for people to live on. Humanity now begins an aggressive campaign of colonization across the galaxy in a struggle to survive. To protect themselves, the near-orbitals banded together to form N.O.V.A., the Near-Orbital Vanguard Alliance.

Now, a strange threat has emerged from the darkness of space. A marine ship, reported missing just a week ago, has suddenly reappeared and is headed directly for the near-orbitals, ignoring all communications.

Against his will, retired marine hero Kal Wardin, is forcefully returned to active duty with N.O.V.A. to infiltrate the ship. But neither Kal, nor N.O.V.A. could have anticipated the full scale of the threat that would be hiding aboard, and how far Kal would have to go to prevent the extermination of mankind.

Modern Warfare 2 Javelin Glitch Fixed on Xbox 360

Microsoft’s Major Nelson earlier reported that the patch for Modern Warfare 2 on Xbox 360 to fix a few prominent glitches was good to go, and indeed it has now been released.

The 1.06 upgrade for Modern Warfare 2 on Xbox 360 fixes the ever annoying Javelin glitch, as well as the unlimited care packages glitch. Microsoft had been banning Xbox Live accounts caught using the glitch, no word if those will remain banned, but for now the bannings will cease.

Both glitches effected online multiplayer on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Activision is working on a fix for the PlayStation 3 version, however there has been no announcement about it’s release. 

New Borderlands DLC Announced – Mad Moxxi !!

2K Games announced brand new downloadable content for Borderlands, “Mad Moxxi’s Underdome Riot.”
Expect the DLC to be released on December 29, 2009 via Xbox Live Marketplace for 800 Microsoft Points and on January 7, 2010 through the PlayStationNetwork for $9.99.

The downloadable content is also going to be available for PC gamers, although no date was given at this time.

Word is: “Mad Moxxi’s Underdome Riot is an intense single-player or cooperative experience that expands the mayhem by adding three new Riot Mode arenas where players will endure an onslaught of Pandora’s baddest enemies. Working together, players will fend off the masses as they fight for fame, honor, and more importantly, loot. Mad Moxxi’s Underdome Riot also adds a new bank feature, which allows players extra storage capacity for when they encounter one of the more than 16 million weapons that Borderlands has to offer; and the ability to acquire two additional skill points as quest rewards, making their characters even more powerful than before.”

The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks sets hero Link on a daring new adventure. The game provides players with a new story, more puzzles and even a new mode of transportation. In this game, Link voyages by train, which offers up new possibilities for problem-solving. The game has the same look and feel established in Phantom Hourglass. Link has a valuable new companion. While navigating dungeons, he’s accompanied by a Phantom, a hulking suit of armor that responds to his commands. Players can tap the Phantom to take command of him, then draw a line on the touch screen to direct him where to go.

The stout Phantom can walk through fire or lava, be used as a platform to carry Link above dangers, or even run interference to block Link from harm. When Link conducts the train, players enjoy a satisfying combination of action and real-time puzzle solving as they determine which track to take and how to best manipulate their speed. When on the train, Link must plot the best route to the end of the line around ever-moving obstacles. While en route, Link might need to fire an onboard cannon at enemies who attack the train or sound the whistle to scare animals off the tracks. Link uses a variety of new items and weapons, including the Whirlwind, which players activate by blowing into the microphone of the Nintendo DS system. As with The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, players can draw notes on the in-game maps using the stylus on the touch screen.

    Finally, Capcom have a bit of an update for you Mega Man fans. As you know, they have a celebration going on for his 22nd birthday next week, and we know how passionate you fans can get.
