Hinwil, 19 December 2024 – KICK F1 Sim Racing Team is ready to take on the challenge of the 2025 F1 Sim Racing Championship, which is set to run from January 14th to March 27th. This season, whose calendar has just been released by Formula One, promises to be a thrilling competition with three action-packed LAN events hosted at the prestigious EFG Studio in Stockholm, Sweden. Over the course of 12 races, the team will battle to claim both the Constructors’ and Drivers’ titles. 

Building on the momentum of the 23/24 season, where the squad secured an impressive second place in both championships, KICK F1 Sim Racing Team remains focused on climbing to the very top in 2025. With a consistent driver line-up and a clear ambition, the stage is set for a championship-winning campaign. 

Retaining the formidable driver pairing of Thomas Ronhaar and Brendon Leigh, a guarantee of experience and continuity, the team is confident in its ability to deliver strong results. Thomas, the 23/24 F1 Sim Racing Championship runner-up, enters his third season in the series with a hunger to secure his first Drivers’ title.

Meanwhile, Brendon, a two-time F1 Sim Racing World Champion, comes into the new season following a standout pre-season performance that saw him claim the 2024 WOR Championship crown.

Slay bells are ringing! Warner Bros. Games have announced new holiday themed in-game events coming to Mortal Kombat 1 from Dec. 20-30. Five new Towers of Time mode events will be available as free content updates for all Mortal Kombat 1 owners, including Bloody Snow (Dec. 20-25), Naughty List (Dec. 22-26), A Christmas Krampus (Dec. 24-30), ‘Twas the Night (Dec. 26-30), and Final Present (Dec. 27-30). All holiday events will feature an array of celebratory rewards upon completion in the form of new character palettes. 

Mortal Kombat 1 Towers of Time Holiday Events & Rewards: 

• Bloody Snow Tower (Dec. 20-25) – Yuletide Necromancer & Christmas Evil character palettes for Quan Chi 
• Naughty List Tower (Dec. 22-26) – Souls of Winter & Holiday Collection character palettes for Ermac 
• A Christmas Krampus Tower (Dec. 24-30) – Holiday Hero & Winter Wonderman character palettes for Takeda 
• ‘Twas the Night Tower (Dec. 26-30) – Angel on High & Holidazzle character palettes for Cyrax  
• Final Present Tower (Dec. 27-30) – Eat, Drink and Be Lethal & Bah, Humbug character palettes for Sektor 

Additionally, players can purchase new holiday character skins for Frost (Kameo Fighter) and Sareena (Kameo Fighter), as well as the previously released Santa’s Helper Reptile, Krampus General Shao, and Mrs. Klause Kitana. 

New players can join the fight this holiday season with the Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Kollection, available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC (Steam and Epic Games Store, including the Mortal Kombat 1 main game, Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Expansion, previous Kombat Pack, and 1,250 Dragon Krystals (in-game currency). 

Current Mortal Kombat 1 owners can upgrade their experience with Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns, including a new story expansion and Kombat Pack 2, comprised of playable characters Cyrax, Sektor, and Noob Saibot (all available now), plus guest fighters Ghostface (available now) and one-week early access to Conan the Barbarian (coming Jan. 21) and T-1000 Terminator (release date to be announced).  

Mortal Kombat 1 owners can also purchase the Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Bundle, including the Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Expansion and previous Kombat Pack, featuring six characters (Omni-Man, Quan Chi, Peacemaker, Ermac, Homelander, and Takeda Takahashi), five Kameo Fighters (Tremor, Khameleon, Janet Cage, Mavado, and Ferra), and the Jean-Claude Van Damme character skin for Johnny Cage.
