Get the PS3 Version of Sonic Generations at a Discounted Price…

If you shop on Amazon regularly and are planning on picking up Sonic Generations for the PS3, this little bit of news should go far in comforting that wallet a bit more. Much like they did for the console versions of Captain America, Amazon have knocked $12.50 off the price of the upcoming Hedgehog title, putting the price at just $37.49.

I will say it’s odd that the Xbox 360 version doesn’t feature this discount, but this is indeed quite a value for PS3 owners out there.

You can check out Amazon’s official page for the game here and act fast, as this deal might speed away faster than Sonic himself.

Super Mario 3D Land Australian Release Date

Following their announcement of the official release date of The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, Nintendo of Australia have announced that it will have some company on launch day. Super Mario 3D Land is confirmed to be released along side Skyward Sword on the 24th of November, 2011.

This may come as a puzzling decision to many, as both are big titles for Nintendo. Releasing both titles on the same day may cause the titles to become their own competitors. However it is not a very statement given they are both on entirely different consoles, albeit both Nintendo consoles.

So jump into 3D Land on November 24th with Super Mario 3D Land for the Nintendo 3DS!

It hasn’t been long since One Piece: Kaizoku Musou, a One Piece themed Dynasty Warriors game, was announced. Now it has been revealed that the upcoming game will be cover more of the One Piece series story than any One Piece game yet.

The games story mode is slated to cover the entirety of the first half of the One Piece series which is the humble beginnings of the East Blue saga all the way up to the end of the Marineford arc which concludes the first half, before moving into the New World.

This is great news for One Piece fans, as now we finally have a game that tells the entirety of the story to date, which is 516 episodes worth of story might I add. It is unknown in what capacity the story mode will tell all of that, but with information coming swift and fast, it shouldn’t be long before we get an answer.

Zelda: Skyward Sword Australian Release Date

Nintendo of Australia have been a little unsure of themselves when it has concerned the release date for the upcoming The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. What with having changed the date multiple times, they now have set in stone an official release date of the 24th of November, 2011 for Australia.

This means Australia will be recieving the title a whole 4 days after North America, so it probably isn’t really necessary to import if you can’t wait. Thankfully, Australians still get a piece of the special edition action, with the 25th Anniversary special bundle, which includes a golden Wii Remote Plus as well a copy of the Zelda 25th Anniversary Symphony Orchestra CD and of the course the game itself.

So there you have it Zelda fans, get yourself ready to return to Hyrule and swing that sword to the sky!
